Don't forget, they made another new hero named Screentime. A meme loving superhero who got his powers from exposure to internet gas. He has the ability to basically be a smart phone.

Man guys what's with all the odd powers, creating tools from energy, siren's song, weapon summoning, siren's song, the Last Airbender powers. What happened to the old classics? Telepathy, healing, super strength, eye lasers, ice abilities. Why's everything so complicated?

Speaking of the classics, @Guess Who how would you feel about a girl with the capability to phase through solid matter. I'd add some limits and stuff so she can't just phase through everything.

If there is a limit to it, than sure. Sounds good.

They negotiated with Cathryn. Who would be labeled as a terrorist :I

Appearance:

Code Name: The Director

Real Name: Joseph Richards

Age: 63

Gender: Male

Nationality: American

Powers: None

Origins/History: Joseph was always interested in the military and politics. His lifelong goal was to one day become like Washington or Eisenhower and rise through the ranks, become a general, than become president. Unfortunately for Joseph, and luckily for the citizens of the U.S., this didn't go as planned and he was given the option of demotion or becoming in charge of a program that most saw as being doomed to fail. Joseph chose the latter and became the director of Meta Operations. Not only did he save MetaOps from becoming a complete failure, but he was able to tun it into one of the most successful black ops divisions of the U.S. military.

Personality: Unsurprisingly, the man in charge of MetaOps is a pretty big (pardon my French) douchebag. He doesn't really care for things like civilian casualties as long as the job is done and his superiors aren't trying to discipline him. Superiors that he hates by the way for sticking him with a job that works with so many meta-humans who he thinks are better gotten rid of than used as weapons.
Daw -^- (I CALL BS) jk but what so bad about having a diplomatic character when needed? I mean you can always fight but then again there is going to a lot of action in this roleplay huh? If there is no need for such a peaceful character then I will switch but until then I shall wait.

It's best to think of all characters as being government agents who just so happen to have superpowers (with the exception of Scarifar's character), instead of thinking of them as superheroes who happen to work for the government. So diplomacy is basically thrown out the window since...
Donne!

I'm going to have to agree with Scarifar on this one. I'm sorry, but I feel that your character is bordering if not crossed the line of ridiculousness with the powers of seduction-thing. Not only that, but it just doesn't seem very mission practical, either.

@Puffhead Looks good. You can move it to the Character Tab whenever you like.

If you are on the first list than kudos to you. If you're on the second list that means one of two things: 1. You crated a character that needs to be edited to be fully accepted or 2. You have appeared to have shown an interest in joining. If you feel that you should or should not be on one of the lists than please say so. If you are on neither list than I apologize but you'll have wait until a spot opens up to join, because at this point we have more than enough people.
@Guess Who

Not trying to sound argument ice I'm just on my phone right now and. At lunch. Would it be okay if there was a heavy time cost making the absorption process longer and or switch time between creation and absorption and or limit intake further though she's pretty small as is so it's already not too much.

Yeah, that can work.
I am the only one who chose not to have super powers. I feel special.

You'll be the team's resident Batman.
@LokiLeo789 Seems good. Currently using a school computer so it's blocking the image, but I'm sure it's fine. Good to have a more upbeat character.

I'm very interested in this. I'll have a sheet up sometime later today!

Would an immortality-like power be too much? What I had in mind was a sort of super-regeneration that takes several hours to kick in, and that can heal wounds of nearly any severity, even if the character is clinically dead. (Basically , Nathan's power for anybody who's watched Misfits)

So the main use of the power would be letting the character be reckless and be kind of the point man of the team, but if he suffers a significant injury, he's out of that specific fight.

A healing factor is completely fine. Go for it.

@Slypheed Bit of a stretch on the Origins I'll admit, but you can keep it. Go ahead and post it in the character tab. Just wish I could see what all these characters look like. Stupid school computers, making me wait 'till I get home to see everyone's characters.
@Gelatinous Cube You're good to post in the Character tab as soon as you get a name and appearance.
@Ciphra An interesting character, my only problem though is the power. It just seems too powerful. I can easily see her one-shotting at least one of the villains that will appear later. I'm sorry, but could you think of something else?
