NPC Characters

NPC characters are free game, meaning anyone can control them. If you want to Showdown Battle against one of them though, let me know. Even the Professors are available to battle.

Age: Appears to be early 40's
Home Town: Pallet Town, Kanto
Rank: A

Personality: He is basically the same man we all know from the anime, but with so much on his plate, he is less chipper these days. 

Biography: You can read about Professor Oak on his Bulbapedia page. As for his time here on Earth, the professor has had his hands full. He works out of the Pokemon Headquarters in Japan, and he is regarded as the Pokemon World's highest authority, and thus spends all his time acting as an ambassador of sorts.

Pokemon: Professor Oak uses Gen 1 Pokemon, almost always carrying the evolved versions of the three Kanto starters.

Age: Appears to be late 20's
Home Town: New Bark Town, Johto
Rank: A

Personality: Elm is as bumbly and nervous as usual and can never seem to take a good picture. This is made even worse by the location of his new lab in the Amazon Jungle. He is constantly worried about all the poisonous animals and Pokemon in the area, but it is a necessary risk he says. 

Biography: You can read about Professor Elm on his Bulbapedia page. As for his time here on Earth, Elm arrived when the second generation of Pokemon also arrived. At first, he lived with Oak in Japan, but when asked about having his own Pokemon Lab at a new headquarters, he chose the Amazon because of all the different species of animals living there, Pokemon and Earth animals alike.

Pokemon: Professor Elm uses Gen 2 Pokemon, almost always carrying the evolved versions of the three Johto starters.

Age: Appears to be late 20's
Home Town: Littleroot Town, Hoenn

Personality: Birch is still a happy camper, albeit not too thrilled about the hot days in Egypt.  

Biography: You can read about Professor Birch on his Bulbapedia page. As for his time here on Earth, Birch arrived with the third generation of Pokemon, four years ago. He chose to make Egypt his new home, finding the history there to be fascinating, but you won't always find him there. He always looks for an excuse to travel the world. It's best to call him first, before making the trip out to see him.

Pokemon: Professor Birch uses Gen 3 Pokemon, almost always carrying the evolved versions of the three Hoenn starters.

Age: Appears to be in his 50s
Home Town: Sandgem Town, Sinnoh

Personality: Rowan is a stoic man with a kind heart, but if you try to get a picture of him, he will put a hand up. Therefore, all we have is a drawing. 

Biography: You can read about Professor Rowan on his Bulbapedia page. As for his time here on Earth, Rowan arrived with the fourth generation of Pokemon, three years ago. When asked where he wanted to open up shop, he was given a list of possible building sites. He ended up choosing Russia, knowing that none of the other professors arriving after him would appreciate the cold weather, and he didn't care either way.

Pokemon: Professor Rowan uses Gen 4 Pokemon, almost always carrying the evolved versions of the three Sinnoh starters.

Age: Appears to be early 30s.
Home Town: Nuvema Town, Unova

Personality: Juniper is confident and welcoming. She is very admirable. 

Biography: You can read about Professor Juniper on her Bulbapedia page. As for her time here on Earth, Juniper arrived with the fifth generation of Pokemon, two years ago. When she arrived, Oak suggested that she set up her new lab in New York, USA, because it has so much in common with the Unova region, but she turned down this offer in favor of the Rocky Mountains. Her reasoning was simple, her research into the origins of the would be better suited where she could find more dinosaur fossils. Also, she seems to like skiing a lot.

Pokemon: Professor Juniper uses Gen 5 Pokemon, almost always carrying the evolved versions of the three Unova starters.

Age: Appears to be early 30's
Home Town: Lumiose City, Kalos

Personality: Sycamore is his same old charming, relaxed self. He loves being here on Earth.

Biography: You can read about Professor Sycamore on his Bulbapedia page. As for his time here on Earth, Sycamore arrived with the sixth generation of Pokemon, a year ago. After he arrived, Oak told him about Paris, France, but didn't push the issue after Professor Juniper threw them a curve ball a year before. But Sycamore had no reason not to chose France, and Paris reminded his so much of home, it only felt natural to live there.

Pokemon: Professor Sycamore uses Gen 6 Pokemon, almost always carrying the evolved versions of the three Kalos starters.

Age: Appears to be late 20's
Home Town: Hau'oli Outskirts, Alola

Personality: Kukui is as hyper and head strong as ever. He couldn't be happier with his new Hawaiian home. 

Biography: You can read about Professor Kukui on his Bulbapedia page. As for his time here on Earth, Kukui arrived with the seventh generation of Pokemon, on New Years this year. A year ago, when Professor Sycamore was still in the Pokemon World, the two of them had a talk. Quite unlike himself, Kukui seemed scared, mostly scared that he might disappear next. It wasn't the dissapearing part that upset him so much, it was the leaving his home. So when Sycamore arrived on Earth and was found by Professor Oak; he spoke of their conversation. This actually made things easier, because when Kukui arrived on Earth, his new lab was already set up in Hawaii.

Pokemon: Professor Kukui uses Gen 7 Pokemon, almost always carrying the evolved versions of the three Alola starters.

Age: Appears to be around 12.
Home Town: Pallet Town, Kanto

Personality: Ash is still the rash, act first kind of person, but he has an added layer of maturity to him now. He won't sit still long enough for a good photo though, hence the picture.

Biography: You can read about Ash Ketchum on his Bulbapedia page. As for his time here on Earth, Ash arrived with the first generation of Pokemon, six years ago. At the time, he only had Pikachu with him. So like he had done many times before, he had to start from scratch. At first, he treated this like any other adventure, but he soon realized a scary fact: he couldn't call home. Somehow Professor Oak had been transported here as well, but not his mother. He is constantly searching for a way back home, but when the yearly storm rolls in he also holds onto hope that maybe his mother will be brought here this time.

Pokemon: Ash Ketchum typically uses Pokemon that he caught in the Pokemon World, because remind him of his old Pokemon. Occasionally however, he will mix things up.

Home Town: Houston, TX, USA

Personality: Brooke is a life long fan of Pokemon, and now that she can actually be a trainer, she is almost always beaming with joy. 

Biography: Brooke started watching Pokemon when she was five years old and never stopped. When she was seven years old, Pokemon Go launched in 2016. She didn't have her own smartphone at the time, but her older brother did, and he let her tag along when he went out to play. When she turned 10, her parents gave her a phone as well. She treated it like her very own Pokedex. From then on, she wouldn't go a week (and sometimes even a day) without playing the game. She became a popular YouTube personality when she was 18 and started traveling the world playing Pokemon GO. For extra cash, she developed websites and edited other people's videos, as well as product promotions on her YouTube channel of course. 
When Pokemon arrived in the world in 2030, she was super excited. Only, she wasn't accepted into the trainer program for some reason. This not only upset her but also her followers. She wouldn't continue to persistently apply as often as the rules would allow. One year later, she was finally accepted into the program. She's been a full-time trainer for the last five years, and is an even bigger hit on social media.

Pokemon: Brooke is constantly switching out her Pokemon and claims to love them all equally.

Age: Appears to be 10
Home Town: Petalburg City, Hoenn

Personality: Max has matured a lot over the years. He is confident, but still cautious and calculating at times. 

Biography: Max had been waiting patiently for the day he could finally become a trainer. When that day arrived, he quickly choose a Mudkip as his starter from the fill-in professor (since Professor Birch had vanished some time ago). With his new Mudkip in tow, he sprinted to go find the Ralts that he befriended so long ago. He didn't have to go far, because Ralts was waiting for him just outside Littleroot Town. The two had remained close over the years, and the Ralts had been counting down the days just as much as Max had been. So without a struggle at all, Max held out a Pokeball and caught Raltz. 
That's when a strange cloud covered the sky and a bolt of purple lightning struck the ground nearby. This caused Max to flinch. When he opened his eyes, he was here on Earth. This was the most recent storm that brought generation 7 Pokemon to Earth.

Pokemon: Max only has his Mudkip and Ralts.

Okay, so I kind of ran myself in a problem, I'm not very sure where to go from where my characters are, or how to meet with the other characters. That and time constraints. 

I do like this but, I'm worried such a large scale thing is abit too much for now.

I still want to do this just not sure how. I'll try to think of somethin soon. @Balthazar007@TheForgottenArc

I'm hearing ya. For starters, don't worry about meeting up with the others. Don't force it. If it doesn't feel natural, just let us know what your characters are up to. Let the others come to you. 

In the same vein, I know this RP is large scale, but that's only because our characters are so large scale. With beginning power rankings of 9,000. Any one of us can run head first at an invasion like the one I'm mounting in the Downtown district and hold our own. That being said, just put yourself in your character's shoes. Don't ask what they would do. Ask yourself what you would do, if you were them. 

Looking forward to whatever you come up with. I hope this helped. No big rush or anything. It's good to just hear from ya!

On a side note: I'm going to work on the district that connects the Red District with the Downtown District. That'll give your Lust character a bridge to the action.
