In the small town of Chronos View, strange things have begun to happen right under the nose of every citizen living there. It is as if a shroud of mystery and darkness has settled in that everyone is trying to ignore. People are going missing, animals turning up dead on the beaches, birds falling from the sky, weather patterns such as snow happening though impossible for their area. Northern light have been seen lighting up the sky, two moons in the night and small earthquakes have been shaking the world below. Things crawling around the forests that seem as though they must be an illusion because there is no science to fully explain it...or anything else lately for that matter.

Something is pulling the strings, making the very fabric of our world fall apart with no one to seemingly able to rise up against it. No one knows what is going on and can't tell this is happening. The clock is ticking down as the strange occurrences only get worse building to the point of no return. Five people have been blessed with the gifts of time. They will have to find out what is happening, learn their gifts with the help of their friends and save those who are disappearing.

*Just because the powers are taken doesn't mean we don't need more suspects. The Killer might want people to do their bidding. Time Characters need friends. People are going to die, adding in more characters is good lol.

Rules
Communication. There is a reason this one is on top! If you have a problem with anything at any time in this RP than please feel encouraged to talk with me. Speak up, I am not a mind reader but I do want everyone to enjoy themselves as much as I can.
The first also leads into this one, if you are going to be gone for a few days than please notify me. That way we can work in you being gone so everything doesn't come to a stand still. I do not expect everyone to be posting 24/7, after all this is supposed to be fun and entertaining, not pressuring. However, there's no fun with characters being away the whole time without notification if they're still interested in participating in this RP at all.

You must post at least one paragraph minimum (5-7 sentences). More is always good.
You must play at least two characters. One main and one side character. Why? Glad you asked, this is because more character equals more suspects. Plus more people to kill off. I may have it where you need an extra just in case the Killer chooses to kill or kidnap them...Beware...also if you feel that you can not give the proper attention to that many characters, let me know and I will give you permission to do less.
Yes, some characters will be powerful. This does not mean God-modding or OP will be allow. I doubt this will be an issue but know it will not fly from me if it becomes one.
The Killer is an audition. The Killer is never to be known. You will NOT tell me which one of your characters the Killer is and don't give me hints by saying any gender for them. If you want to post, give a clue or fact for the Killer, you must do so through PM and send it to me so I may post it so no one else known they you are playing the Killer.
You must wait two post before you may post again. This means two other people will have to post before you my post again. If I give you permission you can post earlier. If it is a conversation with just two people in IC and no one is around I may allow earlier posts.
Characters are going to die. Be prepared for this but again...you can always make a new one at any time.
When a character has died, please Remove that one for the Character Tab. I will make a list one Page one that will show who has died and who is missing.
Check your PMs. I may give notes or clues to you from the Killer. You can share or not. I will give it to the character they want.


Information
Time can only be accelerated by a few hours maximum. Anything past that will have punishments and negative side effects for your character physically and possibly mentally
Time can also only be reversed by a few hours maximum or else there will be punishments and negative effects for both body and possibly mind for the character.
Time stopping is limited to how long you can hold time back. This means your mental state is what is at danger more than your physical body. This usually means that you can hold it for maybe a few minutes to an hour? I might discuss more on this...even if limited...you can do a lot when no one can stop you.
Slowing time also effects more of a mental state if you hold back time too long but the only saving grace is the it isn't holding it completely back which means they could stay using their powers a little longer than stopping time completely. I say a few minutes to an hour n half? Again maybe a discussion on this
Time looping can only repeat a day once and must wait till midnight. Example: It is Monday, they go through the whole school day. If they want to loop it then they can activate the power at any time but it will kick in at midnight. The next day would still be Monday. After the second Monday the day would have to go to Tuesday no matter what. They would have to go through all of Tuesday before being able to loop again
