Bio

Back when dinosaurs ruled the Earth, I got started with writing online on the Spore forums. Man, those were the days. We're talking like 12 years ago 2010-ish!

I've been here on and off for almost as long, and have GM'd a bunch of different things to varying success.

I figured thousands would be a bit much given that we just got into the bronze age.

Yeah but as is one hero could probably wipe out a whole army. 100 corrupted stone-age warriors is nothing to the likes of Allure, Ventus, Nimueh, maybe even Gerrik...
@Frettzo

I forgot to ask you in the previous collab's conversation, but what sort of stuff can Astartian magic do? How does it work?

It's important now that Shrek da Biggest Ogre and Ventus have the stuff from Astarte's rock.

Happy 666th anniversary Cyclone

What? I have 2025 posts in 811 days.

Boy, I WAS ALIVE BACK WHEN DINOSAURS RULED THE EARTH
The Ocarina left behind for Zeph is actually part of a series of mind-expanding items created by Lifprasil, to kind of fit his 'scholar' archetype. Basically, if a Mortal gets their hand on one such fractal artefact, their mind can expand to obtain some form of omnipresence - even going so far as to make their own small plane of existence sustained by the artefact.

If that's okay. I just thought it was a fun idea.

Your summary says that he made three artifacts yet I only counted the quill and the ocarina. 0-0

WHERE IS THE INVISIBLE FRACTAL CAN-OPENER, THE ONE ARTIFACT TO RULE THEM ALL?
@BBeast

Talked about this with the others maybe a week ago on a PM. Since this list is specific, I think it should trump the OP's vague wording. @Kho should probably even put if in the OP, but for now I'll put this here for everyone to see:

Does the following sound fair?

Levels 1-8: 1 Level per 0.25 MP
Levels 8-16: 3 Levels per 1 MP
Levels 16-24: 1 Level per 0.5 MP
Levels 24-30: 1 Level per 1 MP
Levels 30-38: 1 Level per 2 MP
Levels 38-36: 1 Level per 3 MP
Levels 36-44: 1 Level per 4 MP
Levels 44-52: 1 Level per 5 MP
Levels 52-60: 1 Level per 6 MP

@Dawnscroll

I know that list wasn't up to see at the time you made the post, but in the sake of fairness I'd ask that you adjust the might usage of that post where Elysium was empowered.
Finally done. That collab took way too long.

I think I'll just go ahead to interactions with Vestec's armies without trying to wade through another collab which will take another month to write and not change much at all. Although, if @Cyclone would oblige me, Teknall would like to borrow the services of Ventus.

Sure thing. Haven't gotten caught up worh the new posts, but I assume yoyr plans are mentioned somewhere in there. If not, just send me a PM with what's up.

I don't know if anyone else is still working on Jvan Week. I'm waiting for Zephyrion week!

Hmm. In that case, I will tentatively declare it Zephy week!

If somebody was desperately trying to finish up a Jvan post, feel free to just post it late. I recall Kho saying that he would eventually make a Slough week post
Hmm... things seem to be slowing down a bit...

You could fix it with a quick post ;p

Hmm...is anybody still working on Jvan Week? If not, we could move on to the next god. Maybe that would spark a little more activity.
Yeah, for some reason it didn't register upon me that neither @Lugubrious nor BBeast needed any response from me yet, otherwise I would have responded as the shaman a lot sooner.

But at least the response is up now!
The air itself boomed and screamed for a split second as the thrown blade shot for the shaman. Before the sound could even reach one's ears, the supersonic projectile struck. There was a splash of fire and lava, globs and pieces of the shaman's magmatic body spraying everywhere, even towards the knight and the one that she had tried to protect.

At least it had stopped Gormlag dead in his tracks, if only for a moment. After a short time, there came from his ruined body a harsh wheezing and raspy laugh. The gelatinous fire that made up his body broiled and writhed back into place, reforming itself, and he rose to his feet once more. Standing wasn't even necessary for what he intended next; he had just wanted to show the worms the futility of what they had just done.

The revenant shaman silently summoned his magic with more power and control than he had ever possessed as a being of flesh. Without warning, the hands of stone shot out from underfoot to grasp the ankles of his foes and root him in place while every loose stone in the vicinity was animated into life. One after another, each rock lobbed itself at them in rapid succession. "You will regret that!" Gormlag laughed as he began to stone them with that hail of rocks.
