Keep your powers at street level. EX: Destroying a building would be very hard but can be done.
No Student Council Members
Your ranking will be determined shortly after arriving at school, once it has I would like you to fill it in.

Rank Explained

S class - for Student Council Members, maximum of ten people.

A class - for active, combat based students

C class - for support type students.

M class - for healing type students.

G class - for general education.

Additionally, students can be part of more than one class, and thus have two ranks. For an example:

Meruin Hazy - Year 1: S - rank 3, A class - rank 3, C - rank 1, M class - rank 10, and G - rank 2.

That means she's 3rd ranked on the council, as a combat student she's ranked 3rd, as a support she's ranked 1st, as a healer, she's ranked 10nth, and in her academics, she's ranked 2nd. Of course, all ranks are only in relation to her current year, excluding her rank on the Student Council.

Us GMs will chat about student council and the committee. My only real problem with your sheet is The Tower allows generation of lightning bolts to begin with. At the level I'd like our powers to be a fully powered lightning bolt would be most likely a 1-shot and possibly lethal in particular considering its speed. Please either specify that they are weak lightning bolts or just leave it at generation of electricity.

Personality: A relatively young man, Michael is friendly and a bit of a natural teacher. He is very patient and understanding, sometimes to the point of being a pushover. Though he is confident in his knowledge and expects the same respect and time that he gives to his students.

Krysthane enjoyed Oobleck insightful lecture and the way he was constantly questioning the students to ensure their participation. Naturally Krysthane raised her hand and answered at least as many questions as anyone else, all the while studiously taking notes. Sadly class ended too quickly, however Krysthane wasn't that disappointed as lunch was as enjoyable as any class. She walked out of class thinking that maybe she would try eating at the new Deli that was available, not that the school food was bad, she just wanted to try something new. Besides she had seem some people heading over there already. As she walked out of class she saw Abel leaning against a wall looking deep in thought. Figuring that this was a perfect chance Krysthane walked up to him and said, "Hey, I was thinking about going to the new Deli N'Doul, you up for it?"

How you could work in a team: Doing anything necessary for success

Personality: Sol is a firm believer is hard work. He is rather chivalrous and would never do anything to intentionally offend somebody, except in combat. Sol is a care-free guy but once he gets into a fight his focus becomes almost freakishly keen on the fight. He doesn't like suck ups or arrogant people, and is quite willing to stand up for what he believes in.

Bristlebane

Bristlebane looked at Kuroku eagerly as he stood up but practically deflated once he was ordered to stand down. He grumbled under his breath as the ice mage purposefully strode into the cave. He looked around the cave bored, and to make matters worse he had just finished all his crackers. No one was looking... and besides if they were in trouble and really needed help then maybe they couldn't call for help. Bristlebane snorted, "Five minutes." was all he muttered before he sat down wiping out a pillow and an alarm clock and leaning back eyes closed and setting the clock. Everybody else always got to have fun but it was always, "Bristle don't touch that, Bristle don't do that. Bristle stay here, Bristle go away." Hmph. At least he got a pretty sword so the day wasn't a total waste no matter what happened.
