Yeah basically. Can a person use more than one type of magic at the same time? And if they can, could they merge the magic types to work together? For example, could someone force crush then have the result of that crush burst into an electric blast?

Teleportation would be having a person visual their destination in mind, then manipulating space-time essentially to then pop from the area they are at to the one they imagined. The longer the distance, the more the power cost so short range teleports would be the most likely used applications for sneak attacks or an easier get-away from a bad situation.

Would you allow healing for the game? I would imagine a bit more of cell or living tissue manipulation type magic being what can allow for healing though I could see how that approach could easily get too op.

What sort of specification would allow for teleportation? A form of force magic?

Could hybrid magic users be a thing?

Mostly asking these just out of curiosity and to explore possible routes.

Gwendolyn Alastrina Gushiken

Name: Gwendolyn Alastrina Gushiken, commonly goes by either "Gwen", "Wendy", or "Ally"

Appearance:

Age: 15

Gender: Girl

Backstory: Shiro Gushiken had feared that he was to be the last of his line. While he and his wife, Mari, had been happily married for years, no children had graced their union. Mari's line was secure with a nephew who could inherit, but Shiro had been without siblings to help make sure the line could continue. Desperate for his line to not die with him, Shiro and Mari looked into potential human solutions for their troubles while delving into the genealogy for any other leads. Finally, a lead was discovered of a hunter who had been sent to another country on a mission and had never returned. Digging deeper, they found a possible relation in one Gwendolyn Alastrina O'Reilly, recently shuffled into foster care and unable to find a stable home. Shiro and Mari therefore discreetly left to see this possible long-lost "niece".

A meeting was arranged as potential adopters and the found quickly that she did show the signs of her heritage and that they were quickly growing fond of her. Wendy's caring, impulsive, perceptive, and passionate nature warmed their hearts everytime they could see it underneath her wary, calculating side, causing them to wonder what had happened to cause her to mask herself so. Wendy in turn was curious about why this couple were interested in her specifically. She knew that she was no one out of the ordinary and was approaching the age when few would adopt her, yet she did enjoy their company and hoped they weren't getting a false impression of her or giving her a false impression of what they were truly like. Soon enough, strings were pulled, protocols rushes through as quickly as possible, and the papers were filled out for her adoption. And Wendy found herself moving to a new country with her new parents, nervous and waiting for some other shoe to drop to explain the speed and work of everything gone through for her. What was expected of her in exchange for all of this?

Then Wendy finally found out about the heritage that was hers and she was ecstatic. She'd always wanted to be a superhero with powers, to live up to her middle name and defend mankind. Now she could have her wish and show her new parents that she was worth having around (not realizing that her new parents didn't need her to prove her worth to them, that they had committed to always loving her). And so with enthusiasm, she took on her vows and honed herself, ready for her first year at this new school and in the Hunter's Club.

Hunter Power: Light Manipulation

Techniques:

Flash: Creates a flash of light that blinds those in the nearby area

Illusions: Create illusions from light of anything she can envision. The illusion will remain
stationary unless she controls it to move. Lasts until either she stops focusing her attention
to keeping them up or someone strikes/disrupts them.

Invisible: Can wrap light around herself or another object/person to be invisible to the naked
eye. Can't see while fully invisible and can still be detected through heat vision.

Heirloom: A hand and a half longsword that allows her to control multiple illusions at once

Skill: She's a good mezzo-soprano singer. Also has good acrobatic skills

Limiter/Charm: Limiter: a bracelet with strands of white, yellow, and rose gold woven together on her wrist; Charm: a silver pendant engraved with a tree of life on a sterling silver chain worn around her neck

"Thank you Cyrano," she quietly replied. Now they just had to get to the ship and...

"...I lost him..."

She whipped around, "What do you mean you lost..." And indeed, Dalious had vanished into the crowd. "Rats! We better find him." She quickly tried to spy him through the crowd, but even her sharp elven eyes had a hard time piercing through a herd of people.

"Over here." called Cicero and Gwyn followed behind him to the vegetable seller. No good in them being split up now and she could hopefully have an easier time spying through the crowd from a stall, especially while Cicero covered their bases by appearing busy.

As he asked for a head of lettuce, the short, sharp human woman apprised him for his his probable worth through her spectacles. Then she crossed her arms. "10 copper."

Is Cicero going to want to haggle? Pay full price? Or act as if he's still looking? Or something else?

The sea of people was indeed large and noisy, with hawkers proclaiming their wares, buyers buying, bartering, and selling, pickpockets running about, and shady deals happening in the cover of the crowd. Some of the stalls at least were quieter and gave a better vantage for seeing the potential customers around.

How does Dalious approach the situation? Blindly searching the crowd, choosing a stall for a better vantage, or do something else?

Once Nylah arrived at the market, she could see that people were as thick as flies as far as the eye could see. And with the diversity of groups within the crowd, it wasn't going to be a picnic to spot the three strangers. How does Nylah go about finding her quarry then? Climbing up to a roof for a bird's eye view? Manually hunting through the crowd? Asking a nearby seller if they'd seen anyone of the group? Or something else?

Sorry guys. Been a bit busy with life. Will have a long weekend to do the next post for though.

IC: The Order of Pandora (Victorian-era superheroes)

Would Light Illusions then count as duplicates, like Loki's Light illusion duplicates? I was thinking that the turn would be taken up either moving them in sync with her movement or moving one of them individually as well as the fact that they would be energy taxing while in operation especially if there's more than one and that they would be taken out in one hit or if she lost her focus in keeping them up for whatever reason.

If so, that could be taken out of possible uses of her light manipulation.
