The simplest application of this artifact is time stop, but more advanced applications allows one to remove or add the concept of death, bend space willy-nilly, change the common sense of cultures, as well as a variety of other strange things. It is, put simply, the calculation device that allows one to become a God.

@Dezuel His weapons are ridiculously overpowered, and yah, he can't use any of them due to that. I'd rather not have them get nerfed versions instead, because unlike abilities, these are objects that more or less don't have different modes. They're like guns. You can't modify the destructive force of them, because they're preset.
Really, I don't mind playing as a normie that has WMDs that he can't use. XD He's an isekai protagonist that basically 'went back home', if you think about it.
Tho in regards to AZRAEL, the berserk madness turns humans into these. So yah...it's one of the nastier weapons in his arsenal.
