Bio
Hello all. I am an experienced writer who is writing my own fiction stories on the side. I can role play any genre. What I love most is being able to go-all-out when weaving tales with other writers. It just makes the story more interesting, so I can't wait to write with you. :)
@DarkReconNope. It just would be banned in the Smash Arena. Your character is approved. You can post him in the character thread. The Smash Arena is having a plot thing go down. I will send you the link to that thread. Robin could have been there attending since its a big underground tournament. If yoy read the GM post, then you are free to post there. But I'll give you the link to it in a second.
K. Just reword that. "older than 2002" kind of threw me off there -_-'
As for the pofile, it's finished but still needs polish if necessary. Here's what I have now:
Character Name: Robin
Title: Has several: "The Tatician", "High Deliverer", "Mystery Tatician", "The Tactician Magician"
Kingdom: Nintendo (Though "Intelligent Systems" was the designer, Nintendo published it.)
Visual Description:
Written Description: Stands around 5'9" or so. He also has a hidden pocket inside his cloak to hold an extra tome and sword.
Personality: Very friendly. Also percetive to a point that he can gauge another persons feelings through conversation due to his tatical mindset. This Robin in particular is self-sacrificing, always putting his health on the line for the sake of others.
Game: Fire Emblem Awakening
Current Story: There are perhaps several timelines as to where this Robin in particular belongs to. While there are key differences in such timelines, it seems all the Robins have something in common.
They defy destiny.
Even when he or she had found out about his or her lost memories and their past before meeting Chrom, Robin still fought on alongside him and the Sheperds. While he refuses to reveal his decisions in his timeline, such as his wife and children, he will admit to this.
He himself dealt the final blow that should have killed both Grima, the dark dragon, and himself.
Slowly disappearing, Robin thanked everyone and said his goodbyes as he faded from existance...but fate itself had something else in stored for him.
Instead of the gates of heaven or the fires of hell, he instead found himself inside Platform City, summoned there at Tetris castle during his supposed final moments of his life. At first, Robin was shocked. Sure, he had traveled through the Dragon's Gate of his world and had seen his fair share of weirdness but all that pale in comparision to the wonderous place he had arrived in. Even more shocking was the fact that no one there could figure out why or how he had gotten there to begin with.
Even more strange, he had somehow gained the memories of those he supposdly "fought" against in the fourth smash tournament even though he claims he has no recognition of doing so.
After some time, Robin had settled into his new surroundings. Even finding many books on the other worlds out there to read up on. When he also found out about the "team" that was put together should anything threaten other universes outside it's own, he decided to lend his tatical genius to the cause.
At some point, Robin was able to return to his timeline, right on the same grassy plain where Chrom and Lissa found him the first time though now without the mark of Grima on the back of his right hand. Though he didn't tell them nor his family about his stay at Platrom City.
Then one day, Robin's skills were requested through a letter from Platform City. Leaving a note to his family at their home, Robin immedately left for the Dragon's Gate. There, the "Anna" in charge of the gate made sure he was sent to the right spot for his journey...

General Abilities
Multi-Class - Anothing thing that all the Robins seems to have in common is being a "Jack-of-all-trades" type. Being able to reclass into any other unit in the game. Robin is no different here. He's able to equally handle swords, axes and lances of a variety of types with ease along with staffs and tomes. The exception being that he's only familiar with weapons from his timelines (in this case, weapons from the Fire Emblem universes). This Robin also has trouble with "Mounted Units" such as horses, wyverns and pegasai (even though pegasus riders are female only). He could travel on them but has trouble controlling the beasts during combat situations.(This is a strength not an ability.)
Special Abilities
"Rally Spectrum" - Similar to it's video game incarnation, Robin uses his turn to temporary give another character +2 to all stats for one turn or post.(This needs to be blank.)
Items Elixir - A strong medical potion that recovers all his HP. This one only have one use.(This needs to be blank.)
Strengths
"Jack-of-all-trades" - As stated, Robin can use a variety of weapons. Swords, axes, lances, staffs, daggers, tomes, etc.
Tatician - As also clearly stated, Robin is a clever strategist. He knows how to lead an army when he has to.
Support - Much like in the game, Robin also supports all his allies equally in and out of battle. He always makes sure everyone is ok and ready to fight when necessary. If something is troubling them or they speak to him first, Robin is always happy to make conversation.
Weaknesses
"Jack-of-all-trades" is also a weakness because it means he doesn't specialize in one weapon, meaning that while he's good with said weapon, he's not a master of it. He's also limited to weapons within the fire emblem universe(Not true in this game.) as stated earlier plus has trouble riding mounted units during combat. Plus, while he can fight, he's more about planning strategies than fighting and tends to work better in a group rather than by himself.

I like how writers are showing the pre-New World game mechanics where they aren't inside their characters yet and are still detached as it would be in an actual MMO. Because then when they switch over to the New World, you will see the dramatic change in mannerisms and description.
@Riflebird@CrosswireThe only thing I was getting out of the current plot is somebody died, and they are trying to figure out who did it. If there is anything else going on besides that, I probably missed it. Hansel is a monster hunter. So if Gingy is a monster, he probably would rather kill your character instead. Thus why he didn't like Boogie's ghouls in his shop: 1) she was flaunting her power and pushing her boundaries thinking she can just tresspass with her minions rather than show up like a normal customer, and 2) ghouls are something that would normally be on his kill list. It would be hypocritical to befriend the things he is paid to kill.
So if you thought he was a hitman or contract killer, he isn't. He's a bounty hunter. The fictional FBI and state police would be putting up Wanted folk that Hansel would go after because of not only the money but because they are bad. But the money is the motivation.
I made all the GM posts. Here and in the Smash Arena. Mode and Leaves, you guys are to have your characters follow along with the GM post and join Dream Land that way.
Afro, you can have Sub Zero already be in the Smash Arena since it was a massive tournament (anyone could have been there). I will link you to the thread if you can't find it, but I did tag you in the post. Every character who signed up for the Smash Arena is involved in it. No one else.
I plan to make future Smash Arenas 1 on 1 since those seem to move a lot quicker. I know you guys liked the NPC battles, but we couldn't get through the fights at a decent pace. They were going to take months. Of course, I'll jazz up the 1 on 1 fights to make them interesting such as tag team battles and so on. But no more NPCs unless some storyboarding is going on.
Moneybags was startled from his greedy thoughts by the hand that suddenly slapped upon the prize table. The bear looked over at the hi-tech warrior as he made his declaration.
“Uh, beh-beh-beh, pardon?” Moneybags stammered. His monocle tumbled from his eye because he was so shocked.
“HA!” Sparx happily exclaimed, frowning victoriously up at the bear.
Frowning, Moneybags returned the monocle to his eye and waved his paws over the other prizes. “Might I interest you, Sir, in the other prizes? We have here a feather supposedly from the legendary phoenix. It is believed to bring whoever you wish back from the dead.”
He then grasped the keys to a mysterious vehicle, holding them up. “Or are you the more adventurous type? You seem like a commando. Why not a vehicle to support you in battle?”
As James insisted on taking the insect, Moneybags quickly returned the keys to the table and backed away slowly. If he hadn’t been covered in so much fur, then the guardian and half-genie might have seen him sweating bullets.
“It wasn’t my idea! He trapped me here!” Sparx accused.
Shantae turned on the bear next. Moneybags slipped a finger into the collar of his shirt and tugged it uncomfortably. He continued to back away from the two heroes as the half-genie directed her sharp finger at him.
Huh….I wonder…What other secret deals are you hiding from Steve…?
Moneybags felt his back bump into someone and whirled around to nearly pee himself when he saw Steve. The British fighter had an unamused look on his face. His hands were resting on his hips while he had quietly listened to the exchange, and he hadn’t liked what he heard.
“Yeah, what otha’ secrets are you keepin’ from me, Moneybags?” Steve asked.
Moneybags turned in a circle, looking at the glares from James, Sparx, Shantae, and Steve. The bear’s anxiety seemed to ease once he accepted he was caught. His fur was no longer ruffled as he drew a handkerchief from his innercoat pocket and removed his monocle to clean it.
“Well…if you must know…I was paid quite the pretty penny to bring the dragonfly here. The Smash Arena seemed like the best place for a meddlesome insect. I hadn’t expected someone to actually want to win the thing. Then again, I wasn’t expecting our prizes to be desired so desperately by another buyer.”
Steve’s hands left his hips and curled into fists so tight that the bones in them popped. “You’re makin’ my knuckles burn, mate. What sort ov’ underground deals ‘ave you been makin’?”
Returning the monocle to his eye, Moneybags frowned. “Oh, you’ll find out.”
As though on cue, the wall of the arena cracked as a thunderous boom was heard on the other side. The noise had been so loud that it had quieted the crowd. Several heads turned in the direction of the wall as a second boom caused a chunk to fly into the air. The cement slab sent the crowd running out from under it, but some characters weren’t so lucky to escape. The slab shook the floor when it landed and standing in the improvised doorway was a giant, mean-green ogre-looking beast covered in golden armor. He was extremely top heavy, nowhere near as large as General Brigan had been, but still one of the roid monsters. The ogre or "Gnorc" was brandishing a large mace, a weapon that easily explained the imploded wall.
Bearing his teeth passed the tusks that rose like stalagmites passed his face, Gnasty Gnorc waved a green hand over the crowd and declared, “THIS PARTY IS OVER!”
Gnasty Gnorc then turned his red, burning eyes to the small army behind him, “KILL THEM ALL! YOU KNOW WHAT I WANT!”
The Gnorcs poured into the room, ramming innocents too slow to steer clear of their path and stampeding over them. Most of the green Gnorcs seemed fat, large and dopey, wielding clubs and shields—nothing of the hi-tech sort. A single swing from the Gnorcs threw a mob into the air on panicked screams. Moving swiftly through the crowd was a blue-turban wearing creature who wasn’t concerned with fighting, but through all the chaos, he was drawing closer to the group around the prize table.
GM Note: I didn't state a set number of minions because even if I did, I expect everyone to kill about 100 each. The kill count wouldn't add up in the end, so have fun slaying some minions. Gnasty Gnorc is a boss battle. Some of you can start it, but remember, certain decisions yield certain results. I didn't specify his intentions for a reason, so don't ask. Everyone who signed up for the Smash Arena is involved in this scenario. The new players who joined will also be involved in this scenario. No one else.
Achievement!
The Bronze Arena coin has been awarded to James Varrock for winning the 1v1v1 bout. If the player wins a consecutive battle in the next Smash Arena, then the bronze coin can be traded in for the silver, and so on. The only consequence the character will suffer if he or she were to lose, is that the coin will not be upgraded. The coin will instead remain bronze and won't ever upgrade until the character wins another match.
Frisk’s landing forced the remaining gassy reserves from Wario’s gut on a loud that startled the plump villain awake. They had been able to spring off of Wario’s belly safely to the ground as the groggy conartist groaned and slowly sat upwards. His eyes were narrowed, his jagged and dastardly mustache twitching. His nostrils then abruptly flared, his eyes bulging until their red, vein-like branches were seen. His gloved hand immediately went to his big nose as he coughed and made gagging sounds.
“BLEGH!” he exclaimed, and then reaching into his purple suspender pocket, he procured a wooden clothes pin that he pinched over his nose.
The sudden slamming of the Butter Building doors as the heroes charged inside drew Wario’s brief attention before his eyes descended to the unconscious Poppy Bro Senior and Waluigi. Rising to his feet, he turned to gaze over the Butter Building balcony at the masses of soldiers wiped out as though a biological attack had happened—no kidding!
“Woah, did I do this?” Wario blinked in shock before he then smirked and flexed his muscles. “I told those losers not to underestimate my power.”
Speaking of losers, he walked passed Waluigi without a care for his existence and walked over to the Butter Building doors. Pressing on them, he noticed their resistance and scowled.
“How could they leave me? I’m their secret weapon!”
The gold coins in his brain then immediately started rolling as he grasped his chin as he thoughtfully surveyed the building’s buttery walls.
This building must cost a fortune or a hold a fortune inside it, Wario mused. Yeah, this is the boss’s lair. There’s bound to be some loot inside.
A large grin expanded on his face as his eyelids lowered with mischief. Mario’s Soul was supposed to be inside, huh? I bet it’s in the treasure vault—not that I want that stupid jar any way.
Laughing wickedly, Wario bolted off to find an alternate entrance inside.
Greetings! This is Dr. Light. I happened to find some lost souls wandering around. I think they’re looking for the fight. Well, any who, I just wanted to test out my new teleportation device. As soon as you send me your team’s coordinates, I can have these two gentlemen sent straight to you!
Back on the Ragnarok, Guile glanced down at the console as a radio transmission buzzed in from the ground unit.
“Already?” Guile thought aloud at first.
We just received a transmission. There are two more heroes inbound and HQ is requesting coordinates.
Behind Guile, Rosalina had Kirby in her lap and was tossing the pink marshmallow into the air like a child. She seemed to be enjoying Dream Land and its adorable appearance. It was definitely one of her favorite universes.
“I’m on it,” Guile responded to Cloud. He tapped in a series of numbers on the keyboard and jabbed a button with his finger to transmit the coordinates.
Butter Building…
Suddenly, a red and blue beam dropped down from the ceiling onto the floor next to Banjo and Alicia. As the red and blue energy fizzled out of existence, thinning into nothing, what was left behind were two new and probably lost additions to the team @ModeGone@Leaves.
Marx had fallen off his beach ball in surprise when Alicia started firing some loud weapon in his direction. He grunted with a cute, “Oof!”
♠
* Marx blocks the way! * Marx – ATK 10 – DEF 10 * He’s not what he appears to be!
Marx rolled forward and peeked over his beach ball to see that two new heroes had arrived. The jester frowned and hopped back on top of his ball.
“Hey! No fair! You can’t just call for reinforcements!” he protested. His eyes then lowered menacingly as a smirk cocked on his face, a single fanged tooth glimmering. “Whatever. You’re gonna need all the help you can get…”
Marx stomped once upon the beach ball, causing it to bloat and pop, launching the pink jester into the air. He flipped head over feet toward the ceiling. His face scrunched up in what appeared to be pain before two claw-like wings ripped from his back. They were gold in color with hearts at the elbows. Two claws were on them and rainbow crystals formed the webbing. Spreading his glittering wings in a spectacular fashion that would make a certain Gem Knight jealous, Marx exclaimed, “FEAR ME!”
He flapped over the heroes, hardly looking as threatening or as frightening as he had hoped. His purple cheeks puffed in anger. “My power has grown since I last fought Kirby. The energy of the entire galaxy exists within me! EN GARDE!”
Marx’s body divided down the middle and split in half. As his body separated, between the halves swirled a black hole that started to draw the heroes toward him like a vacuum. His voice echoed wickedly around them as he yelled on a crazed volume, “DON’T GET SUCKED INSIDE! YOU WON’T EVER RETURN!”
XP INITIATED!
GM Note: From here on out, all players will be required to keep track of their word count. XP will be awarded every GM post. Be sure to check the XP hider to see how much XP your character earned. Remember to keep your CSes updated. I have seen players slack in keeping their XP up-to-date and they have lost XP points because of it. I didn't take the XP away from them, they just didn't keep track of the XP on their own. It is YOUR responsibility if you want your character to level.

If a player is inactive for more than 3 days without letting the GMs know of any delays, then the player can be skipped over on the 4th day. If a player does not wish to post, they can Mention the GM and let the GM know he or she "Passes" on his or her turn.
It was finally time to dismount. Cloud once more grasped his facemask, giving it a few final adjustments for the last thing he wanted to be hit with was a bad wind, especially one lethal enough to take out an entire kingdom of soldiers. As the Ragnorok hovered in position, the hatch was dropped, the green, funky air flooding the interior of the ship. It disturbed the ex-SOLDIER how the gas was even visible. He would have to take Frisk up on their offer to have Woshua or whoever clean his uniform. The Council members and Kirby bade their farewells, and the team started leaping out of the back of the ship like paratroopers. With a glove hand reaching behind his head to grasp the hilt of his sword, Cloud charged the hatch and leapt into the putrid air. His purple uniform rippled in the breeze as the yellow tiled floor rushed toward him. His boots thudded upon the ground, his legs buckling until the hand that wasn’t grasping his buster sword planted on the floor next to him—a feat that would have been impossible for the average human—and seemed to leave the warrior without injury.
Cloud rose to his feet and turned to Frisk as the team’s little leader began laying down the game plan. They began explaining their CHECK ability. Frisk could check and see if any of the bosses absorbed Mario’s soul, which Cloud was hoping wouldn’t be the case. It sounded like a situation that would make such a simple-sounding retrieval job incredibly tedious. They then requested that the heroes not cause any lethal damage. Behind his mask, Cloud wrinkled his nose a little at the idea. He didn’t know if he could promise that. Was their leader a pacifist? He hoped not. He kept his feelings about the matter to himself for if push came to shove, and then came to buster sword through the chest, then well…it would cause less of a commotion if he just did it.
The ex-SOLDIER followed the team inside as they would confront their first obstacle. The chamber wasn’t entirely unexpected. It was the Butter Building and not the Butter Castle or the Butter Dungeon, and it was neat, clean, and orderly for being a boss’s lair. Then again, the Shinra Building was similar. The sound of a rolling ball caught Cloud’s attention, and he looked in the sound’s direction to see a little creature with a jester hat creeping into the room. He appeared friendly like all the deceptively-cute beings of Dream Land. He gave the group a chilling and bold welcome for being a shrimp, and it was enough to compel Cloud to cautiously draw his buster sword. The massive six-foot blade was held aloft like a giant cleaver and didn’t seem to weigh on the blonde fighter’s posture.
Cloud momentarily looked away as Frisk immediately took action. A red heart left the seemingly-normal child’s body, and if it hadn’t been for the gas mask on his face, Cloud would have been frowning curiously at them. There were also some strange words that appeared before them ACT, and then CHECK. Ah, the check ability thing. Cloud was thankful to have the bear and bird around after seeing Banjo take a defensive position in front of Frisk. The mercenary didn’t know how strong Frisk was but with Banjo choosing to be the defense, it gave him less to worry about. The other soldier started laying down suppressive fire, her weapon reminding him of Barret, even though it hadn’t been the same design. Barret had always been the gunner. It was nostalgic. Cloud remained steadfast until their leader was finished.
The entire group would then receive a radio transmission that alerted them of two new arrivals in the process of dropping in. They just needed their coordinates. Cloud raised a finger to the comm in his ear since everyone else seemed preoccupied and reported up to Guile: “We just received a transmission. There are two more heroes inbound and HQ is requesting coordinates.”
I have halted recruitment for now. Once DarkRecon rejoins us, we will have equal teams for both missions and I want to get these missions moving and finished.
