Not really a fan of him being able to analyse someone's skills just by looking. Objects, maybe, but I'll need to peak with Vita about that.

Other than that, I don't think think there's any other problems now.

I was actually thinking of having the people analysis just analyze a person's basic information like height, weight, biological stuff, maybe any info the school has on them like rankings. Would that be better? Either way I'm removing the ability analysis.

Kibbe, Wandering Mage

If one were to walk through the various food stalls and people selling souvenirs to oblivious tourists, they may chance upon a lone Rito wearing a silly outfit drawing circles on the ground. If said person were to stick around they would see him making various theatrical movements with his staff finally crying out, "Wazahhh!" as the circles out up in a shower of flower like snowflakes. If that person was kind enough to donate some money to the bucket in from of the Rito, they would receive a vigorous handshake and a smile as the Rito thanked him.

"What a beautiful town full of such beautiful people!" Kibbe clapped his hands together and spread them apart, revealing a string of snowflakes between his wings/palms. The small crowd applauded and a little girl deposited a few Rupees into the bucket that Kibbe had set in front of his performance area. Truly a beautiful day to work in Hyrule Castle City.

The Gun Toting Troublemaker

• Name: Chen Chideta
• Age: 17
• Gender: Male
• Appearance:"You're really terrible at this fighting thing." Is about 5'1 and 117 pounds. Not super muscular, but he wears baggy clothing so it's impossible to tell.
• Personality: Chen doesn't like to talk much, but when he does he usually comes off as an asshole. That's not to say he's a bad person, he's just really rude whenever he speaks to others he doesn't respect. That being said, it's pretty hard to get his respect, the only person so he respects so far is Chie for gathering up all the misfits of the school and essentially unionizing them. He's content to play second fiddle to her for two reasons, one she's probably stronger than him, and two he just feels like it's too much work. Once he respects you he'll stay by your side through thick and thin, fighting for you and maybe even dying for you.
• Backstory:Just an everyday guy who really hates people in authority, yet really wants to be in a opposition of authority. Growing up he never had a father, only a series of stepfathers who were each drunken assholes who were not very nice. He finally got himself into this school because he heard there were dorms and violence. The two things he wanted most.
• Inherent Engine Skill: ISYW: I See Your Weakness: Chen looks at objects and people, analyzing them to see their abilities and what they're made of. Analyzing people is limited to information that is readily available to students, such as age, height and weight, and ranking.
• Active Engine Device: BAGs: Big Ass Guns: Chen owns two extremely large revolvers that can fire a variety of spells/bullets to incapacitate enemies. The bullets take the form of a small colored core which is loaded into each revolver, reloading when the core runs out of power and must recharge. These bullets include the following:
  • B2 EB: Bullet 2 Electric Boogaloo: Fires a lightning bolt that can shocks does into submission, is most effective on unarmored opponents.
  • BH: Bullet Hell Fires a bullet sized fireball that explodes on contact with a surface. Best for taking down armored targets.
  
  Weaknesses: Definitely a glass cannon, if you get a solid hit on him then he's going down pretty fast.
• Skills: Is very quiet when he wants to be, basically a ninja in his opinion. Is on the higher end of the spectrum when it comes to speed, gotta stay fast to keep his distance. Not too bad at Math either. Definitely a solid B student when he's not focusing on shooting people.

• Club:Shiroyama's Decadent Failures and Disruptive Elements Club
  Other: Wishes to take down the Unbreakable Student Council President, taking her spot is his ultimate goal. Sees it as the best way to protect the delinquents of the school.

So his invisibility is overlapping with another charact's similar ability. Also I think it's best if you would focus on one or two bullet types and just extent what they can do so your weapon isn't going after too many disparate themes.

I'd also like a bit more personality.

Alright, I can change the passive to something else and also remove some bullet types. As for personality I would really rather just establish that in RP, but if you want me to write more about it then I will.

Kibbe, Wandeeing Mage

Appearance: Couldn't find a good picture so here we go with a text description. Kibbe is about 5'2 feet tall and is primarily colored a dark grey with a sprinkling of black feathers in his wings. His beak is yellow and his eye color is brown. His "hair" is spikes backwards at an upwards angle, also dark grey. He has a variety of tattoos all over him but most of them are covered by his clothing. The only visible one is on his left hand and depicts a circle with a grin on it.

Age: 21 (Human Years)
Gender: Male
Race: Rito
Personality: A rambunctious entertainer, always laughing and looking to make other laugh with him.
Biography: Kibbe was born into a family of Rito entertainers, not extremely famous but not struggling for money either. He was taught the ways of the mage, preferring the flexible unorthodox magic instead of the rigid Orthodox prayers. He recently set out on his own in search of adventure and new magic! He's recently gained a small cult following as he performs his beautiful spells in front of audiences, however the Lantern Knights are keeping an eye on him due to his use of Unorthodox Magic.

Race Trait: On My Wings- Rito are able to fly, giving them a natural advantage against melee opponents.
Profession/Talent Trait: Rito Magician - As a Rito mage entertainer, they prefer large and flashy spells to wow and woo large crowds. All spells are bigger and flashier, though it doesn't add any damage, they also as a side-effect of looking artistically pleasing besides being larger.
Tattoo Artist: Kibbe dabbles in the art of body art, letting him paint Magic Circles on others and himself. These Magic Circles are a one time use unless he spends a long period of time working on them.
Heart of Darkness: Cuts the cost of a certain type of magic in half.
Quickdraw: Kibbe has practiced his art his whole life, making small spells an almost instantaneous cast.

Magic-
Ice Spikes: Kibbe creates a light projected circle and fires an ice spike the size of a dagger, whenever it hits something it explodes into an ice flower.
Soul Stream: Kibbe creates a large light projected circle and fires a beam of concentrated magic, once it hits something the area around the blast zone explodes into flashy and dangerous magical fireworks.
Lightning Gun: Kibbe creates a light projected circle and fires a lightning ball the size of a hand, when it hits it explodes into a big winking face.

Equipment-
Main Weapon: Jester Staff: Kibbe fashioned this staff himself, imbuing it with his own magical essence and attuning it to himself. Anyone else trying to use it will find it's just a plain old Jester Staff, useful only for bludgeoning.
Off-Hand: N/A
Armor: Jester's Robes: Silly red and black jester clothing, with modifed arms so Kibbe can take flight whenever.
Other: Salt used for both big Magic Circles and to throw in an enemy's eyes so he can create space. Ideally the enemy doesn't get that close though.
Potions: Magic, Health

After some teleportation shenanigans and mild disorientation on Henry's part, they made it some strange orb that was probably really powerful. It felt that way anyways. Angels chased after them, demons chased after everyone, and now everyone was trying to kill each other. Henry looked at Akoni and shrugged. "Wanna ditch these losers and grab the orb? I can set up a quick defense to keep them away." Its honestly ridiculous that the angels chased after two random dudes when there was a war raging on but whatever.
