Don't forget, they made another new hero named Screentime. A meme loving superhero who got his powers from exposure to internet gas. He has the ability to basically be a smart phone.

@Guess Who Opinion on Weapon Creation/Summoning?

Powers can be magic-based if that's what you're asking. Again, just as long as it's not overpowered (i.e. Scarlet Witch) or completely ridiculous (i.e. Arm-Fall-Off Boy).
I like the image! it may not give a good idea of what Sam looks like but that's more or less what I had in mind for the suit. I'll add that on!

should I move the CS to the Characters page?

Yep. Go right ahead.
@baskets Looks good. Thought I would try helping by finding a picture to match the appearance you have, but this is the best I could come up with:

It's fine if you want to keep the text as the appearance if you don't like the image, especially since the image doesn't even show the character's face.
<Snipped quote by Scarifar>

I guess, thanks.

Scarifar assumes correctly. Anything goes.

Edit: @Scarifar your character is accepted.
Prof. Richard Albion - Language, 6th Period

Professor Albion continued reading the book from earlier, taking care as to not damage it anymore than it already was. Every so often he'd look up from it's tattered pages to make sure no student was cheating off another. When the faster students began to put down their pencils and lean back in their chairs, signaling that they were finished, Albion placed a bookmark where he had been reading. "When you finish, please bring your test to me so I may grade it," he announced. One by one, students would rise from their seats, turn their test in, then return to where they has been sitting. A few times Albion would have to stop grading to remind the finished students that they needed to wait for everyone to be done before they could begin socializing. When the last test had been brought to his desk, Albion announced, "Now that everyone is done, you can begin talking. See? Not so bad right? I can be a fun teacher. You can all leave when the bell rings, which should be in..." he looked at the time on his scroll before finishing his sentence, "... ten minutes."

Robert Fallson - Language, 6th Period

Robert finished his test quite quickly and was one of the first students to turn it in. He wasn't much for just beginning conversations with strangers, and it didn't seem the teacher would appreciate people talking while there was still people taking the test, so Robert pass the time by quietly singing to himself. Eventually, Albion gave permission for the students to talk to each other, but seeing as Abel was the only student Robert recognized and he seemed to be the silent type, Robert continued trying to find ways to pass the time, like trying to balance his pencil on several objects around him.

"Oh wait," he thought aloud, "Priscilla. I asked her on a date, but never said where we would meet up." He quickly grabbed his scroll and sent a message to her that read, "Hey Priscilla, it's me Robert, obviously. Anyway, let's meet up at that statue in the courtyard. You know, the one at the entrance of the school? For the date? Alright, see you there." After hitting send, Robert felt a sense of relief, "Whoo, that would have been bad. Wandering around the school trying to find each other probably wouldn't have been a good a good beginning to a date. Date. Huh, I'm going on a date. With a pretty girl. Seems a bit unreal. I'm so excited." The student next to Robert was probably giving him some weird looks now. What kind of person says what they're thinking out loud? Robert was completely oblivious, though.
Appearance:

Code Name: Crosscut

Real Name: Ray Stevans

Age: 35

Gender: Male

Nationality: American

Powers: Crosscut has the ability to teleport. Unfortunately though, he cannot just teleport anywhere he wants. Crosscut has a limited unconscious extrasensory ability that prevents him from teleporting into any area that he cannot see or has not seen in the past, as doing so runs the risk of injury or death by materializing partially or entirely within a solid object. Through practice, Crosscut has increased the mass he can teleport with him, though the limit to the amount of weight he can carry when teleporting and the distance over which he can teleport with such additional loads are unknown.

Origins/History: When Ray was sixteen, he was walking home from his high school when a drunk driver swerved. With the car heading straight for him, and with no time to get out of the way, Ray closed his eyes and prepared for the cold hands of death to take him. When nothing happened, Ray opened his eyes to find himself not only unharmed but somehow in the middle of his living room. Ray didn't know how he had gotten this strange new ability, and he didn't really care anyway, but now that he had it he began to take advantage of it, barely ever walking to any location now that he could just appear there in an instant. It was this abuse of his new power that caught the U.S. government's attention, and as soon as he turned eighteen they recruited him for a new program known as MetaOps and gave him his new name: Crosscut. Since then, Crosscut has participated in MetaOps' most dangerous and clandestine missions, and currently leads the strike team put together to recover the weapon created by Project: God Complex.

Personality: Being in MetaOps for around seventeen years now, Crosscut has matured a lot since when he first got his powers. He has gained a very tactical mindset and almost every action he does is planned out in advance to receive the best results for the mission at hand. Even something as simple as socializing is only done to increase team morale.
MetaOps - Project: God Complex

This is a story based role-play about a group of super humans gathered together by the U.S. government to deal with superhuman threats against national and world security. Sound interesting? Than keep reading.

Synopsis: For the past several years, people with beyond human abilities have been appearing on Earth. What these abilities are and how they got them differ per person, but this created a bit of a problem for the world's leaders with keeping order. So, the U.S. government created Meta Operations, or MetaOps for short, to combat these threats to national and/or world security. MetaOps is a covert special forces division made up of a mix of normal humans and these super-powered individuals, who have been designated: meta-humans. Recently, a top-secret weapon created by the U.S. government has been stolen, and since the perpetrators of the crime were meta-human, MetaOps has been chosen to recover the weapon and neutralize the people responsible.

Rules
Alright, I'm going to be honest with you. This is my first time GMing. So, I'm probably going to miss something or make a mistake. If I do, please point it out so I can correct it.

1. Basic RP rules are in effect, so follow them.

2. This isn't a free RP it's a casual RP, so at least one paragraph per IC post and please try to use proper grammar and spelling.

3. I don't want to see anyone fighting in the OOC. Period.

4. If you plan to be gone for a few days, let us know. It's no fun for anyone if you come back to find your character dead because we thought you quit without telling.

5. If anyone wants to co-GM, just ask. I'll probably need the help.

6. If I've forgotten a rule that you think should be stated, than just politely say so.

7. Most importantly: have fun. You break this rule, than I sentence you to be hung by the neck until you cheer up.

ATTENTION! IMPORTANT NOTICE!

Alright, I'll create it sometime tomorrow... Oh wait, it's midnight. Alright, I'll post it sometime today, hopefully my internet won't be so terrible by then.
Sooooo, bit of a stupid question, but do you guys think I should create the RP now, or wait and see if we can get some more people?
