Oichi was born into the Tsubaki clan of Sunagakure, a relatively small ninja clan whose only prominent notability came from their ownership of a large bathhouse on the outskirts of the village. Sounds familiar During her early years, she remained almost exclusively on the upper floors of the bathhouse due to mother being extremely cautious and worrisome over her well-being after the death of her two oldest children. Sounds familiar This mentality, though extreme, was fueled by a love only a mother could understand. But because of this, Oichi's younger days were lived in relative solitude, isolated from her peers or anyone she could potentially consider a friend. Once a week, she was allowed to explore the village, though always with constant supervision. But even when she'd see kids playing about, she was never allowed to participate out of her mother's fear of her getting injured. This simple mundane life continued for many years until Oichi became of age and began to feel like a bird trapped in a cage.
On the night of her 13th birthday, Oichi snuck out of the bathhouse to attend a local concert by her favorite idol. Just fyi this takes place in the early days of Naruto history and during a very cold winter. Read the history. I'm not sure if there would even be idols during a time where people are literally dying of starvation She had never done something so rebellious in her entire life, but it was a feeling of freedom that she had never felt before. While there, she met a boy from Konohagakure who she fell madly in love with. Without her mother's knowing of course, she would sneak out every night to see him. Why he in Suna??? Their love bloomed, and he showed her a world she had never been able to explore. And as a ninja of Konoha, he began teaching her the basics of ninjutsu, a talent she picked up surprisingly fast. Eventually, her mother found out above Oichi's secret relationship and banned her from seeing the boy ever again. Further heartbreak struck when, a year later, she got wind that her first love had died in battle. Devastated and furious at her mother, Oichi ran away from home and took up residence in Konohagakure with her uncle.
Though she started off incredibly popular thanks in part to her extreme beauty Do you ever play regular looking characters, most of her peers perceived her to be excessively melodramatic, temperamental, and angsty, with very little control over her emotions. Though a certain amount of distress could be expected after the death of her first love, she basically spent the entire year wallowing in sadness and as a result, it was difficult for her to make any new friends and lost many of the ones she had. And eventually, much to her displeasure, she garnered the nickname "Easy Oichi", for her tendency to move from one boyfriend to the next. lol A common misconception was that she was sleeping with each of them, but in fact, she hadn't. Her constantly having a new boyfriend when one didn't work out was a coping mechanism of sorts, a strange void she felt needed to be filled--a longing for a love she hoped she would be able to find once again. But often she was judged, because she had moved on to a new boyfriend so soon, yet looked for comfort and retained feelings for the previous one, all the while still deeply pained by the death of her first one.
Not to mention, despite being incredibly loyal and sweet to everyone, she had often been thought of as a poor judge of character. The large group of friends she had managed to make, left her side after her wallowing continued. She often underestimated the cruelty of those around her and often felt that everyone deserved a second chance, no matter what they did. I'll kill your entire family. give me second chance. this is some A++ class rhetoric Not to mention she got criticized for her poor taste in boyfriends lol. And even when her best-friend at the time essentially got a several classmates expelled from the academy for something they did not do, she contested that her friend was still a really good person and simply made a mistake, though her best-friend also got expelled as well.
During her very emotional teen years, Oichi did her best to focus on her ninja-training, to continue on in the footsteps of her first love, the person she just couldn't seem to let go of. Even till now. Training on the side with her uncle has helped her develop her hiden-technique. And though despite being very girly and seemingly weak, she is a force not to be reckon with you mean to be reckoned with, not 'not' reckoned with. dumb, because there is nothing stronger in this world than the power of love. And she has plenty of it. But even now, despite the love she has for her mother, she has not seen or spoken to her since she ran away years ago. A part of her still doesn't forgive her mother for what she did, but she hopes that she will eventually move on from that as well and re-kindle her mother-daughter bond that she desperately misses.

Ｆａｍｉｌｙ ｂｉｏｇｒａｐｈｙ: |
The Tsubaki clan is a small clan residing in Sunagakure. They are known primarily for their large bathhouse that resides on the outskirts of the village. It's been met with decent success, but nothing special. They aren't particularly well-known, generally those visiting Sunagakure will generally visit the Tsubaki Bathhouse as well, per recommendation from the locals. Centering on relaxation and restoration, this clan consist primarily of medical-nin and healers of some sort, though not all of the ninjutsu-variety. They generally provide tertiary healing and natural alternatives to the Sunagakure residents should they need it and are rarely needed to perform beyond that. Only a few of the clan members actually practice the clan's hiden technique, that being Oichi, her mother, her grandfather, and her uncle. The Tsubaki's are supposedly very very distant cousins of the Yamanaka clan. orly

Oichi is a medical-nin who uses support based ninjutsu to help her teammates. Medical nin require insane levels of chakra control, so you'd better incorporate that somehow. Her unique Hiden-technique allows her to amplify the abilities an ally, forming a very strong power couple that is hard to take down. Though she can handle herself in a fight and can dish out damage on her own, she performs better when she is linked with a teammate as she is generally weaker offensively than most in her class. What she lacks in durability, she makes up for in sustaining herself and her team.

ＤｅｓｃｒｉｐｔｉｏｎSoulmates is a primarily supportive hiden technique used by a small number of members in the Tsubaki clan. Oichi can project a portion of her soul to an ally, creating a visible link of bright coloured chakra connecting from herself to the other person. The person she is connected to becomes her temporary "soulmate", though the link becomes severed if they move to far away from her. When connected to her soulmate, her abilities affect both of them simultaneously. She can heal them, boost their offensive power, movement speed, create force-fields around them, and even make herself and her soulmate briefly immune to all forms of damage uhhhhhhh. Furthermore, she can switch from one soulmate to the next in the heat of battle as needed, though connecting to a soulmate is not instantaneous and she can miss. When linked to an individual that is very powerful, it becomes hard to take them down as her hiden technique provides high sustain for them to continue on in a difficult fight. Also, she passively can feel and understand the emotions and temperament of the soulmate she is linked with. This is basically a combination of your emotion-feeling hiden and your linking hiden.
