I assumed that when our characters get a semblance upgrade, our characters search for something within ourselves to realize our semblances have ascended and act out out the new ability they attained.

Lightning Pins - Throwing knives with a unique design to attract electricity. Using these knives he can set up his Lightning Rod skill's directions, giving him more versatility of approach. They can be used as ranged weapons as well, although they are weak in that regard. Due to their small size, he can carry a large amount of them, and throw a large amount of them with relative ease.

His speed is linked to his lightning powers, me thinks. Really puts the "Lightning" into the Bruiser.

Oui wait, noh, Lightning is just his theme. No actual electrical powers, though he's still pretty speedy. The Lightning Pins allow him to redirect his movements when he does his rush attack, so he isn't so predictable and strait-forward.

Yeah, that lightning deals no actual damage, but while dashing he can strike opponents if he passes by close enough to them.

If he throws out dozens of Lightning Pins into a crowd of enemies, he can clean them up instantly, or strike one opponent countless times if he sets the pins up all around them.

I might want to follow up on Multi.

@Lugubrious I was wondering how much it would cost for the following upgrade: Four devices that can be fitted over the palms and boot tips. When engaged they create a pocket of completely empty space between themselves and flat object, generally a wall. This effect makes it so they will stick and hold any weight load when engaged. They can be activated and deactivated at a seconds notice. Practically in a fight Sapphire could use these to stick to walls or other objects when she needs a second to breath or to coordinate an attack.

I'd call that a fiver. It doesn't seem like an extraordinary boon, but it is a good one.
