Celestine Telamon Lightbringer,"Cel", "Bane of Clausewitz", "Jester of Kiburi."
Age:
15
Grade:
Mephisto 3rd year.
Biography:
Celestine was abandoned not long after they were born in this world. Discarded like trash because of their freak physical features, both boy and girl, they were taken in by an orphanage in Rhea. This allowed the strange child to survive... but their life was plagued by sentiments of rejection. The other children shunned them, and they were treated as unwanted weight upon the staff. Due to their seemingly impossible biology, they suffered from bouts of illness that nearly killed them before being five. Only one boy activedly befriended them, Parker. But he too, was a target of the bullies for he had been born without a blessing at all. Things seemed grim, until one day, a gentleman named Locke Telamon Lightbringer took the strange infant under their care.
Their adoptive father spared no effort in their education, sending them to the prestigious Saint Laurel's school and doted on the child. However, it was clear that the light of Saint Laurels held a lot of shadows. Bullies found their way to torment Cel inside the school, and yet the ambiguous infant shouldered on, holding on the bliss he found at home that many other orphans could never have. Little did they know that their father had other plans in store rather than raising a heir. When they arrived at home during their 14th birthday, a betrayal awaited. Celestine was to be sacrificed to untold gods and powers in exchange of forbidden knowledge. Celestine snapped, their blessing awakening fully at once, and managing to overpower the evil sorcerer stepfather, seizing all of his assets in the process when he died as a result of their struggle.
Frazzled and driven mad by the ordeal, Celestine tried then their chance at Clausewitz' school, intent on gaining martial prowess. However, when said school standards were deemed too tight for what they wished (to skip courses), the not-even-highschooler went on a rampage that sent 12 other students to the hospital, awakening a new power in the tribulation and gaining a new moniker. Disappointed, he instead tried their hand at Lord Kiburi's. Such school allowed him what he wished to do, as long as it was cool, but Celestine was unsatisfied. They had no desire to follow someone's trail, they were a trailblazer themselves. After admitting they had used Kiburi's project as stepping stone (much to the founder's hilarity) they quickly switched to a place that suited their needs the best, Mephisto.
Powers:
Core Power:Soul of Chaos: Celestine's soul is... different than most. It holds all the potential outcomes, yet none of it is determined. As a first effect, they are neither female or male, and both and the same time. It is unbound in the grand scheme of fate, and thus allows for things others cannot accomplish. Celestine is flat out immune to luck-altering, or fate effects (clairvoyance upon their actions gives back random static noise), and given that the mind is built upon the soul, mind altering effects are not unlike hitting water with a sword: It doesn't stick for long. Moreover, the Soul of Chaos allows for practicising arcane arts, being skills that warp the natural order. It can cause a feeling of revulsion on certain people and sensitive animals.
1st Power-Sorcery (Od): Sorcery is the use of one's own internal magical energy (od, another word for this kind of energy is Ki), to perform some pretty basic spells. Cel is adept at using the od to heal minor wounds, launch small blasts of energy, that hurt as much as a punch, and reinforce their body to resist some enemy attacks and not die at the first time someone kicks them hard. Od is also employed in a mage's favorite trick: Flight. Useful for getting away and launching overhead attacks. This is a secondary ability that is taught.
2rd Power- Ritual Magic: Ritual magic refers to the complex rituals and scriptures a mage has to use in order to manifest powers that otherwise their Od would not be able to. These usually involve painstakingly intricate circles, chants, and exotic components. Sure, Mages can rain blizzards and fireballs on top of people's enemies with the right catalysts, but such a bizarre display would flush out months of work and years of savings in pretty fireworks. For example, a fireball would require a desiccated salamander ritually sacrificed under a new moon and smoked in a 100 year old tree's wood, and making a Wall of Ice would require to carve a single block of pure ice made from a pristine spring, and then melt it with purifying salt. It is possible for her to make lasting enchantments and curses, although the time and effort involved in those is proportional. This is a secondary ability that is taught.
3rd-Power-Eye of Kairos: After so many struggles in their life, Celestine has awakened a sort of sixth sense that follows the ebb of battle. As battle is chaos, they can seamlessly navigate it down to an instinctual level. Martial arts and battle moves become trivial to learn and counter, and tactics are but an afterthought. As this is an introspective ability, it cannot be negated in the way all their other senses can. However, the strain of use will eat away their concentration after enough time, and give them crippling migraines and disrupt his magic.
Relationships:
Alyona::"My bestie. She sheems to revel in inflicting misery as much as I do."
Parker:"We used to be childhood friends back at the orphanage. He was a decent guy. Then again he thought I was a girl. I would loathe to fight him."
"Whatever, as long as I get paid." Height: 5'10"
Name:
Richard Parker aka "Handyman"
Age:
18
Grade:
Thomas Haast Institute for the Consecratedly Challenged (THICC) 3rd year & Vigilantes
Biography:
Richard never knew his parents. He was abandoned at birth like so many others of his place. Despite being found out to not have a blessing, Parker did his best to fit and made no small effort to keep in the game with his superpowered peers. He always had a soft spot for people whose blessings (or lack thereof) made them miserable. He befriended a little sick girl (or so he thought at that time) named Celestine. Both of them endured together the dog-eat-dog ambient of the orphanage, and Parker even joked that they could eventually marry. However, to all things come an end. Celestine departed for a new life. Parker didn't. He struggled all alone in the orphanage. Eventually, his situation was taken over by an specific institution for those with defective or nonexistant blessings.
The new environment gave Parker the respite he needed to fully develop as a person and his skills. As such, under the institution protection and tutelage, his skill grew in leaps and bounds, and he eventually ventured to take side jobs, as well as affiliating himself with the Vigilantes. The institution did turn a blind eye to these activities, knowing that any extra bit of money and skill would count. Parker, for his part, has aspirations to get a decent cushy job and a wife whose blessing doesn't kill him.
Powers:
Core Power:Godless: Richard Parker has no blessing. Nothing at all. He, however is both at the peak of fitness and mental skills.
1st "Power"-Jack of All Trades: Parker, from a very early age, has had to double down on learning new skills to compensate the blessings others have. As a result, he's skilled in a nearly staggering amount of diferent fields, like mixed martial arts, parkour, handcrafts, driving, cooking, basic mechanics... and the list goes on. Chances are, if it's useful for modern life, and it's a mundane utility that's not extremely specific (such as breaking science or military equipment), chances are Parker has a know how. Even if he doesn't, he knows a guy who knows a guy.
Relationships:
Celestine:"I thought they were a girl. They're still hauntingly beatiful regardless, and they are twisted beyond redemption... Our friendship seems to have cooled off thus."
Sakura reeled upon the impact, as a now frenzied Visceral was bearing upon her. She had once prided once in her speed and nimbleness, but losing her legs had... hurt her stance. Covering herself in a glob of water to augment her defenses, she gritted her teeth as she was quickly put on the defensive. She deftly parried the best she could, with her sinous body and keen senses. They picked up that the others were trying to aid her.
Except it was not aid. The green spore beam hit Sakura's water glob, and in a frustrated reaction, wind swatted the attack away.
Am I that...unreliable that you must put me down like a rabid dog? Sakura thought, as she felt hurt. She who had returned to Penrose. She who had risked life and limb to help these girls. Now she had been targetted by their own weapons. The shock allowed Caroline to strike true, the blade biting deep in the crown of Sakura's head, lodging one of her horns off, as blood spouted copiously.
Hurt. Betrayed. She who had given everything to these whimsical girls. A third rate freak. A walking joke. She couldn't see from her left eye any longer.
"Enough." She whispered in a harsh voice, as her remaining open eye glowed with the light of thunder. The night seemed to become darker by the moment, as the water surrounding her became electrified. She couldn't feel the pain any longer. Only the burning sensation. Her jaws became more unhinged and serpentine, as cloak of fast-moving razor winds engulfed her. A roar.
"EYYYYYYAAAAAAAARGH!"
An ear-splitting shriek, of both girl and dragon was heard as her powerful aura swelled outwards, engulfing the whole battlefield. The weather changed, as rain started to pour, and the distant sound of thunder came closer. Probably half of the city was aware of the power being deployed here, but the dragon princess did not care. Her glowing eye was now tracking Caroline. An armor of stormy weather was now covering her. But the wind was just picking up.
Hot Fire and Cold Water. One circling, one rooted. Two parts of the half. When both clashed, thunder followed. When both moved, storm was being brought forth, and so with Sakura's control of humid winds and Caroline's fierce weapon, a large waterspout was manifested surrounding Sakura.
"CHOKE ON YOUR SWEET RED, YOU BRAT!" She boomed as she barreled with the full force of the tornado towards Caroline.

Dina gritted her teeth as she struggled to maintain the Phoenix in the fray, hungrily eating mana. The battle tide seemed to hold for now, until she noticed that the Crimson Cradle agent decided to flee chasing the source of hostile magic.
"Let others have the glory this time." She muttered as she focused maintaining the restorative duties. But the bleedout of allies did not stop there. Justine fled, earning a stern gaze from Dina, as well as Mayra, who was not that trusted to be disciplined to begin with. Dina's eyes cast a sight in the distance... and seeing disturbances further in the city, in the direction of the hospital.
"The Varangian is also busy, huh." She added. With a flick, she dismissed the mana costly phoenix. And that's when she saw the line faltering. One of the Sanctuary warriors had been struck, and yet another one was left in shock. Not good.
Dina clicked her tongue and descended upon the fray, her battle wires ready, only to be pushed back with force by the sudden interruption, landing with cat-like grace further away from the trio. Her eyes narrowed at the Queen. She should have been more mindful of friendly fire.
"RAMPARTS!" She gestured, as she created barriers around the fallen Ashlyn and shocked Monica, giving the Sanctuary warriors a little of respite from the chaos. She advanced in cautioned steps as she began to stabilize the fallen so called head of security.
"Retreat. You're far too shaken, Hearth Priestess." She said in a commanding voice to Monica as she tended the wounds of Ashlyn, her steely temper becoming harsher and colder as the battle raged with new arrivals like the walking fashion disaster of sugary doom. "With this amount of firepower, you are not needed for the cleanup. Take the wounded ones with you."
"I'll finish this with the others, then rejoin you for further treatment." Dina said as she readied her wires, waiting for the wendigos to try and assail her walls. Her tail swishing, indicating her displeasure.

"Huh?" Sanngridr's bewilderement was made patent as she just watched her would be dance partner jump straight into a spear of her own making. "You're a poor dancer, Let me-KYAAANNN~~" She cut herself halfway through, letting a very strange sound as the Wendigo bit her wing. Whatever the beast had decided to nibble, It must have been a *very* sensitive spot, as the half pained exclamation of the valkyrie attested. Her usual attitude was stripped off her, and the other two people could see her cheeks flush, and a tear welling in her eyes, before unbidden fury flashed in them.
She struck fast and hard, twisting her body in a single thrust with her sword, and the ability of a surgeon. Hitting the heart of the offending creature, impaled in her own blade, now protuding outside the Wendigo´s body. Sanngridr then used her other hand to dab some blood on the blade from the falled creature, as she wrote runes on it.
"DAE...GAZ!" She said in a frazzled tone, her blade bursting in radiant energy and destroying the heart, while she panted heavily. It was then when her attention turned to the male magical boy... tending her dance partner's wounds. Her gaze narrowed upon on the offender.
"I'll allow it." She finally conceded. "She is a bad dancer anyway. But you, tophat...you owe me a dance now..." She whispered, as the crown hummed and cracked once more reigning her foul temper in.
It was then when a thunderous yell was heard, nearby. Sanngridr eyed the two, then eyed the direction. She caressed her torn wing and applied some healing on it, before shooting up and away, leaving some feathers behind. @Ponn@PlatinumSkink@Ariamis
The situation with the rampaging Sakura and Caroline was getting dark quickly. But for Ronin and Miko, it just went all dark of a sudden. Finding themselves covered in something that warded off the wind, dark and fluffy. Wings. They could recognize those wings that covered the both of them.
"Looks like you've got a little problem...girls." Sanngridr said to the couple, before turning her sight to the green girl. "And fellow deity servant."
Wait, is that... Sanngridr's eyes now rested on the figure right next to Gaia... and then offered her best smile. "Need a little help?"
Looking back at things, I guess I was kind of a bad person.
I used violence, I drank myself into vice. I killed.
And then I was dragged into a world that was much, much worse.
A world of horrors and magic where not even adults are forced to be the heroes.
There were bad times. But there was also honor to be gained.
I was found wanting, but I did things. Made friends. Rescued girls from the coil.
Vanquished evil.
Now here I stand. I could let others take the burden. I could go back to my old life.
And yet, others will have to take the burden. Well third time is the charm, as they say.
Jump the waterfall. Become a dragon.
Penrose... I'm back.
She eyed the situation with resignation as she zipped towards the commotion. Undead monsters with frozen hearts. Plant magic. A couple of familiar faces. An agent of chaos amidst. She clenched her fists, and honed her senses, as she stepped into vision. The ambient seemed to darken as she slid into view. A maiden, and yet not quite. Horns, and a massive tail where her legs would have stood, scraped against the pavement as she eyed the familiar faces.
"Twilight gives way to the world of Magic. Tis a time of wonders and horrors." She would say, her undulating way not bereft of grace, as her eyes went through Connie, Mia, Ronin, the pink clone of hers, which made her wince ever so slightly, the undead Wendigos and finally Caroline. "Monsters are on the prowl, no such time for young maidens to engage in games... certainly not, with such ugly mishappen pig spits." She pulled back the sleeves of her dress, as she eyed Caroline.
"Thou must forgive, for we art weary of thy kin." She coughed ever so slightly, rubbing the base of her horns as if nursing a headache. "Oh, screw this!" She would then assume a fighting stance, magic coalescing on her arm to form a spear of wind and lightning. "You wanna play, Vice Cereal? Touch bunbun-chan, green-chan, my disciple Ronin, or the eyesory copy of hers and I will fist you so hard your sister will feel it! I beat Codeine before! I sure can take on you!"
The figure showed a rather fierce grin as she spun the spear above her head, gusts of wind and rain dotting the battlefield. "ORA ORA ORAAA. Don't worry girls! I will handle this one. Stomp those fuckers!".
Even if the outside had changed, the Mahou Shoujo once known as Sakura... was still somewhere in there.

Sanngridr watched as battle unfolded, biting her lip in elation. These rabble monsters were as such, rabble. No more than the junk food of battle junkies... however the display by the two other combatants really stood out. Specially the bowyer girl. That was a level of carnage that stirred emotions from within the Valkyrie of cruelty. "Yes!" She said, inbetween giggles whenever Alicia scored a hit. "Oh yes! You are worthy of help indeed." She would say, as her free hand reached for the hovering crown above her head. This intoxicating sensation... she needed to savour it more. Fight the monsters. Fight the Beacon. Fight the whole city.
As the crown hummed slightly and became silence, all her cravings and bloodlust were laid bare, a large blissful grin appearing on Sanngrid's face, her cheeks flush, as she began to laugh in force and intensity, while she drew blood once more, runes being formed on her sword as she dived right into Alicia... just to land at her feet, her sword being planted on the ground. "Bloom..." She said, beaming.
"Forest of Impalement!"
The ground shimmered, as a myriad of reinforcement crude spears shot upwards as she mimicked Alicia's Barrage power with her own, intent on impaling every single target on her vicinity save herself and Alicia. Her two wings fluttered, as they sought to envelope the Beacon's Seraph in a dark fluffy embrace. "Would you like to dance?".
It was then when Sann realized there was someone else, and he might have been targetted by the spears. Well, no matter, if he was worthy of Odin's attention, he might survive yet.

And suddenly, it was like that Hitchcock movie she had found it all too distressing in her youth. She could feel every one of the little beady eyed creatures intentions, and they were up to no good. Dina did her best to stay regal, but flailed not a small amount as she ordered her eagle to leave the battlefield, while she herself put her cat reflexes to use and landed on all fours on an elevated spot. "Mew." She exclaimed, as she kept herself steady, her eyes scanning the situation. "Back to back! They will swarn in numbers!" She yelled to whomever could hear her as she deployed her Ruler's aura, bolstering everyone fighting the creatures in the area with her special brand of Reinforcement magic.
Her head tilted sideways seeing the spectacle her fellow flyer had done. "Thunderbird thunderball?" She quizzically raised an eyebrow, before quickly dismissing the urge to banther at the sight. "Right, I cannot dally. I am the Regent." She would comment to herself in a whisper, as she went by warding the nefarious birds that weren't caught in Shane's trap. "I must ask Sir Shane later."
Dina's ears and tail twitched before she focused, and in a booming voice, declared. "Unreachable Judge of the Heavens. Beacon of Heliopolis. Herald of High Noon. Fiery Death and Scorching Rebirth." She noticed her legs quivering, as the creature hungered for more mana, before being brought into her presence. "Come forth... PHOENIX!"
Night became day, for a brief moment. The soft touch of a warm midday was felt by everyone present. It came into being brilliant and in blazes. No bigger than a large goshawk, but radiant enough to not be stared at directly. It cried as it flew, like a fireball through the chaos of the crows and the thunderbird.
"MOW THEM DOWN, PHOENIX!" Dina said, sweat forming in her brow. "Purge these ravenous icy beasts!"
Okay, I decided to take things for a wild spin at the last moment. Sorry Folks.

"Kamaitachi"- A series of razor winds that slice a target.

Enhanced Outfit: After becoming a Monster Girl, she dons the Dragon Obi, which offers excellent protection.
Training- Wing Chun: Dragon. Kung Fu. Duh.
Sanctum(Water, Storm): Sakura's ability to blend in has evolved when becoming a monster girl, as now she is at home when underwater or in the middle of lightning strikes and storm winds.
Bile(Storm): Just like some dragons, she can vomit a lightning based breath with some hot steam on fools.
Reverence: Her Eternal Style has also evolved since her clothes are less important. Now she has gained the majesty of a Dragon. Some people even chuck money at her and pray for a blessing. Heheh, coins.
Immortality: When was the last time you saw a dragon being slain?
Fighting Style: Complements her wing-chun with lightning based quick attacks, aimed at key points of the opponent. After losing some physical ability and gaining more magical options, Sakura focuses more in a counter-attack style, mixing crowd control moves to wear opponents down.
Centaur Layout: Sakura's lower body is a dragon tail now.
Hoarder: Well, you know, Dragon girl. Tribute is welcome.
Second Specialization (Air): Weee.
Powerful Aura: She's on her way to become a Dragon Lord. Whenever she's angry, stormy weather may even follow.
Personality: Sakura is a hands on, zero tolerance for nonsense kind of person. Street wise and jaded, his demeanor is a stark contrast to his soft looks, and one can expect abundant swearing. Nevertheless, Sakura is honorable, and follows the code of the streets when possible. Brothers have to back up each other in scuffles and turf defending. Also bashing the heads of monster freaks. He may not be the nicest person around, but she will never turn her back on those who have earned her trust.
History: Sakura Yamamoto was once a man who thought that makes right. Unable to put his talents to good use as a productive member of society, he then stuck in the shady edges of civilizations to make a living. After a hard-fought youth, and too many clashes with the police, he ended in a semi -decent life of being a local gang ringleader. Life was doing okay, with the occasional scuffle and fling until one day, his abuse of substances was his downfall.
A shadow crept in the road one second too late he could hit the brakes. Well, it was no use his reflexes were shot due to a drinking contest he had 10 minutes early. He was dead drunk, judging by what seemed an hallucination now standing on top of his car when he finally got out.
At his feet was a young girl in strange clothes. It seemed one of those shows, maybe a candid camera. Except it wasn't. The hallucination spoke with a shrill voice, calling Sakura a lunatic and a murderer. It was a pretty badmouthed hallucination. Then the creature said that he needed a replacement for the dead girl, and pressed Sakura to sign some weird stuff in shock. And then he passed out.
One killing headache later, he was freaking out at what was reflected in the mirror of his shoddy apartment. He thought for a moment he was going to jail for keeping a naked little girl. Only to realize he had become the little girl.
Puchuus can be quite sadistic employers. And the bastard also took his flat, car and assets for the trouble.
After some adventures, and some remarkable contributions in the fight against Justine following a failed assault at Mariette's HQ, Sakura managed to regain her former gender. Time will tell if it was a good idea.
Nope it was not. Sakura ended up alienating Emily, her first magical friends.
In the aftermath of the tournament, Sakura also managed to splurge her savings to save a teleporter called Tenebra. After seeking completion and managing to convince Tenebra to keep out of Penrose's troubles despite her grudge to stomp a couple of heads (mainly Penny and Justine), Sakura decided to brave the magical world once more.
Now, if her patron had not been downright spiteful and turned her into a monstergirl as she broke the contract... However, it wasn't entirely bad per se- she had acquired aspects of dragons, symbols of power.
Incantation: Thank god it's no longer applicable.
Additional Info: Sakura likes loud motorbikes, hard drinks and a good scuffle. She also has a penchant for bonsai trimming as a coping mechanism, and struggles to walk around in skirts. Unfortunately, she has to do both now, since she lost her legs for a meaty tail. She still considers a man, and will sometimes furiously rebuke girly actions with "dragons have no gender, hah!".
Used Ruby to Purchase Water. Chose Mag Overload as solo patron perk. Replaced Incognito, Eternal Style, Interdimensional Tourist and Masculinity with Sanctum (Water, Storm)(+1 Mag Instead of Agi), Bile, Reverence(+1Mag instead of +1Lck) and Immortality(+1Mag instead of +1Lck).
Power: Killing Blow: Only one of these may be used at once.
"Narukami" - Basically a big ass stream of lightning that comes from the character's hands and travels in a straight line. Can be used at point blank with self-harm to slap vampires silly.
"Amateratsu" - Do I need to explain? Explosion of Black Fire. Good for killing ninjas in orange suits.
"Ice Dragon's Fang." - Just chucks a giant chunk of ice at the target. Crush and Freeze.
"Emily watch this cool stuff." - A three affinities ultimate blast.
Fighting Style: Complements his wing-chun with lightning based quick attacks to make up for the lack of size and hitting power. Prone to hit and run tactics rather than prolonged fighting. After losing some physical ability and gaining more magical options, she literally is a Kung-Fu Wizard.
Nonstandard Limbs: Sakura's eyes are now slitted like a cat, and she has grown a bushy tail and ears that interferres in wearing certain clothes. Caps are off limits.
Altruist: Can't let these kiddos get into all the trouble.
Second Specialization (Ice): Cool kitten.
Horrendous Luck: Bring it on.
Personality: Sakura is a hands on, zero tolerance for nonsense kind of person. Street wise and jaded, his demeanor is a stark contrast to his soft looks, and one can expect abundant swearing. Having gotten the message, Sanngridr proceeded to store the coin on herself, as she sighed. It was never easy, was it? The valkyrie took flight on her mighty wings and soared aimlessly, thinking what to do. The city was particularly lively today, as some monsters prowled in the streets, what seemed the usual fare. It was stupid, and delightful, watching all these churls flailing around, ignorant of the banalities of their own existences. The monster girl seemed downright bored with the situation after a short while.
And then, it happened. She spotted the Hospital, being under attack. Something...stirred. Like some bad gas passing through her entrails, it twisted and coiled within her, trying to break towards the surface of her psyche. Things that she had long buried and discarded. She winced ever so slightly.
"I'm going to be a doctor like you, dad. Saving lives is cool." An echo of a former past, now almost unreachable as the long way towards what she had became had been fraught by twists and turns that in each curve of the way, had shredded bits and pieces of her very self, leaving only the bare, most rapacious essentials. Or so she thought... until now.
Besides, what kind of warrior would she be, if she did not respect houses of healing? Leaning on her left wing, she began to circle the hospital and its spectacle, crude monsters assailing Beacon forces. Of course they had to be Beacon. Life was never easy. It was a bittersweet pill to swallow, as the lampheads and her masters goals were downright conflictive... but even so, Beacon did respect the rules of battle. If only a little.
Fine...you win, Will... She whispered as she descended, halting a few feet ahead of the group of Wendigos that looked like football hooligans ready to pounce on the enemy team fans.
"Rejoice, Odin finds your struggle... amenable." She said both to Alicia and Aurelio. It was the most transparent excuse, but it would have to do. Sanngridr pulled her sword out and cut her finger, lightly dabbing the sword with blood as she traced a couple of runic symbols. With grace and swiftness she swung it twice, making a couple of feints in the air. At each step, a faint magic trace followed the blade, creating ghostly after images as she performed her move. Dozens of reinforcement facsimile blades now stood above the Wendigos.
"Tiwaz" She said, as the blades launched like one of Penrose's most lethal hailstorms, landing on the creatures. The Valkyrie barely raised an eyebrow, before speaking again.
"Daegaz." She commanded, as the bladed constructs burst with brilliance, mimicking sunlight. For what she had seen, Alicia had managed to down one of the creatures with scorching energies, perhaps that was part of the trick to it.
"Don't disappoint me, heheheheh." The Valkyrie of cruelty smiled, upon seeing the rising battle tide against the Wendigo.

Sanctuary operations seemingly had fallen into monotonity as of late. Penny's cadre of new faces had seemed to act sharply to the Wendigo operation, sending the much reviled wolf girl away from her. It was nothing personal from Dina's side, but after her transformation, she had found dogs to be a little... hard to stomach around. Her idleness was such that her decorum and poise seemed to falter, and indeed she had stopped herself from licking her hand to groom her ears. When was tea time again? She counted the minutes on the clock, as she leaned on her seat from the operations room.
Oh, looks like they were being overrun after all. Where was the Varangian at times like this? Sanngridr was eerie, but if there was one thing to be trusted out of her was her bloodlust. The Regent sighed. She had to make do with Penny's people, as uneffective as they were. Mariette scrambling things was not helping.
It was quite... the quagmire. At least not as bad as the beach. She had given the shoulder to Dan's antics, her patience having finally hit her maximum. Still, she would love some chilled drink and a sunny beach now. Oh well.
"Looks like we need more effectives." She blandly stated as she eyed the screen. "And more commanders on the field."
"Hm? Looks like the Varangian has resurfaced." The catgirl said. "Tell Sanngridr to join forces with our effectives as soon as she's done with the hospital." Dina gritted her teeth.
"Direct intervention is necessary." She said, very reluctantly, and redoubling her efforts to sortie, summoning a giant eagle. "These whelps wont last." She added as she sped up towards where the Sanctuary forces were.
