And beyond that, I feel like Lux would have constantly consulted with her for all sorts of things. Emma's expertise as a healer would have been invaluable in certain cases, I'm sure. A sorta kinda Dr. Watson? XP

I like that idea. That could be how he got the attention of Baron Dupoir. His father was doing a job for Lord Anzivino, and had to bring Telio along for one reason or another. Telio meets Fiametta on the estate and offers to draw a portrait of her. Maybe he sees her practicing with a sword and wanted to draw her in a "cool pose" or something.

Also, no one should feel afraid to embarrass or challenge Fiammetta. This journey for her as I'm imagining it has a lot to do with her learning that there's more value in practicality and being frugal than there is in posturing and brute strength. Basically, it's about showing her that while she may have authority and strength of personality as a noble as well as skill in the dueling ring, that doesn't make her in any way prepared or suited towards tackling real world problems outside the city walls and her own little sheltered bubble. The world is vast and scary, and she's going to need a lot more than strong words and a pointy bit of metal to meet it head on.

So yeah, if anyone wants her to be the one to get skunk-sprayed by some exotic plant or be the victim of some other unfortunate circumstance (besides the ones of her own doing of course), don't be hesitant to bring it up! She's got to learn to grow up somehow. Heheheheh...

@Turboshitter id actually be really interested to see how how fiametta vs. meryn would play out. While Meryl's fighting skills are somewhere between beginner and nonexistent, she'd be a hell of a target to actually hit. Though she would probably only need a few good ones to take down. But with her agility and endurance vs. fiametta's brute strength, who knows.

(Actually I do know. Either meryn gets knocked out or manages to run away :p)
