~Tome of Sanabits, an ancient tome transcribed by the greatest healers of Eons long past.
Status: Badly burnt, over 95% is unreadable thanks to a fire.

~Book of Elementum, ancient tome found by his parents, transcribed by the greatest Magus' of the past.
Status: Fully readable and learnt. Learned elemental spells.

~Tome of Auguriis, another ancient tome containing enchanters of old greatest techniques.
Status: Hard to grasp, but he managed to grab the essentials, he's still getting around to it. Managed to enchant his armor, can enchant others.

@Inertia Okay, you may want to add into the bio exactly what your character knows so it doesn't seem like it is just being pulled out of thin air. Not meaning anything by it but it would be simpler for people referring to bios to have a list to look at.

I'll give a bit of an explanation, Magus' live to read and pore ancient texts and tomes to unlock ancient magics. The Tomes and Texts are the keys to that, and you need to read and read to wrap their heads on the text itself.

My character found an old tome that was transcribed by ancient healers, thought most of the pages were badly burnt that is unreadable and he'd been able to scavenge a few healing spells, but he just did it recently so he's a bit new to it. Hell if he can find tomes of healing then he can be a healer/fighter hybrid lol.

That was a bit long but I hope I conveyed it properly.
