Here's my CS:

Juno

Juno Eclipse

Name: Juno Eclipse.
Age: 17 years.
Gender: Female.
Race: Human.
Kingdom of Origin: Vale.

Personality:
Some would say that Juno is a simpleminded person, which is not very far from the truth. However, it's more like she's good natured and laid-back. She'll rarely get really angry with anyone and holding grudges is way beyond her. Likewise, it's rare for Juno to consider anyone as bad, or evil, at first sight unless they are doing something that can't be excused.

Despite all her carefree attitude, Juno can and will get serious when the situation demands it, such as during combat. Even if she's naive, Juno is not a complete idiot and will eventually realize if people try to take advantage of her in anyway.

History:
Juno's childhood is kind of mysterious, she doesn't have any long lasting memories. She just remembers waking up in a hospital on Vale, a couple years ago. After she completely healed of any wounds she might have had and was sent to an orphanage along with other children who supposedly survived a Grim attack on the kingdom's outskirts. Representatives of Beacon came to Juno with an invitation to join the academy, after conducting tests to measure the aptitude of the orphans to become Huntsmen and Huntresses.

Having nothing to lose, Juno accepted the invitation and went to live on Beacon. After a long and hard training, Juno became a competent fighter, using her Semblance and weapons in a gracious way during battle.

Weapons:
Juno's weapon is called Raison D'être, a sword that can load DUST using it to increase the power behind Juno's swings as well as propelling her at high speeds, allowing a great deal of mobility when used along with her Semblance. The weapon has a secondary form of a DUST powered bow that can produce arrows whose property change based on the type of DUST loaded on the weapon. She can fire at most three arrows at the same time, all of them being able to be aimed at different targets. The recoil from the shots can be used to propel Juno, just like in the sword form.

Semblance:
Juno's Semblance is named Eclipse Shift, which allows Juno to instantly teleport short distances (around 50 meters) at a rapid succession. However, Juno must touch a solid, or liquid, surface, or hit something with a melee attack, between every of her "leaps", effectively forbidding her from clearing large gaps. Though she can use her semblance once during jumps, allowing at least a small deal of aerial maneuverability.

Whenever Juno uses her Semblance she causes a visual effect like ripples in space filled with a soft purple glow on each end of her teleport, these do nothing but look cool, though.

Strengths:
- Laid-back.
- Easy to become friends with.
- A skilled fighter, being both strong, agile and tough.
- Her semblance and weapons give top-notch mobility.

Weaknesses:
- Naive.
- Can be quite lazy sometimes.
- Like wise, can be quite a glutton.
- Prolonged uses of her semblance tire her (comparable to running for endurance purposes).

Other:
Juno likes to spend her time eating snacks and playing games when she has no pressing matters to attend to, oftentimes dragging people into her hobbies.

Just to be 100% certain, her first name comes from the Roman goddess who was spouse of the Jupiter, so being associated with the sky. Her second name, I don't think that needs explanation. The whole association is to favor her purple thematic, which is one of the main points of this character.

Personality:

Aggressive and forward, but not without her own sensitivity. Luna was raised in the wilds and can be rather feral, but it's because she was exposed to the primal nature of man, beast, and grimm that she can pick up more subtle cues and learn to adapt to them. Luna hates liars and does her best not to be one herself, but she understands subtly and the need to keep secrets, so if you're going to not tell her something then she'd rather if you were upfront about it. That being said, Luna doesn't quite "get" more complicated social structures or conspiracies, often making generalizations and exaggerations for the sake of simplicity. Things like social inequality seems like a fantasy problem rather than a real ones, and concepts such as honor or a personal code make no sense to her. But Luna does understand how to be caring and watching out for one's own, and thus she can be rather protective, almost motherly, to those she deems part of her "pack".

Luna can be very restless and prefers to learn by doing than observing. She goes to the school of hard knocks, and the best way to get the best out of people is through a trial by fire. Luna values strength, and while she may protect her friends and family, she won't bother raising a hand to help those who won't fight for themselves. She thus dislikes those who insist on fighting on behalf of others when that person is more than able to fight for themselves, or got themselves into trouble on their own.

Luna greatly enjoys fighting and losing herself in the throes of her battle rage, making her a strong fighter but poor with team tactics. She is at least aware enough of her allies to not attack them, but she often fights with very little consideration of friendly fire, from either her or her allies. Hopefully her time at Beacon would help her work this issue out.

History:

Luna was born in the wilds, her mother and father former White Fang agents who wanted out of the extremist organization. They were killed, but not before hiding Luna under a stone. From there, Luna was raised by creatures in the wild who may or may not have been more intelligent then you'd expect for an animal. From wolves to bears to birds, Luna learned how to survive and fight from these creatures. She struggled to live in a land besieged by grimm, and made sparse contact with humans or faunas. It wasn't until she was seven when, after surviving a brutal attack by beowolves, she was rescued by hunters.

After being rescued she was given some education and rehabilitation into society. However Luna's innate animistic desires couldn't be so easily quelled. She still acted like a regular beast, simply taking food or belongings without paying or asking. She often met problems head on, tearing and shouting at it like a mad monster. Often she was detained by authorities for violence, whether she incited it or not. All and all, Luna was a bad girl. But someone saw her bad behavior and saw it not as an inability to fit in society, but a passion to fight. So this hunter adopted Luna, and raised her to temper her spirit into a weapon, a weapon to protect others and to use against the Grimm.

Though she treated her adopted parent about as well as she treated any other stranger, many years of love and understanding allowed Luna to get along with this person, and in turn, figure out how to adapt to civilization while still retaining her roots. With this hunter Luna learned how to fight like a hunter, using weapons and dust. She learned basic education like reading and writing, as well as more specialized things like history and grimm biology. While she was still the wild child from before, Luna gained maturity to learn instead to merely to survive. Once she learned all she could, she headed to Vale, and the ruins of Beacon, to put her skills to the true test.

Weapons:
Luna primarily fights with her claws and body, pummeling grimm and bad guys alike with headbutts, punches, and kicks to the gonads. That being said she also utilizes a length of chain she calls "Selene" with claw-like attachments at the end that allow her to snatch small objects or ensnare her opponents. The claws have a small compartment where Luna could insert dust crystals to grant the ends special properties. The chain has a variably length, which can be anywhere from one foot (It's smallest) to up to fifty feet. How these chains are hidden or contained is unknown to Luna, and she doesn't bother to figure it out. She can use this chain to whip her opponent or wrap around her limbs to enforce her strikes.

Semblance:
Wings - Luna is able to manifest wings on her back that allows her flight. She's quite adapt to these wings and can fly almost perfectly in any condition short of extreme ones. With these wings Luna can move quickly through the air, and they even have their uses on the ground as these wings can be used as shields. These wings are not a physical part of her, so she won't feel any pain if they get struck, though they can be damaged and destroyed.

Strengths:
Luna is a berserker type fighter who quickly confronts the biggest threat, or as many as she can, and fights them while her teammates prepare their attacks. She's very tough and can attract the attention of most foes, and those who try and escape her will simply be dragged back to her by her chains. Her wings allow her extra mobility as well as the option for aerial combat. Her tail is also quite strong and flexible, effectively making it a third arm.

Weaknesses:
Despite her durability and relatively high strength, Luna lacks any hard hitting or Area-of-Effect attacks, as she is better suited at tearing apart individual opponents instead of dealing with a large amount of them. She also lacks any effective long-range weapons, as her chain doesn't do as much damage as her claws could and are more a tool than her primary weapon. Additionally while she cannot feel any pain when her wings are struck, because she doesn't feel anything she won't know when they're close to breaking, though she can feel it when they are destroyed.

Other:
Luna is a heavy sleeper and could often sleep over explosions, however she's also noted to never need a lot of sleep; she rarely rests for more than five hours, and in those five hours she's rip and roaring to go. She's also a very fast eater and could finish a full course meal in minutes, and her strong teeth and jaw allows her to rip through bones easily. Her favorite food is any sort of meaty noodle soup and her favorite drink is apple juice.

Apologies for taking so long for a response, though I should update you all to make sure no one loses hope in case of a "disappearing" gm. On a side note, I have been a bit busy over the past few days, but I can say that I will get some reviews and updates out on who is in and who isn't in an hour or two.

@gohKamikaze @Rekaigan Alright, both of you are set to go on names, however Rekai is the only one accepted. Apologies goh, but it begs me to wonder about the transfer as it leaves a couple of holes.

What about his team back in vacuo? I'm plenty certain students there were organized into groups of four across all the four big academies. If he transferred to Beacon, that would leave one team one person short. I could probably accept the age if he came late or something, but the explanation of him rising to the top... why not him and his team becoming the top students since it's a team effort in a sense? Why isn't the team getting transferred with the dude?

Apologies, but that last part will have to be rewritten because of some technicalities.

@CadenGallic alright, so I can sea what you've done with her and she has come along swimmingly to me. Ms. Marine ain't sleeping with the fishes tonight, but I hope she is ready to get shipped!... into the character sheet section.

Personality: He feigns emotion, so to speak. Only knowing combat for so long he is unable to properly express himself, which is why he acts so nice all the time, polite, and so on and so forth. His exposure and working with a team has built within him a sense of camaraderie and responsibility, which is the reason he undertakes the quest that he has after the incident at Beacon. Otherwise, he is quite forthcoming, polite, and cooperative. When faced with resistance he has the capacity to torture if needed.

History: Even as a student, Krahe's past was largely unknown, though he seemed to blend in as a student with little difficulty. As such he never stood out, but his team appreciated his skills very much, and him being a faunus wasn't quite so obvious, as it seemed to only show in his red eyes. Regardless it helped him blend in, which helped him greatly. By his final year at Beacon he was often looked to for repairing equipment and electronics as he had become quite proficient at doing so, not to mention he made his own weapon himself too. While many students do make their own weapons, what makes his stand out is that it's essentially a new technology, though he has kept that hidden.

His true past that which he is aware of is that he was one of the "hitmen children" of a Vale mafia, children trained to be skilled hitmen. He was rescued from it when the ring was broken, and has been adjusting to normal life from then on out. The other 11 children though were not so fortunate, he being the youngest was not yet indoctrinated with a kind of hypnosis where they follow a certain creed or ideology to the letter. After the incident at Beacon, he has taken it upon himself to find and hunt them down, he was planning on it after graduation, but that artificially came sooner than expected.

Weapons:

• Nightmare - A pair of gloves he made himself, when he first arrived to the academy his only weapon was his hidden knives, twelve of them in fact, but with knowledge and resources he's managed to create a very interesting weapon. The Nightmare is a glove with an array of dust vial slots on the forearm area, what the weapon does is allow Krahe to materialize his Aura, and inject them with Dust for extra effects. He can create all manner of things, such as keys and small simple gadgets, but for combat he can create small throwing weapons like knives and needles.
  
  • Throwing them infused with dust has the same effect as dust bullets
  • If he gets a good throw with a needle, they can seep into a person's body and act like a poison depending on effects. Fire dust might have an intense inflammatory sensation that can be paralyzing, earth could stop blood flow, or ice can cause frostbite in the area. He requires a clean throw meaning deep penetration, but all the same he can just jam them in at melee range.
  • He only needs the primary dust, as he has mixers on the glove that create for him secondary dust such as steam and ice on the fly.
• Black Talons - Twelve knives, two hidden in his elbows, two under-slung on his forearms, two parallel with his heels which can let him stick to unexpected areas other than combat use, front and back on his shoes for a total of four, and two combat knives, one of which designed to disarm opponents.

Semblance:

• Murder - As some at the academy called him "The Dracula of Crows", which is pretty apt. He can split himself into many crows and reform, he can only stay unformed for a small amount of time, but this can allow him to evade attacks and counter-attack when the crows reform quickly someplace else. Not to mention these crows themselves are able to do scouting for him, and are able to do what birds do, like find things and maybe peck someone's eyes out. The semblance has pitifully low power in exchange for it's incredible utility.

Strengths:

• Bar none one of the best stealth and informant Hunters Beacon has ever had to offer. His crow semblance coupled with his inherent sense for stealth can essentially allow his team to know the position of every enemy in the area.
• He is incredibly good at killing other hunters. In his time at Beacon before it was devastated, he was being looked into joining a group that hunts other hunters who have lost their way.
• Being an avian faunus means he has incredible agility and jumping height.

Weaknesses:

• His ability to kill monsters like Grimm are pretty much nonexistent, maybe if he got a weak point to strike he could burn up some fire dust to combust on a needle, but he has no reliable form of costless Grimm-slaying.
• He's good at evading and running for a reason. Direct fights are terrible for him. When confronted directly, he must rely on his disarming dagger and hidden blades and hope to surprise the attacker to get the upper hand.
• Being an avian faunus means he also is naturally not the most resistant to damage.

Relationships:

Other: His name meaning "Crow/Raven" and "twelve" respectively is inspired by a German tale called "Twelve Brothers". A king wants to kill his twelve sons, so that his thirteenth child would be a girl, she alone can inherit his kingdom. The Queen tells this to their youngest son, Benjamin, and that she will give them a warning with a flag.

After twelve days of waiting in the forest, the sons see a red flag, indicating that they shall be sentenced to death. The brothers swear bloody revenge on every girl and move to an enchanted cottage deep in the forest, where they must feed on animals.

Ten years later, after hearing of their existence, the sister finds them there, where the queen hid them for precaution. Together, the siblings live in harmony. But as the sister rips out twelve white lilies out of ignorance, her brothers turn to ravens and fly away. At the behest of an old woman, she decides not to speak and not to laugh for seven years, in order to save her brothers.

A hunting king finds her and marries her. His mother however, slanders the girl's silence, and convinces the king to burn her. The rescued brothers save her from the flames, and with the mother-in-law executed, all live happily together.
