Lupa was rather curious about the demonness who took away her master. She was rather fond of her friend, and eagerly chased after them. The youthful wolf thought for a moment and looked at the girl for a moment, wondering if she really was that kind. Then again, she was giving her master a piggyback ride! Maybe she can get one too! Quickly hopping on Okami's back, she used her paws to wrap around his neck and seemed like a backpack of sorts on his back. Lupa's tail was wagging back and forth rather quickly from how excited and fun she was having. The sun was nice...a warm body to rest/lean on...the scores in the sky...scores? Lupa immediately looked for her master's name, and gave a small whimper in sadness. Their score was the one of the lowest...and she wanted to find a way to remedy that. But first, wake up master! She gave a thank you bark to the demonness for taking care of Okami as she took a large bite on the top of his head...

"AGHHH LUPA I GET IT, I'M AWAKE!"
Okami immediately rolls off of Vilivyn to remove Lupa from his head. She seemed to be giggling of sorts from his reaction and retreated back into her Catalyst to rest up now. He shakes his head sighing and notices that he was away from the area they were in before and close to the middle. Turning to Vilivyn and patting her on the head, Okami laughs a bit and smiles at her. "Thanks for having my back there, now let's see those results."

The usual cheerful boy hurries off as soon as he takes one long glance at the sky. What! Pops told me Unison Form gets you practically a guaranteed spot in the top twenty! Ugh, I'm not going to hear the end of this...all the guys at the tavern making fun of me. Okami sprints off rather quickly as he left Vilivyn, Faera, and Alba in the dust. "Sorry, I'll meet you guys in the middle! We'll celebrate everyone passing soon, just give me a moment!"

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN THAT FORM DOESN'T COUNT ANYMORE!" Okami was at the booth talking to the judges there who were taking in many complaints...though Okami really just managed to hop on over rather quickly since the line moved so slowly. The judges explained to him that the Unison Form were not allowed to use in the trial for the adventurer's license and that he should be glad that he passed instead of complaining. Okami was half tempted to rip up the license they handed over to him which states:

He was really upset with his score and was taking out his frustration...in a rather interesting way. Looking for the nearest tree that was close to the portal, the boy started to climb and jump around in it to take out all the pent up rage energy generated from the results. Lupa came out of her Catalyst to watch this event happen...taking a peaceful nap on a nearby stone. Okami did wave at the others to come over and did wave at Lena and Tania since they were relatively close too. Still, he kept on climbing and jumping around rather quickly among the branches of the large tree...

Sponsored or Debt Repaid

There were also a few who were coming in through the portal to receive their licenses that were sponsored or even paid fully by certain factions due to reasons that cannot be made to the public. However, they did earn these licenses in some way but did not receive a legitimate ranking due to not attending the trial. A few who got these licenses were:

"Haha! Of course one of the sons of the Duquious Family got first place in such an easy event! You all should follow me, if you want to reach the top of the Tower! Join the strongest, and you'll become one of legends....second to me of course."

A rich, noble with blond hair and two servants...a maid and a butler...seemed to accompany him as he stood at the main podium from before and kept bragging. Well, his arguments were convincing enough and he did get a lot of supporters from many new adventurers who were coming to him for guidance. Who can argue against the best after all? However, he did seem to glance at the other races who weren't human in the faction of supporters he got...and also seemed to look at the distant Okami with a smirk of sorts. The noble kept on boasting and bragging, seeming like he won't end and his voice for some reason was amplified so all in the vicinity can hear him quite easily...

"I highly suggest all you new adventurers join me...though those who don't will be considered against me. You have been warned!"

A girl who has no recollection of her past life before becoming a traveler in search of the Tower of Babel. Of if she does, she doesn’t do a good job of telling other people. Memories are few in between, especially in the last majority of her life. Instead, all she must go by is a name and a strange sword. Taking blade in hand, Kiara wanders the earth in search of purpose and identity. In that time, she has found allies in several the people she’s met across the land. Whether she has recovered her memory and is merely feigning amnesia is a different issue entirely.

Originally a staunch advocate for "justice and truth", the harsh reality of the world has made Kiara a bit cynical over the years. Despite this, she still cares deeply for the people most close to her and still retains a sense of duty when it comes to helping other people. She likes to keep up an image of carelessness and humor, especially amid combat. However, this free nature of hers can lead to dangerous results when faced with an enemy's intent on killing.

Although generally working alongside any fellow traveler she meets, Kiara very much has her own agenda, though it's nothing for others to be concerned with. All she wants is to obtain her own goals; whatever that may be. She does not view herself as inherently good as she does not believe in a world so black and white.

If something seems like the right thing to do, she will do it, even if it does end up causing trouble later down the line. In this respect, she can appear naive and sometimes even selfish. But in the end, she'll use her blade only when it is backed by her full resolve and devoid of doubts.

Kiara’s sole unnatural ability is the power to tamper with people’s memories and make them forget about her existence, though only got a duration of five minutes. Doing so consumes her own energy and that effect is greatly increased if her abilities are forced onto individuals. Erasing small fragments is usually what she goes for but a worst-case scenario can involve wiping herself clean from someone’s memory completely….at the cost of her own mentality. Other than that, she’s an adept swordswoman as well as a natural singer apparently.

Artemis: Kiara's 2-Star Spirit

Humanoid.

Appearance:
Having around a meter and half from head to toes and a lithe physique doesn't make Artemis the most intimidating of the Spirits. In fact, Artemis would look completely indistinguishable from you run-off-the-mill human if not for having a certain the aura of power that Artemis seems to emanate. Artemis' battle outfit is quite practical, though maybe it shows a bit more than it should. However, the Spirit is also seem trotting around in a more casual getup, especially when Artemis feels up for trouble. Lastly, but not least, there's a small rumor, that you shouldn't totally pay heed to that maybe, just maybe, there's a chance of Artemis being "more than meets the eye". But, no one would pay attention to such baseless rumors, would they?

How You Two Met: Kinda up for @TheWindel's decision.

Level One Transformations:
— Human Form: As described above.

— Material Form: A long chain-whip, with a weighed end. Can be used to all sorts of bondage and whip tricks.

— User Form: Dies Kiara's eyes and hair a shade or two towards purple and gives her a cool beret as a freebie. This form improves Kiara's natural powers, increasing their duration and reducing their energy comsumption.

Appearance:
A young woman appearing younger then her proclaimed age. While her attire may change, it will always be in the vain of Japanese kimonos, socks, and sandals with nothing else. Contrary to her fellow spirit in bondage to Kiara, she has nothing to hide and makes no effort to do so, much to Artemis' dismay. Will often stare at people with dead eyes, earning her the nickname of "The Eel" from Kiara and Artemis.

How You Two Met: Had once abducted Kiara and bound her with Artemis, but soon came to the decision she would find more amusement in allowing herself to be bound in service.

Level One Transformations:
— Human Form: As described above.

— Material Form: A perfectly balanced golden knife, easily handled in the hands of novice or master. Has a serrated back edge perfect for slicing rope, webbing, and clothing.

— User Form: A roomy overcoat worn by Kiara. So long as it is worn, Kiara gains minor powers of electrokinesis. While it only extends to a space within a few feet past arms reach, it is capable of electrocuting or manipulating anything that falls into this range with a great deal of control. As expected, Kiara is also resistant to being electrocuted herself while wearing Roma's User Form.

Appearance:
A strange mix of races makes for a strange appearance. Rolle stands at 1m14, a respectable height for a halfling which is helped by his Elven heritage. His face is smooth and well-cared for, complimented by a surprisingly small nose and thin lips. Rolle's eyes are beady and a deep, unnatural gold. The left eye is covered by a black turban, which also hides his hair. He weighs about 23kg, with a rather athletic physique despite the age. His skin is well-toned and his clothes consist of white linnens and brown furs. A simple white shirt with a simple walnut brown, sleeveless, fur jacket is all Rolle needs for the upper part with chocolaty brown, baggy pants covering the legs. His boots are of simple leather, no gimmicks attached. Rolle has a belt around his waist with various pouches and holsters, both for keeping his throwing knives and belongings in check.

Background:
A mysterious traveler from the deserts, he's not known to share his past. Rolle showed up one day in the city of Babel with Lionae at his side, putting on stage magic shows and indulging in some minor gambling here and there. He never gave his last name, if Rolle is even his true name. The man simply says he wishes to join the expedition for personal reasons, not sharing what those reasons are.

Personality:
Very secretive and unwilling to talk about himself, but jovial when it concerns everyone else. He can be a bit of a smug snake at times, but means well. Prefers to talk his way out of any given situation rather than fight or resign himself to his fate.

Appearance:
At first glance, you'd think she was a small child playing dress-up. She's a bit taller than Rolle, standing at 1m27, though you wouldn't mistake her for being older. Her face is still immature, with large hazel eyes. Her golden fur is almost silky smooth, betraying the girl's youth. She doesn't wear any clothes because her fur covers her for the most part, with the only places lacking it being around the collarbone, belly and on her cheeks. Lionae's hands and feet are paws, yet she's perfectly capable of standing bipedal and functioning like a human would. A short tail sticks out from behind her, with the signature tuft of hair all lions have, colored black.

How they met:
Rolle found Lionae out in the desert, or so he claims. She was hungry, and Rolle fed her out of the kindness of his heart. Nobody knows for sure in what way Rolle and Lionae bonded, but neither of them seemed willing to share anything more than that vague tale.

Level one transformations:

*Material: Cat o' nine tails

*Fusion: Rolle inherits the strength and agility of a lion, or at least those of a lion cub. His eyes change to match the feline's, alongside his feet and hands changing to the cub's paws.

*Standard: A human-lion hybrid, though still a cub for now.
