Resources: Minimal

Weaknesses: Until Chike obtains the second half of the super soldier serum from SuperIOR Inc, each injection will only last a few hours depending on how much energy he burns.

Personally, to me, street level in my mind is closer to human scopes as you're usually dealing with anything from common criminals to small meta humans. Think of Batman, Spiderman, some of the Xmen like Jubilee, Gambit, Colossus, Beast, Wolverine (older versions) and lower level mutants that weren't able to influence wide ranges. Those like Storm, Xavier, Magneto, and many others I think are a bit beyond street level due to how easily they can take a whole army of thugs. Reason Wolverine was included in the lower level is he could still get beaten to a pulp.

Also, 4 tons? *whistles*

The choice is yours, each race has it's own perks and such. If you go with a Pc created one, I suggest you talk with the creator. Namely like the Naga seem very dependent on body language and they view emotions negatively which means they bottle them. However that is a cultural thing. A naga raised outside their race would have emotions like a human, and act like those who raised him or her.

I know I've done all sorts of things to help develop their culture and such. Being the only non-GM with an Esyire character, I do have something of a vested interest in them.

Esyires are the closest you can get to Dragons and I don't think they flick out their tongues. Naga do though. :p

Okay that helps a lot. So you're still in the opening feast so presumably she wouldn't have missed much so far if I just dropped her in a little late.

More details the better, especially with weaknesses and strengths. In addition there's no race that's naturally more gifted with mage blood, though they can be where all members have it like the Esyires do. Your pc will start at the novice level which after the timeskip I'm going to mention who's at what level as we're redjusting the system a bit.

Making the Levels a bit more border and allowing Players to be trusted to determine their own limitations within those levels. If we feel you'd stepped over the line, we'll pm a warning and if you persist, (something I doubt) we'll whack your PC over head with Blood sickness. :p

We're going to see how this works. If we see too much high level magic happening and often, it will be addressed. We'll be watching you...hehee.
