Tungsten coming up to bat with a spooky Cu Alter skin. I love it. There's only one thing to nitpick at, and that's Tungsten choosing a preexisting skinsuit to put on. However, that's just a small rewrite to play it off as Tungsten imagining himself doing that.
Everyone is, basically, imagining their Human skin, and then it will be tailored by Faetalis in the next GM post.
So quick question, do the stats really matter and how do I calculate if it does? How does one come up with the total power? Also @Enkryption if you have some time Id like to work on some of this with you, specifically his spells and such.
The PvP Element to this is a farcical in nature, because you'll hardly be challenged by The New World, real talk. However, it serves to better understand your character's mechanical nature alongside their narrative nature; after all, an Overseer with a Spellcasting Focus isn't going to have 90 Physical Attack, but 90 Magical Attack wouldn't be so out of place.
It's something to help you shape your character's affect on the world, and help other players instantly gleam your focuses. As for the calculation, you can allocate 10 Points x your Overseer's Level to all stats, which cannot go passed 75 without extremely good reason. So, you've a total potential of 750 Points you can spend, if you make a Lv75 Overseer.
And, lastly, I don't have time for sit-down sessions, but I'm always checking on my PMs, so just sent me what you wanna work on, and we'll hash it out in the PMs.
Before the girls went away on their quests, he walked up to them for a moment.
"Greetings and welcome to Zipangu. I'm Kannazuki Shizuka, the acting captain of Kyoko-sama's taskforce. Ayu already explained the gist of our current situation; right now the other member are out locating Lord Takeshi's allies in order to aid against the Varjan invaders. Some of them should be returning soon. In the meantime, I'll need to remain here to meet with them and discuss our next plan of action. Good luck on your endeavor and let us know if need assistance with anything."
"Yeah! Thanks! Sure! Bybi!" Alice shouted, before she was gone - her stumbling movement hard to stop.
Upon hearing the tale in full bardic glory, Alice would accept the mission at hand. From the sound of it, the folks were possessed by the Demon Energy of the Heavenly Strike, and their blades had become Cursed Swords. If anything, that assumption surely made her the best choice to take on this affair.
After all, she had years of combat experience through Carroll's Parasitization, and her own "Mad" cleverness.
And, should that fail, she had her trump card...
However, such thoughts were for the future. Right now, she had to travel in the direction she was given on the task she was requested.
"Carroll, you think we should ask that man for help," Alice asks, remembering Kannasuki's offer of aid.
"Hell no!" Carroll barked, as he remembered him, as well. "We don't need help from the pretty boy swordsman and his edgy boyfriend."
Alice blushed. "D-D-Don't assume that!" she admonished. "They could be really close friends, you know."
"I'm just saying,". Carroll says, "You felt his Demon Energy fluctuate when the pretty boy lectured him. Pretty suspect, in my opinion. Makes me wonder who's the top and who's the bottom."
"Honestly...?" Alice pursed her lips, as she pressed the nearly filed nail of her left pointer into the lower of the pair, "I didn't feel anything of significance from either of them, so I really didn't care to pay attention. Kanna just seemed nice to offer help for a Human. But, I do think, he's the top. Brutes tend to be secretly submissive in bed. And, Human men, so rarely, settle for less than dominance in the bedroom when laying another species."
Alice giggled pervertedly for a long moment, all sense of Human shame dashed in a fit of Mad Hatterness, before she veered back onto the topic at hand, "Regardless, all we need to focus on is acquiring the Heavenly Strike technique, right? To that end, we must defeat our foes and be taught it."
"That, or we cut down its users, one by one, and take their Demon Energy for ourselves. In doing so, I will scry the technique, and you will master it yourself in combat, like any other sword technique," Carroll says.
"Either way, we'll be one step closer to getting Our Wonderland back!" Alice says, her expression one of childish playfulness wrapped in sinister intent.
"Once and for all..." Carroll says.
Missions in mind, Alice would continue on the path she was beset upon by the musician... walking alone on a path that would bring her to clash with those that could cleave lightning itself, and best thunderborn beast in a single pass.
If she could adapt that strike into Carroll's moveset and apply his vorpal edge... perhaps... she could slice open the very bounds of reality, and return...
Alright, I better put this in a hider, 'cause I'm a wordy sonnuva bitch...
I don't have anything wrong with Mindzol and the Workshop functioning as a primarily Support Role, however, Infactorium held 5th Place consistently YGGDRASIL Online's Guild vs Guild for the Valkyrie Downfall expansion, so each Factory was fully expected to participate in combat, at some point, with its Creator and Overseer and whatever minions.
So, I would suggest defining how The Workshop defended itself, whether that be with a single powerful Overseer like the Cormac or MinMaxine, a highly capable Overseer with a handful of Elites for support like Mae and her Kitchen Staff or Levia and her Slimes, or an extremely specialized Overseer with tons of Fodder Support like Tungsten or Gamma.
If I had to offer a direction to start in, I would say, a mixture of Levia and Gamma is a good one; slime creatures with a heavily lend on biological evolution base on their breed.
Another thing, I would tighten up exactly what The Workshop does - its purpose, while understandable, is a little vague, as well. Again, it's just the nature of things overlapping in a Guild Hall of 60, but it does draw a little from everywhere, without an expressly unique drive of its own.
Every Factory has the potential to create "minions," - a catch-all phrase for your Factory's "production item", which used to have an actual in-universe cost - used to be an actual CS sheet you had to make a submit, but I trust my cast to be reasonable and understand the limitation of the story and setting.
Back to the point, though, just "making minions" is what everyone does:
Cormac makes weapons and armor to outfit the Guild.
Mae makes food to buff the Guild and Units.
Gamma and Tungsten both make Combat and Support Units, one biological and one technological, and their own internal weapons and armors, as well.
Levia makes raw Resources out of "Waste" product from all Factories and Sieges.
Faetalis makes Artifact-class Gear, including, and not limited to, a full-body skinsuit that replicates another Player's Avatar Class Levels, and she replicates their Gears.
Due to the nature of Mindzol being on a Satellite Factory, he won't have anything but himself, since his Factory will only be using a combination of solar and auxiliary power to run itself and its distress beacon. It would take an Supreme Being to override that, so you'll be starting at zero, unless Mindzol has an Elite or two, like Mae's Kitchen Staff.
However, his is something that we can work on in, and out of, character, since Mindzol seems like he would gel (pun intend) well with Gamma, Levia, and even Tungsten with the potential to fashion new breeds of slimes with Gamma's and Levia's aid to further Infactorium's expansion and growth, and possibly assist Tungsten's desire to rebirth his BIGs by creating a slime that can conduct electricity like blood does oxygen and function as a portable battery system, which cuts back on time, cost, and resources.
My last suggestion is to define what your Jobs Levels do. Forbidden Arts Uses, Berserk, and Demonic Essence are not clear at all what they do as Jobs from just a glance, so clarity helps us better interact with Mindzol.
Admittedly, you did stumble across some detail-oriented nutcases with this group, as we've detailed out character sheets out like we're playing AD&D, but that's a good thing, as it gives you and idea of how in-depth or how simplified you can make a character sheets.
Just, uh, don't try and copy mine. I have a special place reserved for me in Hell, where all completed and hype character sheets from D&D games go, but instead of seeing a piece of creative history, it's just a drawing of stick man figure with a name, class, and level on a flash card.
There are some bit that I couldn't finish either because of one thing or another, but I know that I may need some help brainstorming some abilities, spells and such. But here's what I got so far.
Factory Overseer Bio
Name: Mindzol Del
Age:He has never tracked his age.
Gender: Male
Factory and Functionality:
The Workshop
The Workshop is rather simple in design and function. A large workshop with several tools and supplies needed to tinker and create minions. While this function can be found in several other factories, the entire factory is dedicated to the creation of minions. The right tool for the job. In the center of the room there is a central platform where everything from the conceptualized design to the final product appears. This factory is special to Mindzol, not only because he is the Overseer, but because he was created in this very chamber by his creator, BrknBem22. This is where the Originators, as Mindzol calls them, built and conceptualized their creations for the rest of the guild. Beyond the workshop itself is a testing ground that isn’t anything
Appearance:
Mindzol is amorphous by nature so his size and stature can change on a whim. While going about his day to day tasks for the guild and the Workshop, he shapes himself to be what he assumes is normal height, slight flowing pseudopods that resemble hair, and a rather dashing looking vest and gloves (that he barely manages to keep on.) On the other hand, should things require him to become more “proactive” in his approach to handling a situation he takes on his true form. A dark glooping mass with just enough of a humanoid shape to recognize. His eyes become a sickly glowing yellow that shine where the approximation of his head should be and any visible mouth section is completely gone.
Personality: Mindzol is an eclectic mix of personality traits as his creator before him. On the surface he is a very cordial creature with decent social skills and an aptitude for understanding those around him. When he works in the Workshop he becomes very erratic, quickly sloshing from place to place grabbing ingredients and components with his speech becoming very jumbled and nonsensical. He dotes over his creations and treats them all like children to an extent but has also been known to suddenly lose his temper when they don’t work as intended only to come back and coddle them again. There have been times when Mindzol completely loses his cognitive functions and falls back into his monstrous tendencies, but these moments really only come when hasn’t eaten in some time or loses himself in anger.
Creator:
BrknBem22, or simply Bem to most, was a creative player who liked to tinker with the minion system in YGGDRASIL trying to find the most niche problem and tried to make a minion for it. Her Workshop became a hotspot in the guild with many members coming to play around and tinker with different builds for minions. She had a particular fascination with slimes and was determined to show that they were more than cannon fodder.

Work's been keeping me a little busier than usual, but I will look over this properly this evening.
Hmm this is hard cause I can't think of something that slime could manage that isn't already in play
My only suggestions would be slimes meant to reconnaissance and territory claim. Faetalis is a 4X Manic, so she'll be expanding her claims. You could be slimes that assist in clear debris, helping Cyberskeletons ferry items, helping Worker Ants dig, and general being a Support Factory.
