Current Sick right now. I feel dizzy, have a slight cough, but just really warm and run down. All I want to do is sleep, but laundry and writing call to me, and I can't ignore either.

Staying in my set boundaries. Her phone somehow got run over by a car and she called me from the hotel. Didn't answer. She left a message, wanting me to buy her a new one. No.

I found out that they're not pursuing arson charges against my mother. How do you like that? She gets off scott free, and we get to clean up the mess.

Just want to go home and lay down. I'm tired of the stress and the anxiety. Yesterday was hard enough, and I don't know how much more I can take.

They released my mother. Even though she's still spouting off and not stable, they marked her as fit for release. Dad caved and got her a phone. Now she's trying to get rides again. I'm no contact.

Bio

I'm a multi-paragraph, advanced writer, seeking those with similar interests and capabilities. I do have a large list of ideas that I make over, add to, and change as the ideas come.

My rules may seem harsh, but I started role playing in the Yahoo! chat rooms when I was 14, and we had a similar list. Especially when the site had groups you could form.

-I don't mind sexual content, but the main focus is the story. If the character's have a connection, then I accept it, but I do NOT write it for the sake of appeasing someone's need for entertainment.

-I don't usually do this, but I need a sample of your writing. Too often people have claimed to be what they aren't, and I'm hoping to head that off at the pass.

-Be able to post, at the bare minimum, once every week. I can understand having a busy life. Between my home and work chaos, it can be hard to sit down and post regularly. If you can't, message me and I will happily wait. Though I do ask this; if you're dropping out, don't ghost. Tell me upfront. I always understand.

-I'm looking for someone to play male characters. No story is exactly set, as I have met people who can bring new perspectives to a base idea. I can play background males, but the mains I am looking for.

-My base genres are fantasy (meaning they have powers. Not dragons, orcs, etc), romance, modern, medieval, post-apocalyptic, and historical.

If you can make it past these, I look forward to writing with you.

Hello everyone. I have a few story ideas that I'm seeking partners for. As most people tend to bypass the rules when reading through the idea, I'm posting them first.

1) No sexual content. I don't write it. I am, however, seeking players 18 and above. Most of my content has triggering themes such as ongoing and past abuse, drugs and alcohol, mentions of rape, and dark themes involving bloodshed, war, and gore.

2) Multi-paragraph. I want content to work with. I can understand a paragraph during a slow conversation scene, but the bulk has to be multiple paragraphs.

3) I don't usually do this, but I need a sample of your writing. Too often people have claimed to be what they aren't, and I'm hoping to head that off at the pass.

4) Be able to post, at the bare minimum, once every few days. We all have busy lives, especially with the college semesters coming up, home lives, illnesses, and children, but I would like to keep the story going.

Now, for the ideas. Some of them may seem generic, but they can be built upon. Most were ones that I had when I started role playing, and they're dear to me.

Note- I do have more in a file online. If you can follow the rules above and wish to see the list, comment or message me.

Secondary note- You will be playing the male characters.

1) A medieval story about a girl of 17 who is sent the king as a ward after her parents die of the sweating sickness. Her father was once a revered man at court and high in the king’s favor. However, as time goes on, he sees how sheltered she is, and learns of the awful truth of her father. While his feelings grow, a plot by a rival family threatens to destroy her, and her good standing.

Themes- Romance, violence, possibility of war. Historical only.

2) X-Men- Takes place after the first movie. Wolverine is on patrol when he spots the body of a young woman in the bushes inside the school grounds. He takes her to the medical ward where it is discovered that she’d been a prisoner of a local gang of mutant haters. She is blind, mute, and two months pregnant. Need someone able to play Logan as he is.

Themes- Romance, violence, mentions of abuse.

3) Boy and girl hook up at a party. Two months later, the girl finds him and announces her pregnancy. She tells him she won’t ask for his help, and that he’s off the hook. Three months go by before they see each other again. She is living on the streets. He convinces her to come live with him at his parents house. The story is about their journey in growing up, accepting responsibility, and finding each other emotionally.

Themes- Eventual romance, slice of life, coming of age.

4) Man comes to work for a husband and wife as body guard to their daughter; an up and coming singer. He’s to make sure she stays on task, and is well guarded, but also to report her daily activities. He notices she sneaks out at night, hangs with kids her own age, even sings in clubs. He reports it all, until he comes to realize the punishment they inflict upon her. Now, he wants to try to help save her by keeping her secrets, and helping her become emancipated from their control.

Themes- Abuse, later romance.

5) A young woman is drafted and sent off to war. Who was once a bright and vibrant soul comes home tormented by what she’s seen. Carrying the coffin of a dearest friend, she blames herself for his death, and struggles to cope with day to life. As the story progresses, more is learned about what happened while overseas, and with helps from friends and family, she begins her road to recovery.

Themes- Slice of life, romance, drama, acts of war, bloodshed, PTSD. Most of the content, especially in the flashbacks, will be graphic in nature.

6) A girl from a prominent family meets a local boy with a bad reputation. During their two relationship, she defends his attitude and sticks with him through hardship. He treats her like a queen, and so stays blind to his faults. However, when she discovers she's pregnant, she leaves his mother basement and strikes out on her own. His sweet words and promises of change bring her back, but a fight ensues between himself and his enemies. Caught in the crossfire, she loses the child.

Once she leaves him for good, this story can take three turns, but those can be discussed in private message. It will start at the beginning, so you'll need two OC's.

Themes- Romance, violence, possibility of murder, miscarriage.
I have a general idea for a story, and it can go two different ways.

The basic plot revolves around a home in the forest; away from society, it's hardships, and the toxic atmosphere it can present. There, they will build a new life.

This can go two different ways; real world or fantasy.

If fantasy: They have powers (elemental only) and are making a haven for people like them.

If real world: It's for safety, anonymity, and a fresh start to live without constraints.

There are, as always, a few rules.

1) No sexual content, but if romance, it has to be 18+, or someone of your own age group in real life. Depending on the scenario chosen, there may be violence, gore, and a host of mature content. Be strong enough mentally to handle it. To add, don't force romance. If a player says no, accept it.

2) Multi-paragraph. I want content, especially when it comes to the character backstories. There is a lot to work with in every case.

3) Be literate. Yes, mistakes happens, but it takes no time at all to scroll through and correct them. As well, it has to be third person writing, and no text talk or speech.

4) I don't usually do this, but I need a sample of your writing. Too often people have claimed to be what they aren't, and I'm hoping to head that off at the pass.

5) Be able to post, at the bare minimum, once every few days. We all have busy lives, especially with the college semesters coming up, home lives, illnesses, and children, but I would like to keep the story going.

Lastly, please use real life pictures for your characters. Profile type doesn't matter, neither does real world gender, but I want to put a real face to the character.

Hope to see you soon!

Hello!

Before we begin, this will role play will include dark themes, such as attempted or committed murder, alcoholism, possible drug use, and a miscarriage.

I’m looking for a role player capable of playing first a dark natured male, then a kinder one, both ages to be older than 21.

My character’s bio will be provided in PM, but the synopsis is as follows:

- Her father and mother are both prominent in the town.

- She was a good student and active in charities until she met the darker natured male. Because he treats her like a queen, she blindly follows him.

- Slowly, she will cut off contact with her family as the story progresses.

There are three types of turns this role play can take, but I will lurk in the comments to see who may be interested.

I’m looking for:

- Someone who is 18+ in age (gender does not matter)

- Multi-paragraph writer (a paragraph during slow scenes and conversation)

- Literate. I don’t mind a few typos, but not a page worth.

- Able to add to the story.

I look forward to hearing from you!
“EVAC! WE NEED AN EMERGENCY EVAC! EXPLOSIONS IN THE MAIN QUARTER! GET DOWN! EVERYONE GET DOWN!” Rain screamed, backing into a corner of the building as her hands moved over the ground, seeking the location of her rifle. Everything had been peaceful, homely, but in the blink of an eye death had come to her hometown.

“Rain, it’s alright! It’s just fireworks! You’re safe!” Adam yelled, looking to his mother for assistance. The older woman was already calling for help, while his father sprinted across the field to end the ceremonial display. They were told this might happen, but until now, she'd seemed normal, albeit on edge. This, however, was louder and more vibrant than children playing or lightning flaring in the sky. In her mind she was back in the front lines and reality had vanished.

“WE’RE UNDER ATTACK! MAIN QUARTER IN THE MARKET DISTRICT! NEED AN EMERGENCY EVAC!” The memories of that fateful night stretched out before her eyes; when she learned what true horrors were made of, and the people she'd grown to trust were snatched from the world by the hands of evil men.

Darkness consumed the Bazaar, clouds of dust and debris rained down from the streets. Around her, the men and women readied their weapons, each one taking in the scene as they scrambled further into the alleyway. The terrorists, with faces covered and guns raised, stalked down the lanes like wraiths in the night, looking for hidden soldiers. Her team had walked straight into an ambush, and there was nowhere left to hide. The time had come to stand their ground and fight, or be taken as prisoners and executed while the world watched.

“WE NEED TO GO! ALL BUILDINGS! FIND A PLACE AND WAIT IT OUT!” Commander Jones’ voice echoed in her headset, his orders barely audible over the din of gunfire. The enemy was rapidly approaching, taking down the smaller groups that littered the streets, as well as the innocents that attempted to fight back. No mercy had always been their motto, and tonight, they were showing their full force with an all out assault. There would be no survivors.

Glass breaking overhead made her start, her rifle raised at the face that greeted them. A teenaged boy dressed in military garb gazed down at them with his hands raised in surrender. He wasn’t a threat, but in this moment, all bets were off. “Inside before they come!” he stated hurriedly, jerking his head over his shoulder. Colonel Jackson stood just enough to see inside, his eyes making a quick sweep. His parents were barricading the entrance and windows, hell bent on keeping out the murderers. The moment they crossed that threshold, shots burst from the street, and the boy who had brought them into safety lay dead, blood splattering her clothes as his mother screamed for the loss of her only son.

_____

If you’ve made it this far, I’m seeking a role player, capable of keeping up with the story, as well as doing individual research on military tactics and medical knowledge. There are a few rules before we begin.

-18+ in real life. This is due to the graphic nature of the content; warfare, murder, torture, gore, life and death situations.

-Multi-paragraph sentence structures.

-I need someone capable of playing multiple characters, but mainly her boyfriend or fiancée.

Lastly, if for any reason you do not want to continue, tell me upfront.

I look forward to hearing from you!
Still open. It can be one on one, or a small group.
Still Open
Still open.
Dropping the logs next to the fire, Astrid knelt on the woven blanket and piled the logs into the flames. The guests would be due any moment, and she wanted to have a warm fire to greet them. From what she understood, their journey had been long and arduous. The circumstances surrounding she hadn’t yet been made aware, but come what may, they would face it head on.

Her father always told her, “Never trust a man because of his looks or the past he gives you. Even in light there can be darkness, but shielded from view. Always assume the worst until proven otherwise, but never let your game be shown”. He had been a wise man, a strong figure in her life and the nearest town, but even he had been bested by figures unknown. On the day of her parents funeral she made a vow; be smarter and stronger than the rest. More than once this ideal had cost her friends and acquaintances, but at the end of the day it was better to be alone than make a enemy through a hard decision. The less people involved, the more secrets you were able to keep, thereby protecting yourself and those around you. She’d give these people time to show their true selves. After all, the honeymoon phase never lasted, did it?

Turning to the low table, she set about cutting the onions, and lettuce for the burgers, then finally the potatoes. These she cut into strips for homemade French fries. With the fire nearly roaring, it wouldn’t take long to heat the oil and get the fries to the perfect consistency. The meat was already formed into the perfect shape, and the stone cooking tablet smothered with grease placed on a small patch of wood to heat. The patties were mixed with mint, lemon pepper, and a little salt to give it a hint of flavor. If the visitors didn’t like the taste, they could starve or cook something later at their own cabin. This was more customary than necessary, but her mother taught her to always give when needed. With the road they’d traveled, food, tea, and rest would be the order of the day.

Once the hot stone was ready, she placed the fare onto cook and took to the cauldron to draw out the heated water for tea. Lemon balm would be the order of the day; enough to relax, but also give strength, and help aid in digestion. With the day nearing its end, they’d need the sustenance to unwind and find their bearings. There would be work to do tomorrow if they couldn’t afford to pay. This wasn’t a charity, and she wouldn’t let them skate by. The others found out quickly enough, but their prices had been higher than most. After all, it was their lives that had been saved and she’d come through on every promise she’d made. Here’s hoping they paid it forward.

The sound of tires on the snow covered road made her freeze, her hand straying to the hatchet she carried at her side. It was true that there were people who would love to find her and pay her in kind for helping their victims escape, but they’d find their share of blood on the ground by the time she finished, and the local wolves would enjoy the leftover feast. Crouching behind the bramble, she’d wait for confirmation of the occupant before making her presence known. If a foe, she’d have the upper hand. If not, well, at least she wouldn’t scare them by the sight. Either way, the evening promised to be eventful, and it had been awhile since she’d had a good fight to speak of.

Bring it on.

Hello everyone. Hope this finds you well.

I’m hoping to find a partner (maybe partners depending on how you want this go to) for a story that really isn’t yet in the making. I have a character, her bio, and a setting, but I’m wanting to collaborate with people who can keep a story going. Be mindful that this will not be fantasy; no magical powers or supernatural beings. This is based on real life, so the events will need to follow suit.

Your character could be on the run from life, someone who wants to hurt them, or maybe they’re wanting to hurt her. They could also be just enjoying the time away, and they find a new life they like while staying there. The possibilities are endless!

There are, however, a few rules.

1) 18+ only. I don’t mind writing with anyone, but this role play will contain elements of gruesome battles, tortures, hunting animals for survival, as well as possible murders. I will spare no details when I write, so be aware.

2) Willing and able to play a male character. I, sadly, have never been able to portray one accurately, so I look to others for guidance and inspiration. To go with this, no anime photos. I have nothing against it, but as this is a real world role play, I need real world photos.

3) I’m seeking multi-paragraph writers. I allow a paragraph during conversation, but the rest of the time, I want content to be able to work with.

4) Can post once a day or every couple of days. I understand real life happens. Trust me; I have school, helping my mother around the house, night time cleaning and cooking, as well as an off sleep schedule. If you can’t post, just tell me! I’m willing to work with you, but if a week goes by and I don’t hear from you, I will have to call it off. No matter what, communicate.

5) This rule goes with the last, but deserves its own number; if you fall out of interest, please just tell me! Don’t go silent. I’ll understand.

If you’re interested, please comment below, or send me a PM with the heading "The Haven".

I hope to hear from you soon!
