That's actually a great idea for an NPC, @RoflsMazoy, but as I said, unsuitable for a player character.

I'm thinking about making an epic speedster with an extra focus on the required secondary powers, like he's super durable so that his feet don't explode from hitting the ground at speed, fireproof so that he doesn't burn up from friction, and hyperactive metabolism, so no tattoos or mind altering substances.

That's certainly doable, @bluetommy2, but powers in this universe have a loose if not nonexistent relationship with physics. But if that's how your character works, than great.

Tentative thought is some kind of thief with glass manipulation, though I'm not sure what their alignment would be yet. It's a work in progress.

@Flamelord, it would depend on how they use their ability. If they're just a thief, i'd put them on the playable "Celebrity Villain" who gets into fights with Heroes or a specific nemesis.

Magus might make a good nemesis for a character like that. If you're interested, I'd certainly be willing to work out the details of that. Of course, if that's not what you're going for, then we'll just see what happens, I guess.
