Thor

On their way thor was advised to ride one of the horses so she could get some rest on their way towards the city they were headed. Thor kindly took the advice and rode on one of the horses between the Frenzy plant group. The animal didn't seem as pleased with Thor as Thor felt towards the horse. Thor tried to suppress her powers but due to the recent fight she had it seemed rather difficult to suppress the tingling feeling she gave the horse. It would sometimes try to get her off it's back but to no avail she would keep sitting. They would need to endure each other for the time being.

It was a long tiring trip but it was needed to accomplish their goals. Thor hadn't spoken of shown any signs of interaction along the way. Some of the members of Frenzy plant tried getting her into a better mood but she simply couldn't. Maybe after a night of sleep it would get better but as to now there wasn't any sign of improvement. The sun was already setting when the guild master decided that they would set up camp and rest through the night. They were located on a high plateau that seemed about the ideal location right now, furthermore there was a small town located close by where they would be able to stock up on some supplies before they would venture forth again.

Thor set up her tent further away from the rest of the group. It was a little reckless to do such a thing in strange territory but it was of high priority to her. Thor had gotten Heisty the smith to make a long metal rod for her that she could put down next to her tent. Knowing that he didn't speak the english tongue didn't hinder her from conversing with him, it did take some time to make everything clear to him but he was happily helping her in the end. He had gotten the rod for and also had gotten some metal wire so that she could lay wire throughout her tent and connect them to the rod. She was forever gratefull to the smith and had payed most of the expenses she made for him.

The night went by quick but to no avail was there and thunder that helped her regain her lost energy, with the amount of electricity she had within her body it was hard to conjure a lightning strike on the spot unfortunately. Still the rod would make it a little easier for her to do. But now Morning had arisen again it was time to do other things rather than hunt lightning. The higher ups went out of their way to approach the village while the rest of the group peacefully went through the morning by hunting and the likes. Thor wasn't allowed to participate since her arm was in bad shape so she helped around the camp with simple chores that didn't require much stamina.

Soon the higher ups were back and had gotten frenzy plant back into a frenzy, the members quickly disassembled the camp and already started moving, Thor made sure she didn't leave anything precious behind and followed. Her tent was still on the same spot knowing this was the best place to conjure lightning. She would have to walk between the two placed once before they would be moving the whole camp again so it was no problem for now.

The guild enter the city, at first sight it looked horrible. It was undesirable on what state this city was in. It looked grim, everything was gray there were skinny people sitting all over the place starving to death with nothing to do and on top of that there was a burial going on, or what you would call a burial at least. Seeing that his much people had died in this short time was truly sorrowing. Thor squinted her eyes and turned her head back towards the group of Frenzy planters not wanting to see any more of it.

With all the commotion going on within the group she could only barely notice Argus almost losing his composer seeing all this sadness around the city. Thor pushed her way through the Frenzy members and made her way towards Argus his side. She looked up at him seeing how irritated he was. He did not only display it but also let it know to the other members with his voice. Thor glanced down at his hand and placed her own hand onto it holding it softly with her own hand. She made sure he didn't get electrocuted by her passive ability so it would only tingle a little bit since it was hard to stop completely. She made a small smile towards him and let her soft voice sound for one of the first times ever to be in Frenzy plant.

"It's okay..."

Her glance turned towards the front of the group again as they went deeper into the town to discover the truth about this place.

Isla

Walking was a pain, to be exact why did she even have to walk! Why would she need to go with Frenzy Plant all the way towards this stupid plague thing. Her feet were sore and she hadn't slept well in days. This was truly slavery. She groaned and mumbled but they eventually set up camp. She was thinking about trying to escape when they were all asleep but knowing there were still lookouts she eventually decided not too.

The next day she had to help out with washing clothes so that she could earn her food. She wore the same clothes as yesterday which would be a simple red tight shirt that looked like a mini dress and nothing more. It wasn't to bad actually but she preferred her own frilled clothes more. The whole camp packed again and went inside of the city to set up camp once more. During their entry Isla noted a rather weird person. She had been walking all alone the whole time and didn't look like she belong with the others. During her stay in Frenzy Plant she hadn't seen the person either so she might just be an outsider. It didn't look like she had a symbol of Frenzy Plant on her body either so it was unexplainable to why she was here in the first place.

"Hey redhead, why are you here? You don't look like the Frenzy Plant type. Are you perhaps a spy? Nihihi."

She placed her hands on her back bundled together and bended her body over a little as she stared at the red headed girl waiting for an answer.
Ok, Then I guess year 1 it is

You can still make a reason if you want too though

Sorry I'm taking so long with my own character guys! Real life took hold of me for the weekend. Stupid jobs eh?

Don't worry take your time. -silently whispers- I give you one hour

@Sif@liferusher
Hey what level should I have Eria at, because she has had basic training from her family but no actual training for her element, and she is a bit young.

Should she be underclass or not?

Zelly stated

"All characters are restricted to a year 1 initiate unless you give me, or my Co-Gm(s) a damn good reason. Wow us."

So everyone is bound to year 1 unless given reason :)
Alright kiddies, Zel's out of commission for the next however many hours so you're in MY jurisdiction now.

@Jangel13 Just approach the school in a normal, first year way. This isn't a super strict RP so as long as you don't do any over the top absurd shit for a kid, you're good. There's no need to ask so many questions.

Grrrr, I'm still here though

Man their is more people interested in the rp then I thought

yea, was surprised too after the complete silence the first 10 hours of the interest check
@Inertia Current times. All the good stuff. Some restrictions in the village due to... interference.

@The ghost in black

I assumed that the rp is set in modern-ish times, so my character would probably comment on his robes ayy.

As you see, modern timish indeed
Zelly is running around butnaked with a giant hedge scissor cutting telephone wires.
@Zelosse

My mistake. I posted my character directly in the Characters tab before getting your OK.

Student CS:

Name: Neil Arroyo
Age: 17 Years
Element: Earth/Metal (Mainly Metal)
Appearance:
Personality: Neil is a very friendly, and also very self-centered character. Not exactly self-centered, but he is very confident in his abilities, and is very front to make a point of it. He is a powerful metal elemental, but Neil has to make himself out to be the apex of his kind. He believes that his struggles of training himself and becoming so powerful entitles him to consider himself the best at what he does.

History: Neil grew up in a very small town, far away from the academy. He discovered his ability to bend metal at a young age, and became very interested in it. He used to go off to the railyard, and move train tracks around, and such smaller things, until he became powerful enough to move entire trains. Not easily of course, as it is still a full train. Neil had both of his parents, and when he turned 15, he begged them to send him to the academy. They told him no, because it was to dangerous. They didn't want Neil to discover tapped abilities to become powerful. He started to save up his own money, and eventually left home. He took everything needed to get into the school. He took all the forms he got online, all his saved up money; and when he turned 17, ran away from home, in search of the Elemental Academy. He traveled afar, and eventually was able to get in. With fake signatures and a portion of his money stolen or gained illegally, Neil gained entry to the academy.

Equipment: Neil often carries a cube of pure steel in his pocket. In a pinch, if there is no metal around, he can bend it into a useful shape or form.

Looks good to me. He isn't an elemental though he is an elementalist. Elemental refers to a creature, correct me if I'm wrong. I'm a little bothered by how he got into the academy though. I can't really understand to what he did to get into the school, it's a little unclear I think. Like if he would falsify the signatures of his parents his parents would eventually find out since they are already probably looking for him and stuff. Or did he like get a false passport from somewhere and use that to get into the school? My parents died sort of thing. Just giving ideas and trying to help nothing mean meant :)

Furthermore it looks good to me you can go ahead and post him in the cs >.> I dont understand how this happens so often with new people though XD

Welcome to the group

Personality

Emi has multiple stages in her personality and mostly acts to one of them during a certain time of day. In the morning and evening periods when there still isn't any sun up she is very drowsy and likely sleeps at those times of the day. She gets cold really fasts It makes her a giant slacker and a non caring person that will hug anything in her reach to get warmth. The place she sleeps doesn't matter either at that point. Her vocabulary shortens to how closer she is to sleep, so talking to her in that state isn't the best idea.

When the sun is up she gets a bunch more active than before. She is cheerful and happy and likes to do something active that will let all her energy loose. It is legendary for her to be sad, there is always a positive side to each problem.

At midday she is very jumpy and sweet, it doesn't matter what the conditions are she will pull others into a fun ride. She is affect a lot by the temperature and mostly dresses according to how hot or how cold she thinks it is. Most doctors think her sleeping habit is a mixed combination between her element and the sleeping disorder narcolepsy.

Background

Emi always used to come by her grandparents to play after school, each and every day she enjoyed coming by since she wouldn't have to lonely wait at home for her mom to come home. Her grandad would keep her busy by playing with her while her grandma would cook dinner or make sweets for the small energetic girl. On her face was always a constant smile that never seemed to disappear. It was like she was one of the sunrays self knowing her power was light. The countless hours they spent building block castles, reading and puzzling together was unimaginable. Her always sweet smile kept beaming on her face even through bitter and hard times. When the weather was down and she felt sleeping there would be the same smile as the day before. It didn't matter the situation she wouldn't want her grandparents to be sad because of her. That would break her and their heart all the same.

Days passed by like minutes and everyone started growing older. For some reason her grandad started becoming more fluttered each time she visited, especially in the summer for some reason. It was weird enough he always wanted a hug and sometimes stared at her when she entered his house. Still she didn't mind. Emi was going to middle school as her grandparents began having all the small problems to their bodies from getting older. Her parents had both gotten a promotion and had to spend more time overseas. Emi didn't mind she was happy for them to have such a successful life. She had gotten used to it now overall and didn't even look up anymore when they would be gone for an entire week. She learned to keep the house well maintained on her own and with the help of her grandparents that would often come over to keep an eye out on her. The schedule she had maintained over the past few years kept well maintained even when her homework was a big pile that needed an incredible amount of time to finish. She would never ever distance herself from them one bit.

Just as every ordinary day Emi visited her grandparents. This day however was a little odd. Her grandad didn't remember on why she was visiting them. After each and every day of visiting he couldn't remember on why she came by. Emi felt a little worried about him and after a few more days she also told her parents and grandma about the fact he was starting to forget things. They took some test off of him and indeed he had an incurable disease that would make you forget everyday stuff. It didn't matter though, he would still be the same person she had cared for each and every day. It wasn't like a relation as this would go over so quickly anyway so what there to be worried about?

"Who are you?"

Like a sword piercing her heart, just like that. It hadn't even been two weeks and his condition was already getting worse. Emi could only let out a playful laugh and reminded her grandpa that it was his favorite grandchild. After that it went like usual, he would remember and they went on like the did back in the day. Still, it seemed to be getting worse by the day. She had to help him remember and eventually even had to help with simple tasks like eating or putting on his shoes. She couldn't let the smile he loved fade just because of a little obstacle.

Taking care of the old man was getting to be a big problem since his wife couldn't stay with him for 24/7 and neither had the strength to do double work at this age. So they decided to let him stay in the hospital so he had care each and every hour of the day. It didn't hinder Emi to come by everyday. She would get a gift for him each day so he might remember on how he had gotten the gifts. He seemed happy getting them from such sweet girl but he never remembered who gave them. It was a tragedy really. Till this day she would go by everyday to take care of him like he took care of her when she was still young.

Personality

Yoshino is an observant and quick-witted girl. Normally she acts aloof and seems to be in her own little world, a small look of blankness on her face known all too well by the people around her. Her normal attitude seems to give off a disinterested, soft and meek aura, and she can be a klutz a lot of the time. All in all, on the outside she looks like a ditzy, aloof, pacifistic person that doesn't like to attract attention since she looks timid. However, on the battlefield or during a serious moment, Yoshino instantly turns serious. When mad, she shows it through her eyes hardening and not through violence.

Weirdly enough, she likes to hide her emotions behind a blank face. She is shown to be a very good actor, and can fake cry or lie her way out of a situation rather easily. Her addiction to soy milk and coffee stands out most about her as well as her appetite, and she's not very good at sports. It seems she is so emotionless that she doesn't ever laugh. Although a smile may make muscles hurt, laughing is something she hasn't done in a while. Her emotions are usually bottled up inside and if she feels embarrassed she'd just blush and keep her words to herself.

Background

20 years ago before Yoshino was born her father and mother were in debt by a rich family that lived in their village. They themselves ran a farm where they cultivated corn but after a few miss cultivations they were forced to lean from the family. Yet their farm kept making miss cultivations. After a series of loanings they were stopped from getting anymore money from the family the leant from. The rich family decided to give them an alternative to paying them back. They got to keep their house but they claimed the farm land for themselves. As alternative to paying back they would serve the family for as many generations needed to pay them back.

It wasn't as bad as it sounded, their work was do able and they got fair treatment. They ate together with the family and were all good friends actually. After a while they asked the family if they could get a child since it would cost them a lot of money. The rich family didn't hesitate for a second to say yes. Of course they had thought it through already. So as said, they had gotten a child of their own.

Thought proper manners and all the likes the girl was raised the right way. But after all the effort they had put into her she was still a mere child. The rich family wasn't hesitant to use measures to teach faults to someone. The child got beaten multiple times for not acting the right way. After a while she started to learn by closing her mouth when she was being spoken too. She became quiet and bottled up but she did everything that was being said. She did it the right way, the way the rich family requested from her.

The date was decided, the date when the family finally would have repaid their debt. Her parents felt horrible for her, knowing that she had been threatened this way. But also kind of happy that she was able to leave this place. They decided to stay and keep working for the household while their girl would move out to attend a normal school and live a good life without having to suffer like that again. At the end everyone felt happy for the girl to do what she wanted yet, Yoshino didn't accept any of the apologies the family had made to her knowing she felt sad after what they had done to her. They thought it was the right way of raising a child yet she definitly thought of it differently.
