So I am thinking I am going to need a new Appearance image for Tenshi since I think the picture might be broken or an Alt appearance So here are some possible ones I am thinking of. I found them on google and I am not the best of picking out a picture to fit my characters. The first one I used originally was great, it just sucks that it is messed up now. If someone can find one better then these that fit my character let me know.

Question is. Is Chidori meant for just the ones in the "main branch" of the clan like clan's close relative etc? Or any other Uchiha can use it. @Buddha
I'm on the progress of making a draft about on how she got Chidori and why she learned it. SO I won't come up with a stupid reason like Kakashi, I was gonna say something stupid like "CHidori, this jutsu, it's meant to counter a Hyuuga" lol retard reason.

Honestly, Chidori is an overrated jutsu anyway.

Depends upon how many other jutsu you use. If you spam C-ranks all day and try pulling 3 A-ranks in a row, you'll have a bad time.
Putting arbitrary limits on jutsu for such a reason is silly. Circumstances always change. I'd much prefer a system of common sense. :v
Even then, genin have no business making more than a single clone.

Considering, as far as we know, clones require no 'upkeep' and you gain back all your chakra when it is destroyed, I'd say only chakra pool holds you back. Naruto had retard chakra, so he could spare making 50 clones. Probably not so much for an average joe.
@Hillan Well, no, because in the anime it's also said that it requires a lot of chakra manipulation skill to create these clones. Theoretically a chunin can't make four clones or three, or even two in most cases, because they lack the skill to manipulate their chakra all at the same times.
So a genin really shouldn't be making more than one clone.

I know a flak jacket is often a sign of a Jonin or Chunin is some cases, but I've always wondered why they don't just give everyone a flak jacket and have the color denote rank instead? A flak jacket is supposed to be armor, right? Why send your new recruits into a firefight without armor? :P
Flak jackets (Baki's aside) normally don't stop fuck all, anyway.
