Thanks, I have physical therapy tomorrow so they should be able to help and I will let them know what happened. They might talk to my doctor to do more appointments but we will see :(

I will try to get a post up as soon as I can. Unfortunately, I got rear ended today so my back which was feeling better is now back at square one and it is in a horrible amount of pain which is making it hard to focus.
