The New Gods: Kings of the Multiverse

@rezay New Gods very commonly deal with Devils, as they're the ones that bound and named them from the Void between realities. Before they were originally bound they were more like shapeless primordial chaos-beings than tricky little monsters.

I don't think I will play a specific character but I will be populating the RP with NPCs so I consider that just as good.

@rezay As it stands the sole population of Heaven are the New Gods, Devils, and some Angels. Plus some cats, monkeys, rats, and other pest animals.

There aren't yet gates to allow mortals to move between worlds. Not just yet.

@rezay I'm well, worked later than I thought today so I didn't get a chance to put up the OOC, but I am working on it.

That all sounds fine, as far as Devils go, they are stratified according to their intelligence and other properties. Red Devils are the most physically powerful, and likely to work for some scummy bank or mob or what have you. Blue Devils (aka Imps) are more common but even less intelligent than Red Devils.

Devils work based on bonds/contracts. Completing contracts (or weaseling out of them) his how Devils rise through their ranks, so they're usually enthusiastic to form contracts with mortals, though whether they actually fulfill their end of the bargain without betraying or killing their master is another matter.

@Dark Cloud Yeah that sounds about right. Angels can sometimes stray from the path of the Law based on good intentions. Heaven is not yet so corrupt that there are Angels are acting out of self-interest.

@Dark Cloud They're kind of two sides of the same coin.

Devils can be contracted to do just about anything, but if you aren't careful you'll get scammed by them.

Angels do exactly one thing: uphold the Law. If you can convince them you're on their side, they may be able to help you out. If they're convinced otherwise, you have a snowball's chance in hell of getting their cooperation.

@Dark Cloud That could work. The first angels' corporeal bodies were made from forged ash of the void. There may be some among their number interested in something more sophisticated.

Oh @Dead Cruiser, I was wondering what you'd think of an idea I had for one of Orren's creations. They're fully cybernetic angels. I'll be making a small sheet below for the creation, one being an Arch Angel and the Lower Exarchs.
