Ah, I meant that if needed he'd be able to take out enemies from afar with his marksmanship haha, sorry I haven't written that properly my bad.

Appearance:

Kian always dons his winter coat over his shoulders. Much like above he adores that flimsy thing for some reason. Underneath his mask is a smooth jawline'd face, some called it good looks, others haven't who knows. The thing that stands out the most of his appearance are his stark orange eyes that seem to pierce right through you, almost like a bullet, and a notable scar running down from his left eye next to his mouth.

He also always dons this simple, short navy blue scarf around his neck. The rest of his apparel are pretty much normal, loose jeans for sprinting and tight upper clothes with a bullet vest.

Personality:

Kien is one of the few optimist left in this desolate world. He somehow tries to look at the silver lining at every bad things that happen, no matter how grim. He has a love for the old, forgotten things of the world, which tripled after the world's destruction right after the incident, he always tries and collects anything that does so, like old books, items and such.His smile is always plastered on his face, unless the situation turns serious.

When the situation turns bad/serious, he dons an almost apathetic facade. His voice loses its usual happy go-lucky attitude and becomes cold and deep. He also talks alot less, only talking if key information needs to be said. His eyes also becomes half-lidded, which for some odd reason allows Kien to focus on his current situation.

Biography:

Kien was born to parents who adored the ways of the past. Be it from old tales of the older century, of knights, samurai or cowbows, they were absolutely rapt in these ancient stories. In an age of techlogical advance where everyone was leaving the past, they stuck to it like damned tree sap. This fascination even extended to weapons, katanas, rapiers, and especially the crossbow.

Kien's parents were both excellent marksmen, being able to hit something difficult from an extremely impressive distance. Of course, Kien also grew up fascinating things of the past much like his parents, but his prowess with the crossbow was unparelled. He quickly surpassed his parents skill and rose above and beyond what any kid should have. For some peculier reason the symbol of the goat was always present, to his arm logo and his crossbow.

It wasn't until that incident that Kien would be forced to up the antsy of his masterful use of the crossbow. He survived the destruction of Enoh, and with his own eyes witnessed his own parents demise infront of him, but his parents pleaded at him not to blame himself and live on happily. A few years pass, and whilst doing some oddjobs he had a run in with the Devil Runners and somehow was able to impress them with his own sharpshooting and the rest was history.

Unique Trait:

Kien has a transplant on his eye that gives him an 'eagle's eye', he's able to see wide and far distances easily, allowing for some quick reconnaissance and maybe picking off a few enemies with his marksmanship. He can also run insane distances without getting tired, a trait honed since he was young.

The most impressive thing about Kien is his marksmanship. He's able to shoot far distances, and on extremely small objects with no sweat. Only few have been actually able to match his shooting skills, and he prides himself on that.

Equipment:

Gas Mask: [Seen in the appearance] As per the norm, Kien also carries around a gas mask for safety reasons.
Crossbow:[Reference] His most prized crossbow, lovingly named 'Ash.'
Tavor: [Reference] A small, lightweight assault rifle for when his crossbow doesn't cut it.
Bullet Proof Vest: He wears it just in case it would be for use, and it's light enough to be able to sprint in.

Levi bit himself, he hadn't noticed the presence of these 'heroes', even though he knew they would swarm to this location, yet he didn't notice. He noted that we was getting dull and more, stricter, training was inbound after this whole ordeal. He thinks these thoughts to himself whilst cutting down a never ending army of skeletal snakemen. They seem to just rise as soon as they fall, and come back in numbers. Though this wasn't much, Levi didn't tire easily.

The Dragoness who now shouted at how she's barely avoiding collateral damage. Though it annoyed him to no end that he engaged with the frivolous acts of these 'heroes,' He'd rather be elsewhere, but his sister had taught him to help people, and in honour of her memory, he does so. He also unconscionably noted that it wouldn't be possible for him to have done this alone, well atleast without destroying a large portion of this city, which he'd opt not to.

"Watch the buildings, Dragoness. You're scarcely avoiding destroying them." he said, with no ill-intent, yet sounded extremely like so. One of the heroes presence he missed was the 'White Knight,' who was even more elusive that he. Of course Levi had known him, who didn't, but still, Levi strangely believed that most- if not all the heroes present here had their own personal agenda/objective.

A message wrung inside his mind, he twitched his eyes. He did not like the idea of people invading his personal thoughts. Some person who dubbed himself as the 'Master of Business Administration' who had the ability to telepathically link each other's minds and thoughts. In practice, it was the best idea to be able to cooperate and talk to each other, but Levi opted not to. He didn't even leave a message and forcibly cut himself out of the link through sheer will. Though Levi would still, begrudgingly, cooperate with them.

Many other self-proclaimed 'heroes' started making their presence known. Some Levi knew, but most he didn't because he really couldn't care. Yamato, the Common Rider. Domino, the Principal. Now that Levi thought about it, their names were odd. Of course, many people didn't even known Levi, much to his preference.

Several snakemen slithered his way to Levi, he flicked his eyes from the heroes and towards them. Yellow lightning began to crackle from his body, and whilst charging his hand with lightning, "Lightning's indignation." he said, his amber eyes staring directly at the crowd of snakemen. He promptly slammed his right hand into the ground, the ground splintered off and the lightning traveled at a frightening speed towards the snakemen. They puffed into a huff of some and dust. Of course, the move did a little to damage the ground it was used on, but Levi held a considerable amount back in an attempt mitigate the damage done. He clicked his tongue looking down at the damaged floor, he still needs more training to control his powers.

The White Knight had intended for a plan, with his rather unseemly weapon he pointed towards the bony castle. Levi immidietly got his plan, and obviously, he didn't like being ordered around by anybody. "I especially loathe following orders." he hissed at the prestigious Knight, effectively glaring daggers at him. "But what needs to be done, is to be done. Do not think this would be commonplace."

With a somersault he did a fancy mode, absolutely destroying a lardg group that was blocking his and the Dragoness path. A large opening was given, "Thunder's gait." he whispered to himself as lightning now began to gather aound his legs, giving him the speed that he was infamous for. He ran alongside the Dragoness, who was surprisingly speedy, of course not as fast as him as he did focus on speed.

Now, an explosion ran across the sky. A skeleton looking figure practically slid his knees across the building, leaving a fiery trail behind him. "Seriously." Levi unconsciously said, not wanting to believe his eyes.

"GOOD MORNING MEGATROPOLIS! YOU CAN CALL ME MURRAY, AND I'VE GOT ONE QUESTION FOR YOU ALL! ARE YOU READY..." the figure called out, his scream echoing across the buildings.

"Alright, what the hell is this? I was told there'd be an audience waiting for the opening concert. Did Beelzeboss give me the wrong address again?! Hey, you, with the costumes and shit. Is this Megatropolis? I got a gig here and I'm not sure where they wanted me."
the figure continued, apparently disgruntled at no audience.

Levi did not want to deal with this, first the skeletons, now the pirates, and now another skeletal man who just slid across a building, which is now on fire. He glared deeper, as if his amber eyes were looking not at him, but through him.

"Yes, you have got the wrong place." Levi said to the figure, in hopes of getting him to leave as there was too much on their plates right now, "You're three cities over."

Levi stood there, silently analyzing the situation. Of course he knew normal, mundane cops are trained nor equipped to handle this damned situation. What he was talking about was her in particular, and how District E is already deteriorated enough that it doesn't need more destruction. Though, Levi knew the merit of working together, and it was true he wasn't well versed in magic, but he knew enough. With a reluctant sigh, he unconsciously accepted the situation and kept his mouth shut.

The bone mound was of course pretty odd, while it looked like normal bones, it really wasn't. Levi dropped his groceries at the sidewalk, and began closer inspection. Well, until the bone creatures turned snakemen began rising. Honestly though, they didn't look difficult to defeat at all, but there were a multitude of them. He debated with himself whether to help or not, but with the Dragon's daughter's taunt he had to join, this person severely underestimated his speed. Though, it was odd that this person didn't even know his Moniker, but Levi wasn't one for fame nor prestige so he didn't really care.
"What are you after..." he trailed off to himself, looking at the 'welcome mat.'

Levi upholstered his Kukris from his holster that were behind him. Lightning appeared and crackled all around him, his amber eyes glowing a dark shade of yellow. Maybe they could give Levi the warm up round that he needed. He activated 'Thunder's gait' and sped forward, passing by the Crimson Flame. In his stride he stabbed one of them risen snakemen, and the bones fell downwards. He took another step and appeared behind two snakemen, and stabbed them with his lightning-infused Kukris, they again became lifeless bones once again.

Slow, these things are slow.
