Hey, you know what's annoying? Being self-centered. Getting mad at people for doing something instead of something else when they're just having fun sucks. Gotta love self-loathing, too.

No, but there's a difference. One describes an action and another is doing it. Because words themselves are a part of language, you cannot go through the thought process of writing them without the actual "action" itself being a part of you. I can think about a murder without being a murderer. I can think about a liar without being a liar. I can't think of and reasonably portray someone who swears without swearing because of the fact that it utilizes language itself. If I have a character that would swear (Misty, really), I just put that as an action symbol with the word "Swears" as the action.

Pretty sure there was something about how thinking of something is as bad as doing it but idk.
And by extension of your point, using language at all is as bad as swearing because what one person considers a swear others might not. Take piss for example.

<Snipped quote by Etcetera>

Lying also fits there. But I do know what you're saying. I just feel like some of the effect of these characters that are supposed to be super sinister is lost in mere diction.

There. That's basically the argument in a nutshell. Decide for yourself after watching that, since I couldn't word it as well. Plus it's entertaining.
<Snipped quote by Revolutionary>

I am 100% absolutely not saying that at all.

<Snipped quote by DarkwolfX37>

Not swearing. Just an ugly word, really.

It always was where I grew up so just putting that out there.
<Snipped quote by Darlit Glitch>

Lowest? Probably saying "Hell" without referencing the actual place.

Or piss.
I'm not even sure what I'm waiting for I just know I'm supposed to wait.
On a more important note:

@A Cute Angel

That is a very good question.
DID anything even change? Violet would have a field day with that nightmare of a post.
<Snipped quote by Ariamis>

Check his status. That might be the explanation.

Seems plausible.
<Snipped quote by DarkwolfX37>

We have plenty of human vs. nonhuman conversations.

I can't remember many, unfortunately. Spotty memory and all. At least you remember.
<Snipped quote by DarkwolfX37>

I suppose so. Alas, we do not have one.

City is fair.

I'm surprised we haven't had this conversation before. Probably have, actually. Dunno.
<Snipped quote by DarkwolfX37>

Everything affects everything else. Biological systems are delicately balanced, and human beings are incredibly durable.

True, but I'd argue the second half. And the final isn't really something we can say from the inside. We'd need an outside view.
<Snipped quote by DarkwolfX37>

I highly disagree. It's not built for speed, but it's built to make use of strength and to be versatile.

Perhaps an argument can be made for one or two of the internal systems, but that wouldn't be universal among everything with a humanoid form. If we want versatility then there are many improvements that could be easily made by anything that can transform.
<Snipped quote by DarkwolfX37>

Humans have an optimal body type. It makes the most sense for intelligent species.

<Snipped quote by Darlit Glitch>

I have a character that can turn imagination into reality who was trained by a sadistic villain for seven years of childhood.

Actually no. It's an incredibly inefficient design. The only benefit is hands.

It was only seven? Wow I forgot.
