I mean, how do you trap something that has no dimensions and doesn't rely on matter?
But considering that non-dimensional space is still a form of space, a space lock would probably work all the same. Sure you can't touch 'em if they slip into non-dimensional space, but they still can't move regardless.

That kinda power/skill is probably a high level one though, probably on the same level as dimension lock.
