@DrewVonAwesome I think the biggest question is for how long has the Fantastic Four (or the Future Foundation) been together and running? I think the first thing yoiu need to do is to give us a little background on your Fantastic Four's origin. Your Fantastic Four can be experienced in the IC, but the origin/background would help us give you more ideas.
@Natty Oh crap, I forgot to do that! >.< Yes you are accepted. Thank you for reminding me. That goes for anyone else if I have forgotten to accept your application.
@neutralnexus, Cowl did send is guys out to raise some hell, am I correct?

That how I read his last Cowl post...
PLUTO -- A small and distant world at the edge of oblivion. Named after the Roman god of the underworld.

This category is so flame bait (at least for me as a Classicist). I'm warning everyone now. Tread carefully on this one! :D

Our initial thought on bonus categories is that they don't really inspire. You've got the entire universe to play with, and two of the four bonus categories are planets in our own solar system? Where's the thoughts on hard/soft Sci-fi? Deep space? Dark matter? wormholes/spatial folding? FTL travel? Aliens? Etcetera etcetera...

I assume that you can play around with those categories. For instance (some ideas that I am not planning on using): the North/Pole Star is not the same for each planet (even in our own solar system). Plus, even Polaris was not always our pole star (I forget what it was. Just look at the North Star wikipedia page). Also, there are several tropes that are commonly associated with Mars and Pluo: aliens living on Mars (War of the Worlds), Mars as a 'dead planet' or a potential planet for terraforming, Planet X (for Pluto), Pluto's 'demotion' from the offical planets of the solar system. I doubt you would have to use the actual planets (or Gods) 'Mars' and 'Pluto' to get the bonus category. You just need to get some inspiration from them.

@RomanAria: Looks like you won't be getting any Latin poetry this round. I thought of an idea that would fit this challenge better. Maybe next time.
@mdk@RomanAria

Any ETA on RPGC #3? Just wondering (since the 2nd challenge in the 12 Labors have just finished today...I think).
@Sep Your post seemed fine to me. Some grammatical errors here and there (like the first sentence. You need a conjunction to connect the two parts).

Also, @Sep, if you would like it, if I am right at assuming that "Hulk" is referring to S.H.I.E.L.D. when he says "thoses men who are sneakier than Ross' men", I can have Hawkeye and Mockingbird get involved. Something like what happened in Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes television series ("tick, tick, boom").
@Sep For the moment, I think I will keep Raptor as a solo character at the moment (since both of my other characters are tied up with other collaborations). Maybe once one of my other two characters are free, maybe (although all my characters are located outside of Lost Haven).

I think if you did you'd need to twist her to WTL or Villains. Unless @Dedonus changed his mind on people making villains off the bat. Plus as she's connected to spider-man as a villain you'd need to clear it with him unless she could do some solo stuff.

If I go with her then, yeah, she'd be a WTL to start with. Then later, if @Dedonus allows, she'd become a villain. Current thinking is I'll make her a mutant and possibly groom her to be a member of the Brotherhood. I believe with her power set and mental instability she could come into conflict with virtually anybody, not just Spider-Man.

That's fine by me. I did not have any immediate plans for her.

Not sure how well it'd work out, but I'd certainly love to take up Cap. ;D I love him to pieces.

Dunno if that requires any of the Avengers. I see Spidey and Hawkeye in the roster, though! Dunno about Hulk from reading the current discussion, though, but that shouldn't be a problem. I think that adds flavor.

Or we can fight for him! >:D

Captain America is still open. Go for it.
I'll see what I can do about a Raptor post tomorrow. :D
@GreenGrenade Thank you for the mention! It's probably more than I deserve. Unfortunately, I am not quite as well versed in DC-lore as I am in Marvel (hence why I am running the All-Star Marvel game), so with that and the fact I am already pretty occupied by my current RP's, I probably will not be able to join. I just don't have a strong feeling toward any DC character as I do with some Marvel characters (you can obviously tell two of those characters from my avatar :D). However, I want to just jump into this interest check for a moment and tell you that I hope you have good luck and that your game is successful.

To everyone else, I would say give this type of game a try. I actually first stumbled upon this type of game (The Create-A-Hero RPG, which you can still find under the Advanced RP Forum) a little over a year ago. I really enjoyed the sandbox nature of the game. One piece of advice I would give is for the players to try to have at least one character doing a solo arc. The reason why I say this is, let's say one of your character is interacting with another player's hero. If you have a second character who is currently in a solo arc, you can always fall back on that second character if the first collaboration it going a little slow. That just keeps the IC going. :D

Again, good luck to everyone and have fun!
