Hey, there. Myst here, as you've probably guessed. Can't exactly write in other people's bios, can you? But, you're probably reading this for a reason, so I'll get to it.
I prefer high-Casual and Advanced games, in a medieval, fantasy or sci-fi setting, because that's the sort of nerd I am.
I'm a thinker - I've thought a lot on certain things, and am firm in my beliefs. So you could ask me what I thought about a good few things and I could give a well-reasoned answer. Or a less reasoned answer based on my morals.
TheCharactersOfMyst - This is my storage for past and present characters, and where I might occasionally go for nostalgia and/or recycling a character I've used before.

@rush99999 Due to some things we didn't want to risk - such as the use of resources that could be needed later - and since Brass and Freya are (conceivably) the only two who'd be in that location. The latter one is my own belief, since I can't speak for Taro.
@Kymera Indeed it will. That's going to be part of the Gameplay section - for example, in Destin's story, it mentions the chieftain of his tribe. Currently, that person qualifies as a 'Backstory NPC'. However, should we come across him, and we've done or do something, his status could change to 'Adversary' or 'Ally'.
There's also going to be point bars; 'Renown', and 'Infamy' are the only ones I have at the moment, but there may be something like 'Status' later. Certain events have been planned out, and depending on what your characters do, the team entire will gain a point in either. While in Chapter 1, there aren't really any events planned out for what might happen if a certain threshold is met.
Also, your prize; Cat Ear Headband. Defense: 0.5, Durability: 7, Cuteness: Infinite

@Bazmund Heh, thanks. sigh I'm still trying to brainstorm ways to work his backstory in. Keeping the main idea, but without the h or the k. Still not honest, though.
@rush99999@Fetzen So there's a murderhobo dwarf and a dragon mage who want to sign up for Brass' team? Alright then. Me and @TaroAndSelia have been writing how our characters meet in PMs, bit by bit, but if you two wanna see it, then I'll compile what we currently have and post it in the IC for 'Freeplay'. Oh, and Taro (if I may call you that), don't worry about your original worry about the cost of resources. I have a plan that'll make sure that if it does come down to it costing something, Brass'll take the hit for Freya. He's a gentleman, after all.
(OOC: Question; the Mysts appear to be dissipating, but it is actually about to regain its, or rather, his, physical form from his world. However, I got the picture off of google and have no idea of its origin. The reason I switched my avatar to this is because it's the picture of my character in the RP I'm GMing. Would it be suitable for me to play as him, instead?)

The Mysts came to a halt. The Liar... or rather, it's phantom... was gone.
Feeling diminished, it let itself drift downwards to the ground. Why did it feel so... so tired? It had not felt mortal desires for centuries... but perhaps that was the price it was paying for leaving the space between.
It focused its attention on the ink-demon with the smiling face. "Thank you... I cannot say whether or not my abilities would sustain me long enough to continue the chase... But, the physical realm is so very different from when I left." Its color began to drain away. "Your name is Ben, correct?"
