Whatever method we used to get here will be banned for life. What the fuck and no warning. Enyo you're not winning me over at all. Omega thought as the two arrived. His thoughts quickly got off the subject of the shimmering and straight to his surroundings. He raised an eyebrow as he followed Enyo.

"Does the guy not know how to liven up the scenery? I mean at least make it look professional. Then again, he has the whole dark and ominous thing down pat." Omega commented as the to traversed to the domain of Hades. Once the two entered the throne room, Omega couldn't help but look around at the statues and artwork on the walls of the room. His eyes eventually landed on Shiver and then the seriousness came about. He was ready spout something out, but when his eyes landed on Hades, he remembered what the god could do. "Me? You're telling me that you haven't heard of me? Sure, I'm not as famous as you are, but come on." Omega said with a grin. "I bet you already know why we're here. We're here to tell you to wind back your clock. It's ahead. I read up on you. You know, when I got my fancy position and you switching off wives goes by our time, not yours. You see Persephone goes back to her mother at around the start of our spring. Spring only happens because her mom is happy to see her. Everything blooms, animals come out, you know. Then she goes back after the summer. Then fall happens which leads into winter and all that good mess. I don't know what kind of under the table deal you made with Persephone, but it's kind of fucking with the operations of my team. And sure you can be an asshole, but I'm a bigger one. For instance, we both know that Zeus was the one who made this deal with you, so imagine if your brother found out that you were fucking him over." Omega's smile grew bigger as he looked death right in the eyes. "So we're taking Shiver back till it's actually time, right? Yes?" Omega said confidently. His time in the office wasn't just a waste of time, the man knew his opposition.

Confusion spread across Omega's face as Enyo gave him the news.

"Wait what? I thought she had a lot more time. Damn it." Omega cursed before looking off for a moment. He took a breath and then looked to Enyo. "Take me. I don't know how this will go, but you're right. Let me try. Who knows, he might end up liking me with how many souls I've probably given him." Omega attempt to lighten the mood.

"So you create the plasma, but how do you get it in the cartridges? I mean, it's not like you can hold it in your hand." Omega spoke to a male technician in R&D.

"Well it's simple... well maybe not for you. No offense..." The technician was going to end, but Omega interjected.

"None taken. I'll admit that I zero book smarts, especially with science. Even if you... hold on. I'm apparently needed elsewhere." Omega said with a frown. "What now? Let me guess, Ro'Kun didn't leave lunch for anyone else or did someone steal Velocity's dope outfit?" Omega said into the comlink as the problem clearly wasn't his doing. He was behaving today. When Enyo appeared in the R&D section, Omega raised an eyebrow. "Well?"

Omega listened in on Shiver as she spoke of Hades and Olympus. As she spoke on her past experience with the god, he raised an eyebrow. He thought about intersecting, but it might have been insensitive to do so. Besides, he knew enough about the so called God of Death.

He had been ready to leave Shiver to her own devices, but she questioned his intentions on going to R&D. He looked her in the eyes and sighed. He didn't want to discuss Aaron. It was a personal matter.

"I'm going there to see the specs they're working on. And I'm passively looking for Glitch. As far as me and the Alpha go, it's a personal matter." He said as he left the office. "Don't go prying." He said lastly as he headed to R&D.

Sigma

Sigma laughed at Ro'Kun's balancing act. She actually clapped and chanted.

"Ro'Kun! Ro'Kun! Ro'Kun!" The young woman chanted before he set the tray down and caught the sodas. "Yeah! Woohoo!" Sigma attempted to sound like a cheering crowd. She grabbed a sandwich from the dish before answering his question. Normally, she was the 'mind your damned business type of woman', but she liked Ro'Kun. There was something pure about him. "Well I almost got kicked out of the HQ. It wasn't even that big of a deal. All I did was say some mean nasty things." Sigma said this as she shook her head. "Omega saved me though. He's an asshole, but he's a lot more rational than those other two... Do you ever have problems with anyone here?" Sigma asked Ro'Kun genuinely, though she would think not. He seemed like a likeable guy to all. She bit into her sandwich and smiled from how great it tasted.

Omega stopped in his tracks as Shiver spoke.

"Do you even here yourself? You're being bothered because Sigma is teasing you two? Like you just admitted, you have a lot to deal with. Cambria and I aren't just going to magically be friends. All I know of her from the moment I joined this team all the way up till now. We don't see eye to eye and we don't like each other. Simple. Everything else in our is just past. I didn't grow up with her... hell I dont even remember her. Feelings and bonds don't just come out with a brief revelation. They take time to grow." Omega said this calmly and then sighed as he moved onto the next topic. "I hate repeating myself, but don't worry about Sigma. She really wants to stay around. She may not show it well, but she cares about me. She's probably only being nasty towards you two because of how reacted to the news you gave me. Knowing her, she probably thinks I'm better off not knowing my past. My life was shitty, but I had... a family. A brother who I was always competing with, and a little sister that drove everyone nuts." Omega was smiling as he thought of Aaron and Sylvia.

"And about Hades, I'm working on it. I read up on the guy, and I'll arrange a meeting with him sometime before you have to go. You still have three months for us to figure it all out." Omega said. He touched his comlink. "Now, I really need to check out R&D."

As Shiver spoke like a villainous mad woman, Omega silently signalled Sigma to leave. She glared at the talking Shiver before teleporting from the room and onto the couch in the lounge. She could see Ro'Kun in the kitchen.

"Need help? If not, bring the food out here!" Sigma called. Her tone was different as she attempted to quiet her anger. The woman almost sounded sad.

Meanwhile, Omega remained and listened to Shiver, but only to hear the end of what she had to say.

"I told you already, Sigma is dealt with. No need to go megalomaniac. And if your word is so powerful, then I guess you don't need me in this office. I'll have my things moved into my room by the end of this day." A day without end. "I'll be in R&D, it's actually pretty soothing in there." Omega joked. He did this mostly for himself to calm himself down. He was kind of getting the feeling that he had become tired of being so angry.

"What the hell?!" Omega nearly yelped as he watched two drones suddenly activate. He stood up and watched as the two urgently went into some kind of portal on the floor. "Glitch, what are you up to?" Omega said softly to himself as he investigated the still active portals. He squat down in front of one the portals and reached out to touch it. Unfortunately, his investigation was interrupted by Sigma's yelling voice onumber his comlink.

"Omega your ex is trying to kick me out of the HQ! The bitch told me to pack my bags. She can't just do this! Especially since she's not the independent leader of the team! Am I right? Can you fix this?!" Sigma yelled as she still filled Ro'Kun's platter with whatever food she could get her hands on. "Sorry." She apologized to Ro'Kun for fussing.

Omega sighed before standing up straight and sighing. Before he could reply however, Shiver contacted him on comms.

"Michael where are you? You might want to say goodbye to your little troll. She is being transferred out in an hour. I'm sick of her mouth." Shiver relayed.

Omega shook his head and started walking out of R&D. These girls are arguing like... like girls... At least I thought about it before saying it out loud. Omega made the decision to speak on the open comms channel for what he was about to say.

"Shiver and Sigma, I need you both at my desk." Omega requested calmly as he walked to the office.

Sigma sighed and looked at Ro'Kun with a frown before forcing a smile.

"I'll be right back... hopefully." Sigma teleported into the office before Omega arrived. She looked to Liz, the only other occupant other than the woman she wanted to kick down the stairs at the moment. When her eyes met Shiver's, she spoke. "You know he's not gonna let you do this. Sure he can't stand me half the time, but he cares about me." Sigma gave confident smirk as Omega finally arrived with his arms crossed.

"Liz, let us use office for minute." Liz got up and exited the office. The door shut behind her from Omega's TK. He looked at Shiver and then at Sigma before scratching the back of his neck. "I don't know what happened and I don't really care to know either. Meaning, I don't want to hear it. Bottom line is this. Shiver, she's not getting transferred because she hurt your feelings." After the first verdict, Sigma winked at Shiver as she had done previously. Pretty much saying that she told her so. Omega then turned to Sigma. "As for you. Cut the shit Sylvia. We'll talk more on it later, but stop pissing people off. Ok?" Omega asked the two. He wanted to be simple and to the point. This matter pretty much stopped him from finding clues on Glitch's whereabouts. That's what was ticking Omega off most.

Sigma giggled at Ro'Kun's excitement for food before grabbing his hand and teleporting the two into the kitchen. She laughed as she knew it was wrong not to give Ro'Kun fair warning on being teleported. Sigma quickly turned to him.

"Now, I don't eat much, so... more for you, right?" Sigma said this as pointed to an empty platter. "Grab that! We can fill it up with our lunch." Sigma opened the fridge and was happy to see it had been recently filled. "Ro'Kun what are you in the mood for because they have everything!" Sigma said in excitement.

"What the..." Omega let out as he woke up on a cot. He had gotten a decent nap thanks to this thing, but he was also confused. With a shrug and a sigh, the hero stood from the cot and put in it's rightful place. He waved to Liz who waved back. He sighed again as he gave thought on what needed to be done around the HQ at the moment.

First he grabbed his suit from its rack.

"I'll be back in a few Liz." Omega still sounded like he was just getting out of bed. He frowned as he tasted the inside of his own mouth, which got him to make a detour to his room with his suit floating behind him. R&D can wait a little longer. Omega thought as he entered his room. He hated this feeling. He had exhausted himself throughout the day in another time zone, only to return to the same day in another.

After the meta brushed his teeth and showered, he headed to R&D in one of the red and blue team uniforms. It took a lot for him to sport it as he thought it was the ugliest thing he could ever wear. He thought about spray painting it black and just take the strong fumes as a cheap price, but that would take time he didn't want to give to this uniform.

As Omega entered R&D, he searched for Rey, but saw no sign of him. A third sigh escaped Omega as he just called over the first scientist he saw.

"Alright, the improvements I want on this suit need to be done now. I don't need that much armor for ballistics so just make the material hard to piece. Like some super strong rubber or something. I hate helmets, but I need one. Tare away the thrusters, I don't need to go that fast. Add Bluetooth to the helmet and... Oh yeah, make it black with the uppercase symbol for Omega on the right side of my chest. Having it in the center is kinda old school." Omega ordered the scientist as he still appeared tired. Omega then used his telekinesis to move the suit to where R&D could work on it. "By the way, I want to propose an upgrade on our defense systems and the weapons our guards have. I want them to use the anti meta rounds as alternative ammunition."

"Sure, but do you think Tia will sign off on it? It still has to go through her." A scientist brought up as he began to type up the proposal.

"She'll do it. It's not like she has a choice. Leave it to me to get you the material." Omega said as he rub bed his eyes and smiled. I need energy... Hmm, the doc. "Doc, sorry to bother, but I need some restoring. I usually heal all on my own, but this isn't something I can heal away." Omega spoke into comms as he took a seat by a work station within R&D.

Sigma

Sigma seemed to rudely keep her smile up as Cambria spoke, even going as far as giggling at the other female's aggression towards her. As Cambria got out of earshot distance, Sigma scowled.

"Slut." She said under her breath before being spoken to by Ro'Kun. She swung around with her eyes wide open, just hoping he didn't hear her comment. She put on a friendly face to greet him.

"Yeah I am. Actually, I've been here for almost a week, but I've been laying low." She said as she shook his hand. She tried reading Ro'Kun and proved to seem genuine so far. "The good looking one meets the sexiest one then. I'm Sigma. Sorry that I'm not as formal." Sigma frowned and looked down as she felt rude to not give out her real name. She then forced a smile and looked up at Ro'Kun. "I think we should let Omega nap. You hungry?" Sigma asked. She didn't even know who exactly Ro'Kun was when it came to food.
