I mean, is the numba wan hero in this current society going to be the same tier of charisma + power that All Might would be? Or would it be closer to someone like Endeavor, who tries hard but lacks the same amount of impact?
Do you mind going a little into the history of this particular AU world then? Cause while I'm usually totally down for the removal of AU characters, All Might's influence is basically a part of Hero Academia's setting, and removing him from the equation changes shit up a bunch.
You want people with accepted CSes to post em in the Character tab now? Or are you waiting for something first?

Some would look into those dead, dark eyes and think that Teruko was bored. Others would look into those bagged, heavy eyes and think that Teruko was tired. Still more would look into those glassy, drooping eyes and think that Teruko was apathetic. Perhaps sheβs the poster child of all thatβs wrong with societyβs children these days, robbed of imagination and spirit by the internet, naught but a druggie counting the seconds till she can get her next hit. Her frame is small and thin, her countenance that of a non-descript background character. Her shampoo is scentless and sheβs scentless alongside it. Her hairβs kept short with immaturely handled scissors, and her nails have never been manicured once.
Some would laugh at how little Teruko cares about her appearance. Others would wonder if she was actually trying to go for that boyish look. Still more would just pass her over, thinking that sheβs just another child. But their eyes always change when her arms turn into greater machinery, pulsating with raw, limitless power, burning with the resplendence of jet-flame.
Angry burn scars can be traced spiralling up from her forearms to her shoulders. She rarely wears short sleeves, and wears a diving suit for swimming classes.

Terukoβs Quirk, Dragoon, is an Emitter-Type Quirk that enables her to manifest mechanized armor over her arms. Often a pale red in color, these armor pieces are incredibly durable, and can be modified to suit the situation, from massive hunks of armor for large-scale defensive or offensive operations to slim, streamlined pieces for more precise combat. Beyond that, however, Teruko is also able to add rocket boosters onto her armor pieces, providing further propulsive power. With this, she adds mobility and speed to her capabilities as well, enabling short-term flight and explosive combat speed. If considered from an RPG standard, Teruko has all the tools she needs to become a physical bruiser, an exceptional hero following the footsteps of All Might.
But while the fuel for her rockets and the material for her armor comes from sheer guts and determination, prolonged combat causes overheating. Terukoβs body may have adapted to the extreme temperatures that any armored part of her body suffers, but even that adaptation has its limits. Her might may be conceptually limitless, but practically, she can only go so far before her flesh melts off her bones.

It was my back up school. Can't skip school for a year after all. - Why do you want to be a professional hero?
Because I have the power to. And if something bad happened when I had the power to stop it, then it'd be my fault that it happened. It's a waste to have this Quirk otherwise, right? - What kind of professional hero do you want to become?
It'd be best if I could become like All Might. A ridiculous response time owing to incredible aerial and ground-based mobility. An overwhelming amount of power that can smash through even foes that are bad match ups. The physical strength and stamina to participate in rescue operations from beginning to end. A bold and imposing visage that is instantly recognizable even from afar. I have all the pieces in place. It's only natural that I should aspire to become that sort of all-encompassing hero, right? - Best describe yourself in five sentences.
I'm 4'11, skinny, with brown hair and blue eyes. My Quirk, Dragoon, is an Emitter-type Quirk that allows me to create mechanized armor pieces over my arms, generating powerful blows and granting significant defensive capabilities as well. Summoning armor over my right arm is the most natural for me, but simultaneous generation isn't too hard either. I don't get too much exercise, but I think my stamina is pretty good. People think that I'm weird for bringing a diving suit for swimming lessons, but that's just normal for me. - What are you interests and hobbies?
There's a bunch of things I do to fill up my time, but I wouldn't say I'm interested enough in them to make them into hobbies. It's just things that I do. You understand that sorta stuff? Guess hanging out with friends is nice though. But that's normal. - Are there any notable accomplishments you want to us to be aware of?
I got accepted by UA via recommendations, but various complications came up, so I ended up declining. Does that sound like I'm bragging? Sorry. I've won some Quirk-based competitions as well. The thing where they make obstacle courses and expect you to destroy cardboard targets while passing through places? Yeah, those. Outside of that, I've...no, nevermind, those are irrelevant. - Tell us something about your quirk that most might not know? Any events or memories, be it joyous or ill, tied to it?
My Quirk has no hard limits in terms of output. When it comes to Plus Ultra I can always, always, always go further. It'll just be a problem after the adrenaline wears off. - Why should we consider you over the other applicants? What can you offer that they cannot?
Raw power, speed, durability, coupled with a strong sense of duty to my heroic calling. There will be others applying to Kokoro Academy who have such qualities, no doubt, but I don't think you have enough applicants with this combination that you can consider all others over myself. So hey, if you accept me, Kokoro Academy will be the place where the 'next All Might' studied in. Ah, was that too much? Sorry.
