Henry sighed as he waited for the elevator to open, tapping his foot impatiently as some lame elevator music played. He pulled out a watch with a chain attached to it and checked the time. Still 9:27 apparently. Just like it was the last time he checked. Perhaps time didn't work right in this part of the Nexus, the minute hand hadn't budged since he came here. "Oh my god I hate this music SO MUCH!" Henry had to really hold himself back from lashing out at the elevator, since that would probably end in horrible experimentation.

The elevator door finally opened and he rushed out quickly to escape the nightmare he had been trapped in. That music was going to be stuck in his head for a month at least. Henry suddenly started shivering as he looked around the strange area. Shit it was cold. He started walking forwards with no real direction in mind and kept his sword ready, humming a bit to keep his mind off the cold.

Ryan walked into the club room with his usual sense of meekness, sliding over to his usual desk and putting down his bag with a heavy thump. He pulled out an History book and a Math book, along with a copy of One Piece, volume 45. Lately he had been so busy with the dungeons and training his body that he was starting to ignore his academics. This showed in his latest test scores, the middle of the pack was no place for someone like him.

Every now and then he would stop studying his book and take a few minutes to read his manga, humming to himself in intrigue whenever something interesting happened. This pattern continued until he got up suddenly, stretching his arms and legs out. Ryan walked around the classroom a bit, pausing as he walked by some familiar looking sketches.

He looked at them a bit more closely, eyes widening as he realized they were Shadows they had fought. One of them was actually his Shadow, which definitely made him a bit uncomfortable. Those taunting eyes, as he was kicked around and ridiculed. That really wasn't something he wanted to dwell on. He kinda wanted to ask Akane why she was sketching their battles, but that was a really awkward question and would mean he would have to admit at looking at her private drawings. Ryan looked at Akane then looked back to the drawings and shook his head nervously. He shouldn't bother someone while they're sleeping anyways.

He went back to his chair to continue studying, but he was definitely less focused then he was a few minutes ago, glancing over at Akane nervously every few seconds.

Talonite begrudgingly followed York just to make sure he didn't get himself hurt trying to take on a Metagross, which was practically a Legendary Pokemon in all but name. They went backstage and stopped when they saw a familiar couple of people, something about one of them was off though. Talonite squinted his eyes as he looked at the blonde one and the puzzle pieces clicked together in his mind.

"OH MY GOD YOU WERE DRESSED AS A GIRL!" Talonite started laughing loudly at him, pointing at the blonde guy and actually struggling to breathe with how loudly he was laughing. He completely ignored the fact that they were tying up Claire as he continued to laugh at Fionn. Talonite ignored all the clever things Ruari had to say in favor of continuing to point and laugh at Fionn who had just finished tying up Claire. "Hey York, you might want to keep your distance from the cross dresser! Who knows what else he's into!" Talonite's laughing slowed down as he tossed out Necro's pokeball and released the Gastly onto the battlefield. He wiped a tear from his eye as he prepared to battle and took a few deep breaths. At least the grunts here seem to be just as dumb as the ones in Alola.

As the professor continued on with his speech, people near the door would hear what seemed to be a loud electric guitar playing. It could be brushed off as someone just playing their music too loudly, but as the lecture came to a close the music instead grew louder and louder until people at the front of the room, including the professor, could hear it. Suddenly the music stopped as fog began to pour out from underneath the door.

Then the music started again in full force as the doors were slammed open and the man playing the loud metal was revealed. Behind and to the sides of him were several grunts all dressed in similar uniforms, one of which was carrying a portable speaker which was hooked up to the blue haired man's guitar while another was carrying a portable fog machine. Both of said grunts had a look of exasperation at their leaders antics. He stopped playing the guitar finally and looked at the professor with a malicious smile.

"WOAH there! Now that's one impressive piece of metal, been meaning get one of those for my place! In the meantime, I'm gonna need to borrow that one right there." He pointed directly at the Fossil Revival Machine, prompting some grunts to begin moving towards the machine. "But look at me! I'm being a real rude POS huh, I haven't introduced myself to my crowd. The name is Damien and I'm in charge of these sorry losers in Arclight!" With that being said he played one final hard note on his guitar and sent out a shiny Metagross to do battle with Professor Jonathon. "Let's get this show on the road people!

Some students got up and sent out their own Pokemon, but were quickly countered by other Arclight Grunts who sent out their own Pokemon. The battle was on as a group of 3 Arclight Grunts moved towards the Fossil Revival Machine.

Talonite watched the display with slight interest, it was cool to see how this was done but he wasn't planning on obtaining any Fossil Pokémon. He sighed as the Professor called for the next sample, this could not be anymore boring honestly. He was actually starting to fall asleep when he saw fog creeping along the floor. Was he trying to make this more dramatic or something, maybe he was going to Revive an Aerodactyl. Now that would be pretty interesting. That was when he noticed that the music he was hearing wasn't coming from his headphones.

The door burst open and a screeching guitar held by an equally loud man was on full display and Talonite moaned in exasperation. "Oh my God this region has them too." He reached for the Pokeball containing Necro and prepared to release him. This was going to be a battle, thankfully they weren't stealing Pokemon but it probably wouldn't be good for them to get their hands on the Fossil Revival Machine. He leaned in towards York and began to whisper. "You may want to get out of here, things are about to get messy fast."

Damian finished up his monologue and all hell broke loose with multiple trainers in the audience releasing their Pokémon to defend themselves and the Arclight grunts releasing theirs, which seemed to be lots of Voltorbs, Magnemites, and Noibats. Talonite released Necro and prepared to do battle.

"Henry speed walked towards an open elevator and entered quickly. He opened a Gate right in front of the elevator when he got in so nobody else could get in and he pressed the button."

Cobalt sighed as Emerald sloppily shoved food into her mouth then ran off shouting about weapon improvements. That was something he could get behind, but it definitely wasn't healthy to eat that fast. Diamond was next as she demanded food in a way that kinda pissed Cobalt off. "Please is a magic word you know." He begrudgingly served her the food, she had brought them food after all, then moved onto Oswald. He had already set a plate for himself and was the most polite out of the entire team when it came to eating, actually chewing the food and saying thank you. It was something.

Diamond mentioned a "Family Day" and Cobalt replied with what was basically a shrug. "Only family I have is in jail. So no visits here." It was sobering to think about, but that was why he came to Beacon. To get himself on the right path and do some good in his so far worthless life. Oswald spoke about his family and how they were so isolated from him and the rest of the world. He could sympathize with the guy.

"If it makes you feel any better, we can be your family for the day. Or I can at least, I don't know about bossy over there." He leaned towards Oswald and mock whispered while pointing towards Diamond.

"I'm down to train." With that said Cobalt walked towards his sword and grabbed it, swinging it to a rest on his shoulder.

@floodtalon How much do you value staying in the match vs getting hugs from Miyu? Because, with the time you were fighting the clone, Miyu would have had time to get to the elevator before you, hiding in her smokescreen. After you press the button and have the two of you heading down, she'd fall from the ceiling and give Henry lot's of "Did you miss me?" hugs. :P

But if you really want to stay in the fight, I'll say you did it all before she finished getting there.

Henry doesn't like people touching him at all. If someone hugged him he would likely stab them. So I think I would prefer staying in the match. Thanks for the offer though :D

Henry was still fighting his clone, however the rage that Henry felt from having his weapons used was slowly turning the tide of the battle as the clone was pushed back. It used the Gates in the most basic ways, summoning grenades, basic weapons, it wasn't even going for The Cheater's Blade. The card was announced and Henry was anxious to hear what it would do. As he swung his hammer something landed on it and bounced off, but not before leaving Henry a present in the form of slicing his face open.

"OH GOD MY FUCKING EYES! I'M GOING TO KILL YOU YOU FUCKING BITCH!" Because of the pressing nature of this white hot pain he felt he did not hear one word Hohenheim had said and probably wouldn't have cared if he did. What he did know is that this gave his clone the perfect opportunity to literally set him on fire with the mounted flamethrower the SMGs had and Henry collapsed to the ground with the flame going out quickly.

The clone approached Henry to taunt his corpse when Henry opened his now working eyes and swung at the clone. It tried to dodge but there was just too little space between them as Henry lopped off its legs. He got up and watched the clone gnash it's teeth as it tried to crawl towards Henry to bite his shins or something. Legs were already being created by the clone's own pair of Silver Eyes, but it wasn't enough as Henry jabbed his sword into it's head. The guns on the ground fell into a Gate and Henry speed walked towards an open elevator and entered quickly. He opened a Gate right in front of the elevator when he got in so nobody else could get in and he pressed the button.

As they made their way through the University Talonite half-heartedly nodded as York told his various stories about the place. Professors passing by greeted York yet also gave him consistent warnings about not getting into trouble. As York began getting into more stories about librarians and Pokemon battles Talonite smirked as he put the puzzle pieces together. York was certainly no thug, but he was a bit of a troublemaker for sure. Definitely chose a good traveling buddy.

Suddenly a door opened in front of them and a literal tower of books collapsed upon him and Talonite went sprawling onto the floor. 'Is this what Chromis holds for me? I didn't get this injured when I worked for Team Skull!' He thought to himself as pushed the books off himself and got up. He got prepared to scold the person who did this when he noticed who it was. "Hey wait you're the nurse from the lab. How did you get here before us? We left before you." York introduced Talonite and himself, with a quick grunt of "Don't call me Tal.", Talonite begrudgingly set to picking up books as well.
