Home and working on my sheet, hopefully it will be done in a few hours. Gotta make sure it looks and reads nicely first.
@Ambra

Still a few more hours til I am home feom work and can start putting down the character sheet. Still out of all the classes the red mage is what fits the best for what I have in mind. I am not overly familiar with fantasies of the final kind, but I have been prone to follow the story of a vagrant, even if my character wouldn't be a vagrant. But perhpas something more along with a faerytale, a saga in the frontiers of Edren. Thus thoughts were already in motion before I even read about Lunaris, which fits like a glove for what I have in mind.

Can likely expect a sheet post from me in some 6-8 hours from now.
I am leaning towards Red mage, as that would likely be the closest thing for what I have in mind for a character. Other possibility could be summoner unless they are bound to staffs.
I'll see about making a char sheet after my 24 hour workshift is over.

Al didn't hide his broad smile as Lambda had praised him for being cool, it was an image which the boy could totally live with. In fact he had always wanted to be the cool guy. The sort of guy who could stare evil in the face and not tremble. He knew that his mouth just had this problem, where words would just sometimes get lost on the way out. It was almost like it had a life of it's own at times. He was certain. No. He was confident in his confidence. He had after all stepped up to defend a nice lady who had rewarded him for his just deed. It really did pay off being the good guy!

"Ahaha! I- no no! I am totally not that cool!" Al scatched the back of his neck in an awkward manner, as if he felt embarassed. Still it did make him feel in a good mood, especially when Lambda had so openly encouraged him to search for his dream of joining the school of the cool. At least that was what he heard it were, why would people make that up?

While Lambda seemed to be a hardworking scholarlike-garden person, Al wasn't overly fond of the idea of looking into books. It felt like a big problem, he would rather just play some of his music and sing. Fighting wasn't something he really wanted to do, but he knew he had to try learn to defend himself and his friends. If he could find some. Odd. Now when he thought about it, ever since he came to Rhea he had not made a single true friend. Sure there were the members of his band, they were a good bunch. And then there were his manager who had looked out for him and helped him getting everything set up. He had also been the one to find him after his blackout, while some nefarious person could have possibly tried to mug him or pull him into some criminal activities. His manager had helped him get a job and a place to stay. For that he was eternally grateful, even if he was so tired after many of the events.

But now after having been given all this money from the rich girl, he could finally take a break and make contact with his home to let them know about his luck and the amazing place that were Rhea. Ofcourse he felt that he should at least help his band find a new singer first and likely give the manager abit of the money for his help. He had somewhat drifted off from his conversation with Lambda, whereof he quickly shook his head and snapped back in focus.

"Oh sorry, I got lost in my thoughts there for a moment. I cannot say I know anything about gardening stuff or book stuff myself. But hey people are good at different stuff!" He said in an appologetic tone before glancing around as if he had insulted the very library itself.

"Uhm, I would have liked to talk more with you Lambda, but I should try get to my place before someone gets wind of what I was just gifted." He smiled warmly before offering a soft nod to Lambda and anyone else who happened to be in the vicinity.

"Take care allright? Maybe next time we meet I could tell you about how cool the Mephisto school is? Gonna be great!" He grinned in a friendly manner while offering a wave to Lambda, then began his way over towards the exit of the building, throwing a glance over his shoulder just before leaving to make sure none were following him. He had to protect his fortune now, it would save his entire family from poverty, not to mention himself. All the food he could buy. He felt a sudden urge to visit the market again, after all he was a growing boy. He had to eat.

'Time to try everything.' He tightened his hands into fists and made a cheering motion without saying a word, but his body language would display his feelings enough.

The young man narrowed his eyes at Alyona the moment the girl set her eyes at him again, and even more so when she decided to speak to him.

Not only were she carrying that defiant and resentful tone to him, but also claiming that he, he of all people would belong at the gallows. The very idea almost made him lower his guard for a moment to provide a mocking laugh, but this were no laughing matter. He had in the unfortunate circumstances decided to teach her a lesson, in the hopes it would make her understand. After all, dumb people could only understand blunt things, whereof punching the wits into their head were usually the best way about it.

But amidst his thoughts of displeasure on seeing this girl being so overly defiant and unrelenting, it made him oddly enough feel a slight bit of admiration. It wasn't the girl's will that had led to her loss, it was her body. She was headstrong. There were no doubt about it, and her power, whatever it were seemed very dangerous visually. Had his own powers not have been warped in his pathway to the world, who knows who the victor would have been? He decided he still had to reply to the thief.

"Hpmh! You have quite the nerve speaking to me like that... Insolent girl. You are a girl right? Abandon your brigand ways, don't waste your gift on petty crime." He said in a serious manner, his tone was however befitting of someone who had served the lady of shadows. He had to act the part of a noble, even if his core was very distant from the literal sense. His lady had however been more than a literal noble, she were noble in heart, and as such he would also have to be.

For how else could he herd all the witless sheep away from the butcher? He didn't know how long it would take before the enemy would reveal it's face in this world. If he had to beat up some ruffians to make them fall in line, so be it. Alyona was one such ruffian in his eyes. A piece of coal which may yet become a diamond, with the right guidance. Would his battle with her put anger in her heart and make her train harder or abandon her path, then it would all serve in the interest for the coming battle. As Alyona struggled up to her knees, Orpheuz quickly withdrew his hands from where he had put them trying to hold Alyona down. Almost as if he realized he was being close to catching some disease, perhaps it were the gushing water being spit in his direction.

He wasn't worried about water. He knew that at least. Yet allowing her saliva-tainted water to land on him was not something he wanted. Even though he was well aware of that in order to purify, one would have to go through grime at times.

"I will be on my way. You best find some way to dry off. And cover yourself up, indecent thug." Orpheuz grunted in an irritated manner and slid his both hands into his pockets, before teleporting a distance away so that he was out of reach for the girl were she still considering to rob him. Then again. The thought struck him. What possibly did he carry that she could rob him off?

'Ahh.. I suppose that's true. I don't really have anything of material worth with me. Something to remember for the next time...' He threw glances over to the girl to make sure she wasn't a stalker, and also in case she would say anything else in that highly arrogant tone of hers. He definitely knew her type. The kind who say 'I hate you...' when they actually meant the opposite.

It had come as a surprise to the military clad young man, that the girl which he was now engaged in fighting was fighting against him so fiercely. Those strange daggerlike projectiles were flying out of his vortex of water, and he still didn't know if his gifts would protect him from them or not. He couldn't risk it and as such he made a quick sidestep to the side, which was more like a dodge. But alas the universal forces were playing tricks on him, as his feet landed on some discarded cardboard on the ground, causing him to slip. In doing so he reactively moved his hands to try catch himself, but in doing so it caused his watery vortex to violently slam itself into the nearby building wall, together with Alyona.

"Tch.. why now of all times?" He muttered in a agitated manner to his slipping, but he couldn't spend time on the ground. It was not graceful nor was it due for someone of his caliber to lie on the ground. That was benefitting only for the weak of will and body. While it had certainly been a time since he had felt weak, that time was over. His ruthless father had forged him into a force of destruction, even if his late father had not reached his ultimate goal. A small time thug-quest. That's what it had been.

'Become the head of a school. Such a pointless ambition. The world doesn't need to be divided into camps, it needs to be merged. Perhaps if all the schools could merge, then perhaps your meager dream would had some worth. Father.' The young man mused in his head as he cautiously approached his downed opponent, which was covered in black water. While it didn't stick to her like ink would, it had soaked the girl's entire attire.

'Now time to see what illgotten gains this lowlife robber have in their inventory.' Orpheuz leaned down and carefully moved the girl's both arms above her head, holding the arms in place with a firm grip at the wrist while his other hand searched for her wallet.

"Hm? What the-?" He said aloud as he found out that she had no more money on her. His facial expression which had a moment of surprise mixed with irritation changed to one of pity and compassion.

'No wonder she tried to mug me, she's poor. Hmm. So her unlawful behaviour is a result of misfortune and not something of prefered choice. Understandable but inexcusable nontheless. Order must be maintained, but the Rhea I knew had flawed order. Not like the other nations are much better. The law should be made by those of high morals, unwavering rightiousness and willingness to subdue the world for the greater good. Someone like me.' The thoughts came to him like a breath of fresh air.

'All hail, The Phantom Knight, your liberator. Once the threat to the worlds have been dealt with, I shall subdue this chaotic world and protect it. I'll be the shining beacon of justice, the flame which all the moths be drawn to. For the empress of shadows, I shall bend the heavens and plow the earth. In your image.' His inner monologue was briefly interupted as he realized he couldn't waste more time being in this alleyway, leaning over a would-be-robber all drenched in black water.

'Hmm.. now what to do with you? Your thieving ways must cease, yet I cannot offer you any wealth to redo your life. I cannot take you with me and school you on proper etiquette. The girl is way too fierce in temper, it would require much more time than I am willing to give. Right now I have more pressing matters to attend to. Perhaps there's a lesson to be learnt from this? Hmm. It would be cruel to take away her candy, for no doubt she must eat something. I am also not a thief.' He pondered abit further, while his eyes wandered over his opponent. She was still breathing right? She wasn't suffering from hypothermia right? While he had indeed fought her, it wasn't to cause her bodily harm. At least not much. It would be unbefitting of someone of his stature to simply just walk off without making sure that his thug-like opponent was in a state to not fall victim to some other thug.

It took the young man a few moments before he took his free hand and softly began to slap Alyona over the face. "Hey thief. Wake up. Do you hear me thief?" Orpheuz said in an irritated manner, he couldn't help but feel this girl was wasting his time by being out of it. Then again it had been he which had made it happen, although most surely it was her own fault. At least that's what he assured himself of. No doubt the girl would be unable to fight back now anyways, so perhaps she could tell him what she was thinking? That was a good idea.

"What were you thinking? Why are you not in an orphanage if you are poor? Kids like you should be off the street." He said in his usual arrogant and high-and-mighty tone.

It had been a mix of "Oh!" and a feeling of enlightenment the moment in which Darla had explained that Kurogane was in fact a wild animal. A wolf. Or some humanoid gifted with some powers that made him look like one. Darla did mention something about shooting at animals and making trophies out of them, and it being a fun thing. Al wasn't fully convinced, it did seem like a mean thing to do. Then again he did like to eat meat. To Al it all sounded fascinating, seeing all these different people interact, but he was too preoccupied in smiling and jumping with his very being on being handed an expensive looking card.

"T-t-thank you? Thank y-you! THANK YOU! I am going to m-make a s-s-s-song about you! In memorial of your generousity!" Al proclaimed before he allowed himself to shut up so he could calmly assess the situation.

'One million?! One million rhean- I am rich! Rich rich rich! I can buy so much food! Oh my gods, oh my gods! I need to calm down before I start to choke!' The young boy began to breathe quickly, as if he was having a panic attack, but managing to avert it in the last second. He finished the almost-seizure with a deep inhale. Did the wolf-guy say something while he was preoccupied not passing out from joy? It must have been something important. Because Kurogane's paws... hands... found themselves grabbing Al's neck in a not so friendly manner. The wolf boy then began to threaten the young artist who could do nothing but try to not get choked out at the spot, grabbing unto Kurogane's arms momentarily.

So this was it huh? This was how he was going to die? Like all famous artists he would end up dying so young. Like hell he would! He had so much to live for. There were fun parties to go to, great food to eat and nice beats to listen to. Before he could make up his mind if he was going to have to electrocute the now seemingly feral wolf, Lambda had managed to slip in to calm the ferocious wolf-person down. Odd. Al couldn't help but feel calmer all of a sudden himself. Was it the air slowly being sucked out of him? Perhaps dying wasn't so scary after all, just like a really long nap. He felt calm. Relaxed. And then he had been let down back to the ground.

Had he died? No. He pinched his own arm to test. He was still alive. Not to mention he could hear both Kurogane and Lambda talking. He felt really sleepy all of a sudden, but happy. To such a degree he had trouble following the conversation up until the point Lambda was introducing himself, right after Kurogane had left for the upper floors of the library.

"Uhh..ahahah..." Al laughed in an uncertain manner, he wasn't as nervous as before, but he still felt awkward about the whole situation. Still he felt good now. With the money he had gotten from the generous AND RICH young lady. He could send help to his family and finally get them to Rhea so they could all live peacefully with a ton of food. He knew for certain that doing the good and right thing was also apparently the most profitable.

Now nothing could get into his way of having a chill-life. He already knew what he was going to do with the money today. Food! Drinks! Sweets! Test EVERYTHING. He pondered for a moment if he was going to share some of the money with his manager who had helped him so much. But that was thoughts meant for later. His far-distance gaze went back to the present and to Lambda. "Don't mention it! I was glad to help! That'll teach that pervert to respect the ladies! Pleased to make your aqq- accui?" Al begun to speak to the slightly older boy, but he was stopped by not finding the right word. So much for trying to sound elegant.

"I mean, pleased to meet you! My name is Alrune Ihadugram Al-Zardun Dimekshia nu Karzanoon. But you can just call me Al. I.. uhm... I am not part of any school yet. But I do intend to join Mephisto's School for the Wickedly Inclined. Because it's wicked! And I am totally inclined to believe it! Cool names like that are.. uh.. cool? Besides alot of people I meet speak fondly of it." Al beamed a broad smile and then began to ponder on just what people had said about it.

"If you want something you can just take it!" Al said in a mimicked voice of an older student. "That sort of thing. I mean who doesn't like free stuff? Imagine the parties with all the free-food samples! Does St Laurel's have some benefits?" He asked Lambda in a ponderous manner, his chin neatly cupped by his own hand.

She had managed to avoid being hit by his first attack, even if only by a small margin, this was enough a reason to impress the military clad young man. Would his attention not had been focused on subduing his opponent swiftly, his old self may have even complimented her. But there was a time for everything, and the girl in question had not been slacking in replying with an attack of her own as soon as she relocated herself behind a container of trash. A spear of dark energies was flying right towards him at high speed, confirming that she was indeed one of his kind. Someone with the gift of the gods. Even if she was seemingly on the wrong side of things, perhaps even she could be turned to the light? His guiding light.

Orpheuz didn't waste any time in retaliating against the incoming attack, hurling his newly formed sword towards it to intercept it, but the spear seemed to go right through it. The sword notched itself into a nearby wooden crate that someone had placed in the alleyway, while the spear slammed right into his shoulder, his attempts to dodge it had been unsuccessful, but at least it was not going to hit his heart. A familiar tingle could then be felt, like a million butterflies would fill his entire chest and tickle his brain. It was a pleasant feeling. Like seeing the ripples on the water, the smoothness of streams, the sound of waves hitting the beach. He allowed himself a quick grin.

'PHANTOM REFLECTION!' Echoed inside of his own mind.

The dark spear suddenly flung back towards Alyona at the same speed and effect it had been hurled towards him. The path between the worlds had warped him in so many ways, that some laws of the world would no longer affect him. His power had bestowed him with the ability to passively deny and reflect back conditions of the body and mind back at whomever used it. Whilst the girl's attack had been thwarted, there was no time to celebrate just yet. He could hear his old father in the back of his head. 'Don't lower your guard!'. He wouldn't. He couldn't allow himself to. The fate of the world was on his shoulders, if his benefactor was to be believed. He had no choice but to believe in it.

Quickly his eyes darted towards his recently discarded sword, before he reached out with his hand and telekinetically hurled it towards the area behind the dumpster, he knew he was firing in the blind. But with abit of luck, he might hit her. If nothing else, the sword would serve it's initial purpose as a distraction. As soon as he had hurled it, the girl was following up her original spear attack with some smaller projectiles. Visually they were different, and there were more than one. He didn't know if they would carry the same kind of effect as the spear, and he couldn't allow himself to risk finding out.

"Tch!" He gritted his teeth quickly, as he appeared to vanish into thin air at the nick of time, before the smaller projectiles would start to fill up that side of the alleyway. With so little room to normally attempt to dodge, he had to rely on his temporary plane-slipping power to get him out of harms way. This girl was proving to be a resourceful -thief-. While getting out of harms way might have seemed like an ideal thing to do, he was also not going to let this would-be-robber to even believe for a second she had the upper hand on him. The amount of boost to her ego would spell disaster for innocent people who happened to just get into her way. No. This villainess had to be put in her place and then he could question her properly.

The young man had reappeared at the other end of the alleyway, on the same side as Alyona was hiding on, albeit a distance away from her. His both hands held out, he allowed both his thumbs to touch and his other fingers to line up to form a triangle sign, before it filled up with his dark watery power, spinning quickly like a vortex before it hurled itself out towards Alyona. Like a miniature horizontal water tornado. He was going to suck her into it, like a pair of socks going into a washing machine at the highest speed. He was going to have to clean up. If the tumbling within the watery vortex wouldn't do it, perhaps the pitch black water would blind her. If nothing else, she might get drenched or swallow alot of the liquid. All of the various scenarios would be beneficial to him. It wasn't about fighting fair, it never were. It was about fighting smart. Victory was to be had, as long as he could hold unto his own humanity. What else mattered?
