If any of you have taken a peek at my previous work, I would like to hear your opinions of what you like that was positive, negative, or just plainly interesting. I strongly recommend this, so I can try and find ways to improve my work, and make stories more enjoyable for any future players.

Saeril gave a sad sigh again, almost sounding guilty, as she was heard Kili's reassurance and offer to help her situation. Really, he didn't need to, nor would she want him too. Thorin Oakenshield was a dwarf she didn't want to cross paths with; she was the one who murdered his and Dis' father Thrain during the battle of Moria! Whether or not Thorin knew her to be the killer, Saeril has bad memories coming back to haunt her; memories she was counseled to forget. Otherwise, the same darkness she had before will begin to boil, and if it does, she didn't want to think about what it could do towards her newly-found family. No, she never would let that happen; not to Kili.

"Okay", she suddenly found herself saying, looking towards the innocent dwarf before her. "You may speak to him. But rest assured, I promise no consequence", Saeril began to remove the headdress, and let her hair flow free, revealing once again her pointed Elven ears. Her creamy-white hand was right near his own...

"There is a mark there, Bilbo. I put it there myself", the wizard admitted as he closed the young Hobbit's circled door. Fili, on the other hand, returned the smile to his uncle, and returned the gesture by putting a hand on his shoulder.

Meanwhile, Saeril was just putting on her black horned headpiece when she heard her youngest godson come up behind her. She turned her gaze to look at him before taking a sigh, and answering. "Your uncle is not overly fond of elves. So for him to see me, it could turn into chaos real quickly. So, to prevent that, I will be covering my pointed ears with this", she explained, gesturing to the headdress upon her head. "Gandalf advised it", she added.

Also, I just discovered that the Blue-Eyes White Dragon is a LIGHT-Attribute.

If Yami activates the ECLIPSE trap card, it would explain why the first Dragon's attack didn't obliterate Dark Djinn: the trap of the ECLIPSE card increases the defense and attack-strength of DARK-Attributes, weakening the attacks of all other LIGHT-Attributes.

Obviously, you have the canons under your control, and there is Djinn in Yugi's deck. So, we can put some added attributes to the battle, like Dodge, Attack, you know, kinda similar to a Pokemon battle. But this will be for later.

There is also an "Eclipse" spell or trap card in Yugi's hand that he can use for Djinn to grow in power on the battlefield. After Kaiba draws one of his first Blue-Eyes White Dragons, Yugi can activate the Eclipse trap card, stalling Kaiba from making his move, losing a turn. There, Yugi can draw in Djinn. As soon as Kaiba makes his move, he discovers that Djinn has great defense strength, due to the Trap card's power, allowing Yugi to command Djinn to obliterate the Dragon.

All day, Djinn has been concealing herself within young Yugi's shadow, or in this case, as his shadow. She was thrilled and honored for him to accept her as a protector, and she was more than happy to be in his collection of cards. At school, during his time playing with Joey, Djinn was surprised of how much of a player he is; very experienced, and very knowledgable on the aspects of the game itself. What she did notice was Yugi's nervousness of showing other students his brand new card. Djinn did mention to him the night before that she was one of the rarest, and in reality, some duelists tend to not show rare cards before others, mainly because of the possibility for theives. She understood this, but she knew that Yugi can't hide her card forever. Also, unlike her time with Pegasus, Djinn had full access to see the outside world beyond her own card. She thanked the Millenium artifact for that.

She did, in fact, try to avoid whispering to her possessor everytime she talked to him. Djinn knew that her relation to the "shadow genie" was apparent, and the pros and cons were beyond imaginable: they were entities who were known to be malicious and dangerous, always finding ways to corrupt humans to express a darkness within their hearts. She didn't want that for Yugi, and he was much too young and innocent to express that said-evil. She didn't tell him this, not yet.

Djinn's card was safely in Yugi's possession all day, and the scene before was enough to glare daggers at the spoiled CEO before her and the boy. His grandfather Solomon was hurt, and she could almost feel the pain and anger within his grandson's eyes. "Oh no", was all she could whisper (to herself) in despair, after she peeked around from behind Yugi in her shadowy form, to glance at Kaiba. Hearing and seeing that he was challenged to a duel, Djinm couldn't agree more.

With the Millenium Puzzle coming to life, Djinn's shadowy sillouette shifted to her colored form, having crossed arms, and a silent, piercing glare coming from her red eyes. He wants a duel?! We'll give him one, Djinn finally thought to herself. "He hurt your grandfather, Yugi", she commented in a whisper. "Show him the heart of the cards. Show him the faith of a true duelist. I'll be with you", she tried to convince him, placing a shadowy hand on his shoulder, before disappearing into the deck before him, phasing herself back into her own card.

As soon as Kili began to lead her to the hall, Saeril paled, almost expressing that feeling of extreme anxiety. She was just about there. "I can't", Saeril exhaled in defeat before abruptly letting go of Kili's hand and scattered, retreating herself back into the shadows of the living room; her outfit perfectly camouflaged in the darkness, except for her luminous eyes. She wasn't to be feared by -- not anymore; but this one dwarf wasn't one she wanted to come across -- not after what she did to his father. Except he didn't know that, but his disgust for elves was apparent.

Fili was by the door, waiting for his brother to join them, as he took hold of his uncle's fur coat. "Bilbo Baggins, allow me to introduce the leader of our company -- Thorin Oakenshield", the voice of the wizard announced.

Saeril scanned his facials for a moment, before she returned the small back to him. She couldn't think of anything else besides him now. However, her thoughts were interrupted when there was a pounding sound at the door, which did make her freeze on the spot, until she took a second to compose herself.

"It would seem that he's here", she stated as a matter of fact, almost dreading the fact that the company's leader has arrived. She knew he wouldn't be fond of elves now, but the time he saw was over sixty years ago. Saeril was standing back up to her full height now, glaring looking down at the young dwarf.
