I think Cypher has said if it isn't directly targeting you, outlaw status is not required. If he targeted Flan with an ability or attack, it would be needed, but not dropping something from high up.

@Caits Well: Jukebox crashed a car, Flan is being attacked by Rocket Lancer aaaaand Midnight Soloist is meeting up with Azga who is apparently going to be attacked by Arms Slave. So... pick your poison.

(The later two have actual things planned, or something resembling a plan. I'm currently improvising and gonna lie low for a smidgen since I did just drop a rather long post)

I believe Cypher mentioned that in his last post, which would make all those Level 9 Players into Sweepers. So yes, it's accurate.

Ah, so Kings aren't Kings just due to level. Out of curiousity, what percentage of players in DGO are level 9 then?

Less then 10%. Level 9 comes and go since they tend to be involved in a lot of pvp. These guys do sometimes, but they have their own reason to lay low.

Abilties mostly. I think i have the personality and background in my head mostly and only need to write them down. Im a huge way with the backstory but just to lazy to finish >.<

That's not really the point. I'm disappointed in you not because you took the spot, but because I expected that you'd do something with that spot. I kind of expected you to take some spot that no one else would notice, but it's disappointing to see that you've only met expectations. If you didn't want it, surely you would've done something interesting with it. You may have met expectations, but you certainly haven't exceeded them, which makes me disappointed.

But hey, you know what they say.
