Your character sheet is fine except for a few small things;

1. Casting any genjutsu through your voice requires quite a bit of training, so I'll allow you to start doing that a little bit after you become a chuunin. As of now, handsigns are still needed. With the assistance of the voice, I'll allow you to pull 'Only two handsigns needed' for any Genjutsu.

2. Air Bullets, because it is said to be able to subdue entire groups of shinobi at a time, is going to be a B ranked technique. Chuunin leveled. So not yet. If you really want it, you can make a custom technique that only can hit one or two people at a time, making it then C ranked.

3. Do note that like any genjutsu, a Hyuuga using the Byakugan, or one who already has great experience in Genjutsu (As in somebody who is a Jounin and focuses on Genjutsu mostly) would be able to tell your genjutsu and break it rather easy.

Make these changes then let me know, and I'll be able to accept it.

@Kal-El He's also welcome to know Ryu. Given, Ryu's reputation is kinda shit. Given that everybody knows she has a Tailed Beast sealed inside her and you know, people are very favorable of that.

They also think she is a he but that's besides the point.

Either way, you're welcome to know her. Either as a friend or like 'Ew, fuck that weirdo monster'.

He'd also likely know Tomiko. Cause she's older, but she was the ambassador from the Hanta to the Hyuuga clan for a while. So you're welcome to know either one of, or both my characters.

Okay, I just updated the CS.

I will make an argument for the Flashbang genjutsu against the Byakugan through; Yes, the Byakugan can easily detect that it is a Genjutsu... but if they are the target for it that is still a lot of chakra aiming for their eyes with the intention of making it feel like they are being burned out. It's still going to hurt like hell until they purge their charka system... even more so if they try to keep their eyes open.

Edit: To his credit, Tsuyoi would be on good terms with Ryu. He would be on good terms with anyone who doesn't actively reject his company.

Sorry, the mystery 'unknown' clan/bloodline and birthplace isn't going to work. Konoha wouldn't field somebody they don't know things like where they are from or their clan/bloodline. They wouldn't even put you through the academy, you're a liability who could possibly betray/be a spy. I need you to change those, so I figure that I would tell you early on.
