Current No point posting your writing online if you don't care about praise.

Is the rioting and BLM brought up yet?

Honestly, I don't get the grief given to SAO when there's stuff like Mushoku Tensei where the MC actively lusts for underaged girls. And it's the most popular isekai in Japan.

Also, it's kinda annoying going back and forth writing short replies since I got other stuff to do and that just interrupts my rythm.

Wouldn't it be kinda messy if we just cross over with everything?

Well, I'll leave it up to someone experienced at this kind of rp.
Crossover with what?
I'm certainly interested. Got some little girl characters I'd like to play.

His fault his character went back to sleeping. Now he gotta wait until everybody else moved on to next morning.
Lily Flameheart

Lily hurried on along, her mind focused on one thing. To tell the staff that they had misassigned Edward to her room. Or maybe it's the other way around, she got misassigned to Edward's room...

Hmph, it doesn't matter. I'll gladly take another room as long as I don't have to share it with a boy.

If Lily had walked with her usual pace, she would've noticed the air changing in temperature and would've put on her guard at once. But now, when her thoughts were on somewhere else, she was caught entirely by surprise when Odette just appeared out of thin air right in front of her. And to make matters worse, instead of properly introducing herself, Odette only said something that sounded like your typical haunting ghost sound.

"Gooo...."

"K-kyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!"

Lily's heart would have jumped out of her chest if it was able to. But for now, only her body jumped backwards as she immediately put a distance between her and the appearing ghost.

"W-w-w-who are you and what do you want?!" was the first thing she blurted out in response.

And when her surprise receded, it was replaced with a blush as she realized she just let out another really girly scream due to her being scared of something. That's twice today. A dragon wasn't supposed to be scared by anything, especially a petty jump scare like this. Fine, she could be afraid of a Great One. But just a surprise like this? It was terribly shameful to her.

Now she eyed the appearing person in front of her with an angry glare, though with her blush still on her face creating more of an adorable appearance than a threatening one.

For once, Leila agreed with Vreskrr. THey indeed should look around seeing how their enemies had left them already. They were lucky they had no idea on the real reason why they came here. The demon then approached her again, saying how she didn't look so good, gesturing for her to sit down beside her.

She had to agree with her once again. She indeed felt quite exhausted after the whole ordeal, and the sensation of her clothes and armor clinging to her skin due to her sweat certainly wasn't helping. She figured she would change right away when they had a chance to rest.

Sitting down beside the demon, she let out a big sigh. She should be suspicious at her but due to how tired she was now, she simply didn't have the energy for that.

"I'm fine," Leila said to her, "Just... a little bit tired, that's all," She didn't say that she was also disheartened by her meeting with Sven and her revelation of his nature now.

I'm still here, waiting for a response for my character.
Marianne felt a certain warmth flow through her as she channeled her mana to Ayse's spell. She closed her eyes after hearing her explanation, trying to imagine what she was saying. Imagination and concentration were the basics of the art of weaving spells. For experienced mages, they could do it instantaneously without even thinking about it, but for beginners they had to really think what kind of effect their spell wanted to achieve. Marianne herself had never managed to cast a single spell, even though she could channel her mana just fine. She was pretty sure she had concentrated and imagined properly, yet for some reason she was unable to do it in the end.

But now, she was merely lending her strength to Ayse, so she hoped the spell she cast would be successful.

And indeed it did, as a flame manifested in front of them, before firing off towards the shaman. It crashed against the shaman's sickly green fire, struggling to pass through to burn its desired target. Marianne could only watch as their flame slowly lost its strength, failing to pierce the green flame which was now enhanced by the shaman.

...Only for Fariha's arrow to distract the shaman, allowing their flame to burn through, hitting the shaman straight on. It burned its coat, causing it to panic and it trashed around on the ground, trying to put it out. Of course, a magical flame like it wouldn't so easily surrender to something like that. In the end, it discarded its coat, the flame now have reached its fur, as it ran away, leaving the battlefield without looking back a single time.

Marianne couldn't help to find the whole sight grimly hilarious, as she stifled a laugh.

"We did it, it seemed," Marianne said to Ayse, "Though we wouldn't have succeeded without Fariha's help. That shaman's magic was quite strong indeed."

Marianne's thoughts were soon returned to the rat ogre. It seemed while she was concentrating on the shaman, the beast had fallen as well. She welcomed back her bees into her dress, saying to them that they had done a great job. Of course, she tried to ignore the sticky sensation of some of them that had the unfortunate fate of receiving the beast's snot and saliva when they entered its nose and mouth.

She approached the corpse, finding a couple of objects scattered around its dead body. A dwarven handaxe, a magic ring, and some gold. So this is the thing called "loot" Father was talking about, she remembered. First she looked at the ring, reading the inscription written on it. Lucky for her she had been taught to read magical runes. It seemed its effects would be to increase the efficiency of mana usage of its wearer. That would surely help if she decided to use her mantis, as it could stay longer in the battlefield. After wearing it, she looked at the axe. It was quite heavy for her, but she decided to take it anyways as she wasn't using her hand for anything else. It could help in a melee combat, though she really hoped it would never come to that. As for the gold, well, it went straight into the pocket of her dress.

She then noticed the dwarves standing there, grim and sombre etched on their faces. She looked at the body they were carrying and she immediately knew the reason. Their leader had fallen when he combated the ogre. Perhaps if she wasn't focusing on the shaman, she could help him with her insects somehow. But alas, it wasn't to be, it seemed. There is no sense on dwelling what could've been, she thought.

She then saw a dwarf talking to Siph. Since they were pretty close, she could hear that the dwarf asked them to enter the fortress as the skavens would surely return. She could agree to that, especially seeing how this rift wasn't over yet.

Lily Flameheart

Lily stood there, still annoyed that Edward seemed to be taking his time waking up. She'd thought a blow like that would send him back to the world of the living right away, but here he was, looking seemingly unharmed. Another reason why she thought he wasn't just a normal human.

She then saw him going to his trenchcoat that he had put over her. Really, what was the point of that? The room wasn't cold at all and dragons weren't bothered by cold anyways. He then took out a piece of paper from it and handed it over to her without a word, before going back to his bed and burrowing his head under a pillow.

Lily looked at the piece of paper, and she immediately realized how it was the paper that showed them where the room they would be staying was. She looked at the name; it indeed said his name; and then the room number.

...Wait, this number... it's this room's number!

She quickly went to her dress stored in the wardrobe. She then took out her own paper to compare the two and indeed, they both said the same number.

T-this means... me and Edward... we're in the same room?!

Lily's eyes widened at the realization as her mouth gaped open. She couldn't believe what she was seeing. She, staying in the same room with Edward, a boy?

T-this must be a mistake! Y-yes, a print error or something!

Rationalizing that, she stormed off the room, intending to go to the faculties to tell them her complain. Really, how could they get this wrong? She was lucky that Edward (seemed to be) a good boy. A pervert would've checked her out and even touch her while she was sleeping.

But then, after she was in the hallway, she realized that she was still in her sleeping garments. Blushing, she quickly returned and put on her purple dress. It was near night time and it would be odd to wear a school uniform at this time. She glanced at Edward, making sure that he was sleeping before she undressed herself.

Now ready with her purple dress, she for real stormed off this time. Someone should be there in the faculties, seeing how this was a boarding school and all. She could ask them for a temporary room at the very least, if the matter couldn't be resolved right away.

@Rune_Alchemist
Lily will be free after her scene with Edward. That is, if he decided to return to his sleep instead of heading out like Lily would do.
