SepWhat is the policy on making cities, are new players allowed to do it or is it an earned privilege?
I would say that if there isn't already a city (whether fictional or real) in game that would work for your character, then it would be fine, although we don't want a bunch of New York City/Gotham/Metropolis-sized cities popping up everywhere. Also note that, as Fallen mentioned, that without other players, it might get a little lonely there.
@NattyThat's pretty much the only route open unless someone wants to read over 600+ posts. Lol. And to have a character be pre-established. Unless this RP doesn't care about retroactively changing things, then it's not an issue.
I would say it depends mostly on these:
~How deeply was your PC involved with the other heroes and do they know them?
~How long have they lived in Lost Haven?
~Where were they during the events?
~Were they affected by these events and how?

Also note that some of those 600+ posts were made by people who have since then dropped out (meaning that they don't really add much to the game). Sure, reading the whole IC would be crazy, but reading back a few pages would help you know what's going on right now.

Also, for the Demon Invasion, while I would not say that it was isolated to Sherman Square, but rather it was the epicenter of the activity.
@Fallenreaper And don't forget. Archangel and any of Raptorman's OC's are written out of continuity. So no one will have heard of them. I'm guessing that leaving the meta bombs exploded will still be cannon as well as knowing the location of the evil base. Though if we were to disregard the destroyed bombs and say that they were never destroyed we'd have some motivation to beat the clock as it were.
No, they are still canon. But we will be writing them out via the IC. Just making them disappear from continuity would be way too problematic, plot wise.
