At the time I made my suggestion I was making an observation on the groups lack of response consistency and not wanting to point fingers I left it vague. However I still stand by the fact that at this point you should give the people who just don't post a month then they are out of the rp. Sounds harsh but if they can't respond for a month they shouldn't hold the rp back.

I too will work on a post I've just been working on a CS in another rp so I was a bit preoccupied sorry.
I like Money Minded, and the item management stuff but how would it be described mechanics wise? More wanting to know how item management and resourcefulness would be implemented.
