With Seth resting his arms on the counter, a strand of his slicked hair fell on his face which he nonchalantly tried to blow upwards. The bar smelled like all other bars, except that this particular one felt more homey than the others. The chubby kid- who Seth questioned as being allowed to be in this bar, but it wasn't his place. He seemingly cleaned himself up before going to Seth and asking for booze when he was clearly under-aged, though before he could reply the kid left. With a nonchalant shrug he looked on with a bored face.

The teen he had saved suddenly approached him- thanking him and then innocently asking what a bar is, garnering the attention of some patrons from the rather silly question. Seth glared daggers at them before placing softening his gaze and placing it on the teenager. "Lift your head. it's alright." he said, looking down at her lowered head, after patting her head "Hm, well a bar- I guess it's a place where people let go of their worries and drink?" he continued, placing his hands on his chin- pondering the rather odd question. "Though, I think Cole would answer better than me." he mentioned, motioning his free hand towards Cole who was pouring himself a drink behind the counter, "Heeey~ Cole, only bartenders, you know what Lacie says."

Seth had noticed the rather odd individual who entered, no contacts- one could tell that he was a gifted, Great way to get caught by the government these days Seth thought to himself. Getting up and pouring whiskey on a small shot glass he walked over to where the chubby kid was sitting- apparently talking to a girl. He placed the shot infront of said kid, and with a finger on his lips and after a 'shh', "Don't tell Lacie." he whispered. As soon as he returned to the counter, another patron who visited frequently approached- underage but Seth didn't mind, he approached and asked for a Dr. Pepper. "Sure." he replied, talking the glass and slowly refilling it, "So how's it going Finn? Oh and don't worry you'll be allowed to drink after a few more years."
Hm @GummyCat

Is it fine/safe to assume that she's not wearing contacts?
I mean, in this dystopia of a society, I think many- if not all gifted would wear contacts so that they can hide being a gifted. I mean they ARE being hunted.

But that's my take- I have no idea if she is, just a long shot.
Apologies if I'm wrong.
Jessica approved, will add her to the list when I can. I'll be at the the movies in a few hours so Inertia, Ark, y'all hold the house down.

Alright boss man
- Waiting for bartender to give me a beer intensifies -

As much as I'd like to- I'd wait for the others, don't want to leave them behind or anything.
@inertia @TheDarkTemplar

She was writing how she got to the park, but since shes been in that place in the example post she didn't know how to get there. Sorry its really hard to write as much as everyone else does, I'm trying to write more, shes at the bar now anyway. You did a great post for not knowing haha

Don't worry about it too much.
Post up, length is pretty eh but hey xD

Seth was doing his daily training- jogging, to increase his stamina and the length of his strut so that his powers could be used longer and faster. The training was as normal as it could be, the soft thud of his shoes hitting the asphalt was pleasant, it reminded him that he was alive. During the middle of his session, a telepathic voice invaded his head with a message to meet at Central park at 5pm for a rally against the government. Sounds like a deathtrap. Seth thought through ragged breaths after swiping sweat sliding down his forehead.

Seth, even though he knew it was a deathtrap- he was curious. He knew it might have killed him. He didn't entirely enter the park, he only observed at a distance. Suddenly a girl was hit by a car, and she started calling out for him for help. He rushed over, and carried her princess style and moved out of the way of the angry and honking driver. He furrowed his eyes "Asshole." he said, glaring at the driver, "You alright?" Seth figured that a broken leg should be brought to a hospital. Instead bringing her to his home- he thought that she should instead be brought to Lacie's after noticing her eyes. He advised her to rest, as he'll bring her somewhere to heal her leg later. He mustered up pseudo bandages and wrapped it around her leg "This'll do for now." Seth said, patting her back.

After his session of training, and spying nearby the park- he decided to head home to clean up, rest and then go to his job at the bar- Lacie's bar. Stepping into the shower, the cold tiles against his warm feet made Seth shudder a bit before the cold water hit his back which made him yelp. 'Damnit, this thing is never warm he thought to himself, as the water slowly got warmer. He thought about the message, at how it was an obvious trap Do they have a telepath... his thoughts continued as he slowly scrubbed himself. After said shower- though he wasn't a detective or anything he concluded that they made a gifted send out that message. "Fucking bastards." Seth muttered to himself, a scowl replacing his features.

Resting his eyes- he awoke at around 6pm, the rally was over. Seth felt dread as he knew that it flopped and it was most likely a massacre. He couldn't bear to turn on the television and instead opted to dress up and head to Lacie's. Lacie's was a relative safe haven for the gifted- Seth soon found this out. But for how long... an unsavory thought popped in his head. He woke the girl whom had a broken leg and told her that we were going to said place. "You wanna be carried there too?" he joked,
Walking out of his home and locking the door behind him- As soon as he stepped out of the building the cold nights air hit Seth. He began making his way to his night job- to Lacie's.

Seth helped the girl walk into the bar- he immidietly went up to Lacie, "Hey boss- this person might need help." he pointed out to the girl, specifically her leg. "Help her please, oh and i'll ding in for my job now." Seth knew that Lacie couldn't help but help, and with a grin he got in his normal uniform at the back and slicked his hair back. He noticed that there were odd patrons, a chubby kid- armless fellows. Seth smiled at the atmosphere- they were his family, so to speak. "Well, I'm taking over as the Bartender for the rest of the night- so if you want anything ask me."

@PhoebeCarlisle
Not sure I understand what's going on with Theo at the moment. Is she escaping Central Park after the shooting or are you writing about her journey there. If it's the latter you should probably fast forward to after so you don't run the risk of getting left behind. Just a tip but try to work on transitions, a little more description helps everyone to understand what's going on for your character.

Besides that don't sweat it about being late just message me if your going to go offline for a while.

Apologies, but I didn't quite get it, was she going to the park.
