Yeah don’t ever recall BLM charging the US Capitol building, scaling the walls, attacking Capitol police and breaking windows to enter.

I'm still in, I'd be cool with starting it up without our GM. No point in letting it die with so much interest, he'd understand, and when he comes back then he can take control of it.

I could help with it, my idea was to maybe have like three people do a vote on applied characters? 2/3 and the person gets accepted, less and they're denied?
Bump, still accepting!
@Niamh Yep!

@frapet Gonna have to agree with Sep on this one, it's not likely he'd have a position within Imperial Intelligence as a nonhuman. gonna deny the character. Perhaps convert him into a pure mercenary or a bounty hunter?

@cqbexpt Not against it. Open to the idea, would have to be pretty convinced to accept it, but that's a possibility.

@Kingfisher Accepted, don't really want to know where that character picture came from. Haha.

@Sep Both characters accepted.

Denso had looked at Kara once more, waiting to see what she was going to do. The Sith wasn’t very imposing, but they did have a lightsaber and guards nearby. He could also feel the power she had flowing off of her, this was no weakling Sith.

Kara was about to respond to Denso when they were interrupted by a Sith. The Sith didn't look that tough, but Kara could feel the Dark Side radiating from her, as well as the trademark Sith arrogance. The Sith raised her hand towards Denso and Kara, which made the later almost sigh out of frustration of having the luck to be singled out.

Unsurprisingly the Sith wanted them to follow her and have a ‘talk’ with them. Kara stepped forward towards the Sith. “It’s not like we have a choice, do we?” Kara said to the Sith. “But I was thinking about getting some fresh air anyway, so I guess it can't hurt.” She said with a smile on her face as she stopped right in front of the Sith, fighting back the urge to try and attack the Sith. Instead she looked down at the Sith and said; “So, what do you have in store for us?”

“You will see soon enough. I can only promise that it will be more exciting than these dirty cells.” Vivithe said, a smirk on her face. That was the correct word for it, ‘exciting’, it would be for her, them as well. The female Jedi was bold, when she stepped close to Vivithe the guards behind had perked right up. Her eyes fell upon another Jedi, another human male, she had noticed him watch as she had entered, then as she picked out the two prisoners. A brief thought of forcing him to come along with the duo came into her mind, but two was enough, for now. She had seeked out these newcomers for a reason.

“I think by her definition of exciting it will mean something very terrible for us.” Denso pitched in as he glared at the Sith who returned the look with a smile. Cocky bitch. All of them were like that, they were never short on arrogance.

“You will see. Let’s depart from these cells, shall we?” Vivithe suggested, then stepped back into the lift. There was enough room for the Jedi to squeeze right in with her.

Denso nearly sighed out loud as he realized he had to go along with the mysterious Sith. There wasn’t a way out of it, if he declined then she would have probably had her guards snap his legs and drag him out. It did offer an opportunity for reconnaissance. He was planning to escape the ship, perhaps the Sith would inadvertently reveal some information to him while he was Kara and him were her plaything.

Kara joined the Denso and the Sith in the elevator. She wanted to say something to the Sith, a quick snip or something like that, but she figured that she had already pushed her luck with her previous comments. So to be on the safe side she kept her remark to herself as she tried to squeeze in between some of the Sith’s guards.

When the turbolift closed and the group being closely huddled together, Kara wondered what the Sith was going to do to them. Was it going to be torture? If that was the case then Kara wondered what kind of techniques the Sith would use. If it was anything physical then Kara didn't really have any fear for it. She’s trained against that sort of thing. The psychological torture on the other hand… She didn't deal too well with that.

With a faint sound of anxiety in her voice, Kara asked: “So, where are you taking us Sith?”

“To the arena, my dear. I don’t want to spoil the surprise beyond that.” Vivithe said, as she turned her face to Kara. A smile on her lipsticked lips, the reasoning behind that smile not known to anyone but the Sith lord herself. Then the lift stopped in motion, the doors opening to a long steel hallway near identical to many on the ship. The arena was a short distance away from the group.

Vivithe started to walk, the guards responding to this as they followed, forcing the Jedi caught in the middle to go along too whether they wanted to or not. They did not resist, which did not surprise the Sith. All of the Jedi she had interacted with had gone along with her willingly.

“Arena? What could be in there for us, Sith? Are you gonna make us fight?” Denso interjected, unsure what was planned. He had at one point been forced to fight bare handed against another Jedi at his previous Sith facility. Let the other Jedi give him a good beating, the Sith wanted to see them try to strike each other.

“You shall see, and please, call me Lady Lansha.” Vivithe replied with a glance to Denso. They were curious, or scared of what she had planned for them. Either one satisfied her thoughts.

Kara actually became rather curious at this point as to what the Sith, who was apparently going by the name of Lady Lansha, had planned for Denso and her. If they were heading it was probably not a torture session. Denso had an interesting idea to which Kara would, in different circumstances, not really see an issue with. It was a common practice for prisons to have the inmates fight each other in some sort of tournament. However, Kara was not about to fight against a fellow Jedi just because some Sith wanted her to. Besides, this Sith didn't really seem like the kind of person who would arrange a prison brawl.

So as they were walking down the corridor Kara kept thinking about what they were going to do there. Was this Lady Lansha going to make them fight against other inmates? Or maybe against a pack of savage Kath Hounds? To be perfectly honest, Kara was rather excited for this. It had been way too long since she’d been in a good scrap. Indeed, this isn't really the best Jedi mentality, but it beats having to sit isolated in a room for weeks.

As the group was closing in on the arena Kara cracked her knuckles and turned to Denso. “Well, whatever it is we have to do for this Sith, I guess its better than doing nothing, don't you?” She said with a mischievous smirk on her face.

“I suppose that is one way to think about it.” Denso said as he returned the glance and smirk. He hoped she was right with the positivity and they weren’t going to be thrown in unarmed to take on a rancor or something monstrous.

“You Jedi are so positive all the time,” Lady Lansha commented as they reached the arena. They stopped in front of a doorway, to the right another. She turned towards both of them and smiled. “Denso, you will find a more suitable change of clothing, Jedi robes. Figured you would be more comfortable in that than your current garb.”

“Since when do Sith care about the comfort of a Jedi?” Denso asked, surprised at what she had told him. It had to be a mind game of some kind, the Sith wanted him to appreciate the gesture, she was trying to get him to like her. He nearly rolled his eyes.

“I just felt robes would feel more natural.” Vivithe said, then glanced at the guards who nudged the Jedi through the doorway in front of them as it came open. Inside was another, darker room, a few chairs scattered around, on one of set of greyish robes. The door locked shut behind the Jedi as they were forced inside, Vivithe going in a different direction.
IC post up. Figuring out how to do this RP so it's truly collaborative, I'll be for sure controlling the big bosses of each faction. Will do any NPCs you guys would like me to, as evident by me replying to @Byrd Man's post with the Quarren's details on his missing daughter.

If you want me to get involved with a plot line for your char, just ask me about it, love doing that sort of thing.
Leru ignored the looks of those within the room as he quietly exited the same way he had entered. As he pushed through the front door of the palace he was greeted by more noise, the usual sounds of 3030, machinery, gunshots, lots of talking, footsteps on metal floor. His eyes fell upon the line to one side, more armed guards at the front of it waving through or denying those that seeked an audience with the great Hutt of the undercity. He almost laughed as one of the denied yelled at a guard who just rolled his eyes at the man. He was happy he wasn't one of the doormen.

His home was a short walk away, still in Scarred Hutt territory, but not the heart of it. As he left the area around the compound the amount of civilians and gangsters seemed to shift in favor of the former. Well, there were still many of the gang members amongst the crowds, a good amount of them just didn't openly display that on themselves. He stuffed his hands into his pockets and started down an alleyway, avoiding a large mob. Then he felt someone grasp the leg of his robe, causing him to stop in his tracks.

It was one of the many homeless in 3030, a drunken human bum. The man's face was dirty, his clothes a total mess, an empty bottle next to him. It reminded the changeling of his homeworld, many of his people tried to kill their sadness at life with alcohol. It was never a good idea. He silently handed the man a few credits, which caused a smile to appear on his face. He'd probably go spend it on more alcohol, but it was the act that counted.

"That whore took my credits as soon as I paid her I was forced out before I could get anything. What kind of fucking business do they run at that whorehouse," The Rodian complained, loudly to another Blackened Star. "We should just kick the doors in and take it over."

"That brothel's been in three thirty forever, practically sacred ground. We take that and everyone else in the level takes us out." The man that was listening to him replied, his voice brimming with honesty.

"Maybe it was sacred in the old days, now it's just a scam show, we take that and they all know the Stars are nothing to fuck with." The Rodian said back, still upset over the incident, even if he was lying about it.

"We are not anything to fuck with anyway. So some whore ripped you off, you went back there with backup and ran away with your tail tucked between your legs."

"That's not how it went, they have a Mando guarding the place, he had the armor and all. You know how those guys are." The Rodian shot back.

"Maybe he is, maybe he ain't. The Mando glory days are gone, besides, the boss called Ronis in to chat about it. He's got pull around here, you know." The man said, then walked away. Both of them were in one of a Blackened Star bar, one of the many within their territory.

Scantily clad, enslaved waitresses moved through the crowded tavern, handing out drinks. The Rodian grabbed one, then slapped the girl on her backside, a smile on his face, a silent sigh from the poor woman. She couldn't do anything about it, was commonplace as a slave for the Stars.

There were others in there, the man behind the bar forced to serve drinks, girls in other rooms forced to serve the Stars in 'other' ways. The other gangs used slaves, but the Stars were the most brutal to their living property.

Ronis emerged from a door right next to the bar, the red bearded human had a smile on his face, the same one that was on his face when he left the brothel. A moment later, Jondevo emerged, a less happy expression on his face. All of the eyes in the room seemed to instantly stare at the king of the Blackened Stars, intense glances of admiration and respect. He was clad in a fine set of clothing, black hair spiked. He approached the Rodian, Ronis beside him.

"There was a Mandolorian at this whorehouse and six of you couldn't teach him a lesson?" Jondevo asked, anger behind the words. The Rodian had stood at attention as the room went silent.

"Yes sir, armor and all." The Rodian said back, the nervousness, almost fear behind his words evident. Jondevo's rage was well known within the Stars, he was not a man to upset.

"I have skinned filth like that before. Crafted a jacket of Mandolorian flesh. Turned the armor into a statue. One Mando, no matter how imposing is still one Mando." Jondevo said, practically lecturing the Rodian. The truth behind his words was something none of his loyal followers would argue.

"That place is neutral ground, it has been that way for years. Before we were both even born." Ronis said to Jondevo.

"We'll see how much longer it will be that way." Jondevo replied, a smile on his face. All of the other Stars within the bar seemed to follow the smile with one of their own.

"He is a strange one, but he does good work." Gorro replied in his native tongue before food was brought to him, a small live creature which he ate whole. Then his large eyes shifted to two dancers in the center of the room, as the party continued. Two beautiful Twi'leks, both in revealing robes. They seemed to mirror each other with their moves, as the music accompanied every movement.

The hutt enjoyed it, rather he enjoyed that it was all for him, all in his greatness. All of the people within his palace had come to pay respect that that, he was practically the ruler of 3030 and they all knew it. As the dance concluded, many within the room applauded it, then they all stared at Gorro who simply clapped twice, showing that he was pleased with the show.

"Isn't it beautiful, Zolar? All of these visitors are here in our greatness, a show of the Cartel's greatness." Gorro said to his bodyguard.

"The Pures, took her. I know it. Was with her outside of their ground, human spoke to her, my back was turned and she followed human. Heard her scream, still can hear it. Ran to where I heard it, was nothing. Saw human when he called to her. Should have stopped her. Black hair, long. No hair on face, tattoo on one cheek, don't know of what. Tattoo on one uncovered arm, writing, basic maybe. Couldn't read..." The Quarren went silent, as it's emotions took over.

"Find Xam, please. Any way. She is alive still, I know it," The alien said, then locked saddened eyes with Vig. "Will get credits for you. Loan maybe, anything for her."

Then the Quarren rose one hand to his face, his eyes closed, the pain over losing his daughter had almost broken him.
@Exit It's okay, I'm not huge into dubstep. 6/10.

Will work on an IC reply, expect in the next day or two.
@Apollosarcher Going to have deny your character. Miraluka are a complicated species, I'd rather just avoid it.

@The Canadian Could you change her to a different species? As the others said before me, the Empire is very human-centric. A big part of the RP is the influx of alien immigrants to 3030 after the Empire bullied them. Chiss are also a very isolated species. You could change her into a human, edit the rest accordingly and it'd work.

@cqbexpt I'd be open to the idea, would have to be convinced a bit. When I tossed the Empire on as a faction I intended for them to be one with a very few amount of players aligned to them. Already had a few express interest for it.

@Centurion Sure, truthfully I avoided mentioning any of the actual SW criminal gangs because I felt it'd be easier (and more interesting) to come up with my own. Could have it where the Black Suns aren't really a factor in 3030 or something.

Working on an IC post right now, loving what everyone has posted!
