Mah bad.

Also, I'm still pissed at my mom.

And a little sad.

And I can't do anything about it...

I'm sure it'll change. She's your mum; she's raised you for the last eighteen years. Perhaps she was in a mood. But I'm sure that she loves you, and I'm certain that it'll work out. Just pray for her--and even pray that you'll get more tickets!

We're fine without it. It's a power the government should never have had.

I feel like it's totally warranted, especially considering how far ISIS and other radical Muslim threats are getting. Now you might cite "He who trades a little Liberty for more Security deserves neither Liberty nor Security," but I consider that it doesn't encroach upon my liberty at all.

I'm sorry; as much I support privacy and respect of rights, I am in favor of the PATRIOT Act. I'd rather few individual liberties be lost than lives in another catastrophe; I support the NSA's actions.

There wouldn't be any Muslim threats if we didn't occupy Muslim countries. That's our fault.

Instead of putting troops in countries across the world where they aren't needed, we should put them in places where they will actually, genuinely be fighting for our freedom. The fact we send troops over to those underdeveloped nations every time we smell hint of the slightest possibility of a threat, we rain down upon them like we own them.

Graduation was today.

She didn't come.

I don't need her.

She disowns me, I'll do the same.

A real mother wouldn't have done that in the first place.

ISIS would be developing and threatening to kill us if we did absolutely nothing there. Read American Sniper; there are people in those countries that beg us to send troops because of how bad the situation is there.

I'm talking about going all the way back to the Gulf War. We stuck our hand in a hornet's nest. If we'd have kept our noses out of their business, things would eventually sort themselves out, just as they always have. America can't even handle its own problems because we're too busy helping everyone else with theirs.

But is it wrong to help others? Yes, we can do too much instead of fixing our own issues. But things never have sorted themselves out there, and they've always been a center of conflict. Go all the way back to Persia and before; it has always been a madhouse.

Well, actually, radical Muslims have had the desire for a long time to "destroy the decadent West". "We will destroy Israel and then we will destroy America." They've promised to destroy all the west, and Christianity as a whole. Even hundreds of years ago the Ottomans tried to take over the West. Forced conversions. Jihad. Killing non-Muslim innocents. All condoned and even encouraged by the Koran.

But of course, I don't want to argue or anything. I'm just stating what I've read and seen, what I believe. But if you feel very strongly about it, I won't press.

And if we'd have done nothing, conflict would have stayed in the madhouse. We opened the door for the Middle East's warring nature to condemn the rest of the world with acts of terrorism. We endangered far more people than we helped. It can be wrong to help people if it ends up hurting more and more people.
