You will not be able to easily create interdimensional portals without first entering one. There are methods, but they expend great energy. I recommend entering one externally sourced, such as that of an acquaintance once you have steeled yourself. And in that case, you will not have to concern yourself with keeping your portal open while surviving.

Ainz: I experienced my first case of this type of travel via magical artifact. And while I managed to open a Gate back to my home dimension, it took Shalltear's power to keep it open and stable enough for use. But I know the difficulty of which you speak. Just trying to keep the Gate from collapsing on itself was taxing. Even for me.
