Is the rioting and BLM brought up yet?

Honestly, I don't get the grief given to SAO when there's stuff like Mushoku Tensei where the MC actively lusts for underaged girls. And it's the most popular isekai in Japan.

Also, it's kinda annoying going back and forth writing short replies since I got other stuff to do and that just interrupts my rythm.
Race: Magic-Touched Human. Far more long-lived than the average human.
Her usual attire when she travels.
She is always seen wearing a long, flowing robe in public. She is quite the tall woman, being 6 feet tall. Her hair length is also quite extraordinary, reaching to her knees.
Personality: Most people see her as a kind and caring mage, as she would happily mingle with the populace and even let children tug on her robes. However, that didn't mean she was naive, as her 300 year experience on life has made her a wise and knowledgeable mage. She knows when to hold back and when to act with her full strength. She is easily disgusted with any injustice. She will punish any evildoers and criminals she happens to find in her travels, sometimes in unpleasant ways. As a long-lived mage, she isn't bound by the rules and laws of society, and she will sometimes inflict cruel punishments into people whose crimes she finds most revolting.
Biography: She was born as an illegitimate child of a local noble who forced himself into one of his powerless subjects. Her poor mother died when she was born, leading her to be sent to a local orphanage. At her early years, she had already manifested her affinity for the extremely rare force magic, leading her to be ostracized by her friends since in those days magic was something scary and odd to the common folk. When she was twelve, she learned about who her father was. At that time, her father had succeeded her grandfather to be the local lord. His excessive spending had led his house into a financial ruin, and he compensated with unfairly taxing her village, to the point of starvation. One fateful day, he visited the orphanage. There, he forced the owner to pay his due taxes with force, kicking the poor old man to the ground when he said they had no more money left. And then, when he laid hand on one of the older orphans, he said to the old man that he would take her as a replacement for his tax. The poor girl was dragged to his carriage screaming and kicking. Here, Ilia exploded at the display of injustice in front of her. With her magic, she controlled the guards' swords and made them stab their owners and her father. They all died that day. Of course, she couldn't live in the orphanage any longer after doing such a crime so she left the village. She travelled around aimlessly, not knowing where to go and what to do. She became an even bigger criminal with a bounty on her head after she killed more cruel and evil people with her ability. But eventually, the mages heard of her. And they came to her and explained everything about her power and offered her to go with them to their abode to learn its mastery. And she accepted.
She grew into a powerful mage. But unlike the other mages, who had accepted a life of isolation free from the rest of the world, she couldn't forget the terrible state of the human world. After becoming the leader of the mages in her 100-year of age, the previous one choosing her as his successor, she declared war on the corrupt human world. It didn't take much until all kings and queens on the world bowed down to the mages, thanks to the superior magical weaponry and ability her kind possesses and the fractured state of the non-magicians. Her one world magocracy had become reality. She then declares that all mages shall use their power for the benefit of everyone, and not just themselves.
The world soon transformed into a new era, where magicians freely mingled with the non-mages. The quality of life became much higher thanks to the magic freely shared amongst the populace. People who scorned and hated the mages for taking over soon was won over. And now, it was 200 years later and the magocracy was still going strong. And Illia still travelled amongst the masses, making sure that her subordinates didn't abuse their authority. Only a handful of people knew who she really was so most people only knew her as the kind-hearted traveller mage.
Class: Archmage.
The symbol on her left hand is a complex magic circle.
Gift: Telepathy. She could now converse to others without speaking. The other side can also respond as long as she hasn't closed the line, so to speak. Has a quite large radius.
Natural Powers: 1. Telekinesis As a force mage, she could move objects without touching them. The heavier the object the harder it would be for her to move them, so with sufficient brute force, you could resist her spell. Has a radius of ten feet in a circle around her. 2. Barrier Another application of her force magic was a barrier that repelled anything, even other magic. But once again, they are limits to its strength and like the above, it uses up her mana. The stronger the attack, the more mana it drains.
Her two ability can only be used at maximum strength with her staff. Without it, she cannot cast Barrier and her telekinesis only has a radius of five feet with its strength reduced.
Talents: She is pretty good at sewing and cooking. She can also speak all the language in her world. And she is extremely knowledgeable in all things magical in nature. She's also able to make magical items if the necessary ingredients are available.
Weaknesses: She has a weak physical strength and endurance. If she runs, she will be out of breath near instantly.
Other: Secretly wish she can have a husband. 300 years of living and she's still a maiden.
Soon, the crowd became more organized, and Tilia lost her chance to pull down more flies. So she behaved herself, standing in the line like the others. Of course, she still used the opportunity to pull down the fly of the girl in front of her, while the girl behind her was blushing furiously at her own opened fly, not knowing what to do.
After standing in the line for quite some time, she finally got her turn to talk with the Boss (her fly still undone thanks to the girl behind her being terribly shy to notice her about it). Nadalena Kofenstein, huh? So she would be her roommate? She wondered what kind of person she was. She hoped she would be a fun person to tease.
She then returned to her seat as she waited for the rest of the girls to be sorted. She noticed all sorts of pretty and interesting looking girls, from the blue-haired girl who looked like she gave off a wintry atmosphere around her, to the confident redhead who came late. She noticed the latter was carrying a sword with her. A swordswoman? Now that's interesting. She had a fancy of learning swordsmanship just so she could "accidentally" cut her opponent's clothes in combat, exposing her bra and panties to the world. Too bad she had no talent in it whatsoever.

Kinda want to make her able to cast various spells, but that would be too overpowered, I suppose.
It was quite unfortunate for Suwako that her patrol route that day was on the opposite direction to where the garage was, or else she would've felt the surge of energy coming from Alicia's fight. She was only notified of the current situation when she received a text in her phone saying that all Beacon magical girls were to aid Alicia immediately, as she was engaged in combat with a duo of monster boy and girl. She wondered if Alicia asked for backup herself or was it the higher-ups' decision? In any case, she sure as well couldn't just ignore it. And so, she quickly turned around, jumping from rooftop to rooftop, aided by the occasional trees as she headed to the location as quickly as possible. She didn't really care if the civilians might see her. This was an emergency after all.
When she arrived near the marked location however, she didn't rush to the building right away. Instead, she went to the nearest tree and used her magic to grow its roots to surround the area. This was another application of her magic, spy roots. With her ability to grow plants and talk to them, she could combine the two to create a highly stealthy and unnoticeable network of spies all around the area. No one would ever look suspiciously to a couple of roots growing out of the ground after all.
Once the roots were spread, she began to communicate with said tree. She immediately knew how many combatants there were on the scene. The tree couldn't really see, but it could sense the energy coming from them. And the distinctive dark energy of the monster transformation, making her able to pick up where their location were. So she knew that there were three normal magical girls and two monster girls. Obviously, her target would be the monster ones.
And they were already in the middle of battle, so she was late to the party.
Might as well use this opportunity for a sneak attack.
She decided on the more stationary target since the other one seemed to be a melee fighter, the way she clashed with a magical girl at close range.
With the tip of the root that was there near her, she grew it to be gigantic in an instant. It lashed out right towards the monster girl from behind. She intended to use it to grab her and drag her underground, or at least immobilize her. Stationary types were usually snipers so she shouldn't have enough strength to break up from her plant once it caught her.
