RP hunting is like finding the rare toy in the cereal box. Doable, but the time and effort is nearly more than I can bare!

I love being a terrible person by making my PCs' lives miserable, it's art form that never gets old or boring.

I am sorry for how long it took me to reply. I hope it is satisfactory. I also hope that I have the right time frame... There are different times all over the place.

Yeah, the timestamps are slowly getting put back into place and we're aiming to be more firm on that. Namely that everyone uses the same format to make it easier to reference as mentioned in this post. As a tip for timestamps, I suggest you look at those involved in the scene you're aiming to interrupt and try to match your time up with theirs when you enter to make things easier. Right now, Xid, Alat, Tolun, Shiri, and Lea are those within the prison cell and are the timestamp you need to match. Collabs usually involving torture with prisoners tend to be on a timeline isolated from the prison cells so they can move quickly and be reinserted when the times match again.

Example:
Nazca doesn't arrive until the prisoner's timestamp reaches 7h 10 mins, which is almost there as last timestamp was Shiri's, the end post time is at 6h and 53 min so the current scene needs to progress another few minutes before Rtron can post in it.
Been having the same issue. Not logged in and I pop an individual thread, bam I get an internal error message. Thought it was me, but Rtron tried it and got the same message which made me look less crazy. XD
Cool. Also, because I want a reference to refer back to:

Olivia's aiming to be kidnapped this next IC, if I can manage to get her out of the Academy again somehow, so I need to know something so Rtron and I can make sure how many to plan for. Out of all the Players that still within the RP, who would like be involved with that scene? I need a show of hands else I assume you're not interested. >_>
@SgtEasy Breath, breath nice and slow. XD You're rather excitable type aren't you? :p

Post is up, and Raa's down her bit. I hope that helps, now the rest is up to you guys as Raa's not the shoot'em sort. XD
Naturally Raa failed to hear the final decision when she took off after the man. Her attention was far more determined to catch him before he got himself killed than listen to the others, not realizing her choice might’ve tilted their hand to follow. Her feet with surprising quickness closed the gap between them. A arm reached out and her hand made to snag his arm, trying to bring him to at least slow his pace if she got a grip. It was unlikely she would be able to make him completely due to his determination. Either way, her words were trying to reason with the reckless human while keeping pace. “Please, just stop and think. I know you’re worried! However, you can’t help anyone if you’re dead. Please, please just stop a moment!”

She wasn’t sure if her words were reaching the man. Mainly because at that moment, something green and black came trotting into her side perception and immediately the Quarian stopped. Her hand retracted back as she realize, with relief, who had sudden pulled up beside them: Avatar. the Geth clipped rapidly and easily, pulling beside Donny in a second to pull out its own weapon for the possibility of hostiles. Raa didn’t know how to react.

A voice suddenly started to chide her when Voira’s came into view, her arm reaching for her Thunder assualt rifle. "Don't do that again, and stay with the diplomats."

Raa didn’t have much time to when Voira’s other hand wrapped about her arm and jerked the quarian back like a naughty child. She nearly fell into the asari, saved only her other hand whipped about to right herself for the moment. It was brief because she felt her gun pushed into her waist then pointed to the back of the group, namely where the diplomats were currently at. The engineer sighed slightly at the command but understood why. Grudgingly, she fell back to where the less experienced fighters at Voira’s request.

At first it seemed like the trip would’ve been easy. There was little sign of those who attempted to take the station hostage and they were smoothly drawing closer to the station, their weapons ready and waiting to fire when needed. Including Raa’s. It was short lived when several mercenaries, four Turians and a Krogan, came into view when both Avatar and Donny rounded the corner. Immediately bullets started to fly and those guarding the diplomats gestured for cover. Raa jerked to the nearest place for cover reflexively. She tried to make herself as small as possible while her heard, over the gunfire, Avatar speak. "Use of biotic barriers may allow us to establish a firing position."

Interested in what was happening, the quarian edged cautiously closer while she watched the pair. Avatar’s comment caused Voira’s ears to perk in a human way, putting her gun away and replying back. "Okay. If anyone here has a grenade, tell us, and we'll let down the barrier long enough for it to be launched."

Rising up, Raa watched Voira get in front of Avatar then turned to ensure everyone was ready. "Ready?"

Raa had RK already arming her weapon while it made a hissing click in her slow approach. Her fingers tightened about the gun when the asari stepped from her cover, causing her breath to still, tossing up a barrier for the bullets to bounce off of. Voira’s words echoed in Raa’s head as the asari signaled for Avatar to follow her. "Lets go!"

By this time, Raa was dangerously close to the front as she peered out from the corner. Pop, pop! Her head retreated instantly at the moment it was nearly clipped by two projectiles, her heart racing as she felt stupid for not thinking of it sooner. Her eyes had caught a glimpse of the mercenaries just when one lifted his hand to his communications. They were wireless which meant they were vulnerable and easy targets. She turned to her omnitool and tapped it, bring up RK’s head. “Can you create a high frequency to mess with their wireless signal? Mainly just to sabotage it?”

RK smirked. “Yes. And already working on it before you said something, Raa.”

When RK finished her sentence, a wide, disrupting signal went out from Raa’s omnitool. It would spread and begin to target the enemy’s communications, as well as any wireless devices. Its main aim was to make them hot to the touch and useless, crippling the enemy. Several enemies would be caught off guard by the surprise tactic and hopefully buy Avatar and Voira some time. Meanwhile, over Voira’s omnitool RK’s voice spoke in a smug way, loud enough for the pair to hear. “You’re welcome.”
Alright brief summary and description of each rings, though I'm still adding to them. When your PC claims a ring, Rurik will explain how it works and the information below when he gives it and @Sundered Echo, he has an anti-thief rune so if Auriel tries to swipe another ring than she will become blue with a red nose. Literally for most of the day until it wears off.

Red Ring
Name: Assimilation Ring
Description:

Type: Defensive
Range: Individual
Duration: 3 times a day
Information:
The ring is able to absorb only attacks in a magical nature of any level, from novice to master, up to three times a day, Should a user attempt to go beyond this limit then they risk a 90% chance of the ring breaking and it will become totally useless to them, even if they manage to return to a Rune master for repairs.

If attacked by a combination attack, more than one spell at one time, the ring will be strained to absorb both attacks. Because of this, it will only succeed in absorbing one and halving the second attack. More than two attacks will result in the same effect save that any number of attacks following the 1st and 2nd will not be affected at all.

Any magic associated with physical enhancement will not be absorbed by the ring. This includes and ranges from enhanced strength, speed, or durability that makes the person above normal. Shapeshifting magic also falls under this description.

When activated, the individual will glow a subtle, faint outline and appear untouched after the attack has been absorbed despite it clearly hitting them.

Yellow Ring
Name: Illuminating Ring
Description:

Type: Non-Combative/Combative
Range: Individual to up to five meters
Duration: Depends on the mode
Other information:
This ring, unlike the other two, has three different uses depending on how many taps you give the gem. One tap actives the first mode called Search, two taps active the second called Illumination and three taps actives the final mode called Flash.

Search mode is just as it sounds where the ring casts a soft, nightlight like glow to locate hidden items. The ring will flicker off and on when something is close by that the user is focusing on finding. When hot, the flickers increase rapidly to give a general and foot by foot area it is located within. However, when cold the blinking will cease into a steady, faint light much like a firefly would cast making it useless for a light source.

Illumination creates a light strength much like a campfire, lighting up several meters from the source. It is useful to see in most dark caves not affected by magic or unnatural reasons. Though unlike Electromancers who can increase and alter their light source, the ring is set at one level only at all times making it possible to be seen by others easily.

Flash is a sudden, blinding light that can affect both ally and foe alike if the user isn’t careful. When tapped, it makes a small hum for a warning to the user to protect their eyes then pops, shrouding everything within the scene in bright, white light. This will stun enemies, or allies, for a brief time unless they are knocked out of it prematurely by outside influences.

Green Ring
Name: Stealth Ring
Description:

Type: Non-Combative
Range: Individual only
Duration: An hour at max unless detected, than the ring is negated.
Other information:

To activate it, the user must whisper the word ‘silentium’ near the ring’s gem. After activated, the magic casts an eerie green glow about the user and creates a vacuum that absorbs all sounds originating from the user. This means the user can move willing and normally, even jump, without a worry about creating a sound to give themselves away. They can even still hear everything with the same degree they did before. However, air disrupting, sight, scent and other means outside of sound can still give them away if the user isn’t careful. So they aren’t immune from detection in other forms.

The effect lasts up to an hour total which can be broken down to about several uses that total up to that hour. Players using that method are expected to use common sense and determine for themselves how much time has been used, keeping in mind that each single post will account for a few minutes each time and drain the overall total time usage. It can be negated though dispelling magic (arcanite based) being casted, someone hits the individual with an attack, or the user willingly deactivates it.

Roc Mission

Aramir, Auriel, and E’nasha managed to ride the wagon down the plateau and come to to a complete halt at the bottom, the axles and wheels intact amazingly. However some contents had been broken and damaged while they descended, revealing precious cargo from rings to a few pygm phoenix eggs snuggled safely within the hay in the smallest crate. Not wasting much time, Sir, the large raven, immediately spotted them as he swoop downward to ruffle his feather head against E’nasha. His hard beak crackling out a caw of joy with each movement, his claws digging into the soft flesh and minding not to pierce it. Eyes lifted to the skies just in time to spot something.

A winged, oversize bat fluttered in the blue skies with horns and screeched out her sonar, gaining an idea of her surroundings. She was looking for the people her mistress indicated as she let out another subsonic cry and located her prey immediately. She mentally spoke to her demonomancer relaying her victory then swept downward, landing upon the nearest herbivore, a small goat, before chirping for their attention. When all eyes flipped to her, she then spoke guiding them back to Eural, Annabeth, Colette, and crew. It was a short reunion as they ambled their way back to the college, using the combination of Samson, the mare and various other small grazers to arrive.

At the gate’s opening, Rurik was there, the redhead and bearded dwarf looked relieved to see his cart back in one piece. While smiling at the motley, he stomped up closer with a jolly look on his face. As a thank you for helping with his task, he gave each a choice of prize from his current goods: Either one pygmy phoenix egg or a magical ring.

The egg was key component in creating elixirs to fight off blood sickness and restore magic, a very valuable item as a mage and novice. A ring option had three choices, each with their own color and runes carved for a unique ability per day. A ring with a red gem allowed the user to absorb one magical attack up to three times. Green casted a silence spell for an hour. Finally, the yellow could cast a soft glow that was able to locate lost items, illuminate darkness and blind foes with a flash spell sending them stumbling up to an hour before needing a day to recharge. When a choice was made or given, the students were sent their merry way to report to Lucilia or relax.
Good, and forgot Jakali also watched and conversed over some gladiator combat between a temple guard prisoner and some servants with Tolun. Have a nice sleep.
