Current Not only do I teach math, but I taught history classes before and I’m a GIANT comic geek. Seeing so many Captain America edits and what he represents on this day literally makes me tear up. Happy 4th!

Bio

Hello! I'm Jones! and if you stumbled upon my page, I must have struck your interest!

I like to think that I'm a storyteller. I joined this site to create characters, and worlds I can put myself in. Every post I make will be to the best of my ability, and I hope anyone who stumbles upon my name can see that :D

Just a few things about me if you couldn't tell already by just glancing at my profile haha:

-I LOVE anything Captain America or Marvel related

-I have been RP'ing for over ten years now so I got some experience

- I do my best to try and have a wide range of RP genres

-I'm mostly do 1X1's and Casual/advanced RP's

-I'm a 20 something year old male high school teacher living in the Pacific North West of the US!

- I love meeting new RP'ers and seeing what we can create together!

- I'm a sucker for romance <3

Like i said previously, I’m a high school teacher, so there are specific times of the year where I get bombarded with things so I might not be on for a couple days, and if that's the case I'm trying to let anyone know so they aren't left wondering.

But like I said I love it when people contact me and ask if I want to RP with them, or have an idea and want my skills, and odds are I love the same thing, so If anyone wants to collab just shoot me a PM!

Subjects I love to RP

-Anything Marvel Related, Especially Cap!

-The Percy Jackson Series

-The Witcher

-Mass Effect

-Avatar the Last Airbender

-Anything Sci-Fi

-Harry Potter

- 1X1 Romances

- fantasy

-Modern day life

-Star Wars

-Fairy Tail

Those are pretty much my go to's, but I'm willing to hear out any idea and think about it!

Here's an example of my writing to give you a sense of my "skill" I guess... I keep trying to get better and better so bear with me!

If you have any questions about my RP's, or future ones just shoot me a PM!

All of these people are amazing writers and friends and if you happen to RP with them consider yourself lucky! XD

and for a final note: THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A HOBBY, NOT A CHORE! I never want to put pressure on you, or myself and make any RP feel like you NEED to post, or have to force yourself to write. This is supposed to be fun, and I'll do anything to make sure it feels that way :)

The night was cold, and crisp in the Colorado mountains. There wasn't a cloud in the sky, but the thick trees made the stars barely visible. The small and friendly town of Brooksfield sat right in the middle. The town had the essentials. It had electricity, a grocery store, a sheriff's department, a bar, and cabins where the citizens live. There was only one road that let people enter and leave the town. The streets were completely deserted, the only lights coming from lamp posts, or windows of the late nighters watching the last of their shows, or reading. The sounds of nature filled the night... and the sound of glass breaking.

Harry's Storage, the local grocery store, seemed normal, except that the window was shattered. In the pitch darkness were sounds of gnawing, and grunts of relief and pleasure. Deep in the darkness was a man in the meat aisle, empty trays of what used to hold raw meat, and in the corner was the figure of a young man wearing a flannel, and jeans, feasting on the meat. The creature laughed a bit, loving the taste of the blood and raw steak, but then stopped, then snapping his head to see behind him.

Standing at the end of the aisle was a tall, strong shouldered man wearing a leather trench coat, boots, jeans, and an old cowboy hat. In his hand was an axe, "Evenin', sir.... I believe the sign said that this place is closed for tonight.... and you have to pay before eating the merchandise." The man in the hat said, completely calm. The other man's face was covered in blood, with dark pits for eyes, and his response was a soul shivering screech, his whole face turning white, long, and fangs that would cut diamonds. He then inhaled and snarled. "You reek of the death of my kind.... You must be a Ford..." The used-to-be man said.

The man known as Benjamin Ford gave a nod. "You can either come quietly, or we can settle this the not so easy way." Benjamin Ford said simply, staring down the creature. The vampire laughed. "You are old... Almost near the age of your curse. I am stronger, faster, and immortal! You cannot defeat me!" It laughed. This man was clearly a new comer. The vampire leaped up and charged at Ben faster than a person could blink, but Ben just as quickly side stepped, and moved his axe, a large howl came from the creature of darkness as he crashed in to an aisle the monster was clearly shocked, touching the spot where thick, black blood came out of a large cut across its chest. It screeched again, and charged.

Benjamin was expecting that. He pulled a small object out of his pocket, and struck it against a shelf. The object was a flare that when struck against any dry surface, produced a blinding light, much brighter than the sun itself. Ben looked away, closing his eyes. The vampire screamed in agony, crashing in to another aisle, clawing at its eyes. The light soon died out, and Ben walked over to the body that was still screaming in pain. The vampire looked up at Ben with the little sight he had, with a face of complete terror. Benjamin raised his axe, and the vampire screamed one last time.
"Take the body out near the cemetery, and tell Harry that a mountain lion wandered in, hungry from all the hunters taking their prey." Benjamin said to a fellow Protector, the town's vampire hunters. The origin of their town became more of a legend, fiction more than fact... And it was best that the people didn't know the truth. "Yes, Sheriff." The woman said, walking off with two others. The red and blue lights shone. Benjamin Ford wasn't only the leader of the Protectors, but also the County's Sheriff.

Jason Hunt walked up to Ben, staring at the scene. "Sorry I'm late... How bad's the damage?" Jason asked, putting his hand in his deputy coat pockets, shivering a bit from the cold. "ah, a few cartons of meat, bent aisle shelves, and crushed goods, nothing too serious... I'll stop by and give him some money tomorrow.... and you can ask if you can help clean up tomorrow." Ford said with a smile, and Jason sighed. "You got it, Sheriff... You should get some sleep. You look exhausted. We can take it from here" Ben was about to protest, but Jason held up his hand. "You have first shift tomorrow morning anyway. Plus you're supposed to meet Constance tomorrow for breakfast. You two haven't spent time with each other for a while."

Benjamin sighed. He loved his daughter more than anything. Ever since she decided to stay with him when her mother left, he made sure that nothing bad would ever happen to her... but her being a Ford Ben has always had a feeling she's been up to something. "I'll make sure everything is going in order first, then I'll head home..." Ford said, patting Jason on the back.
Name: Jason Hunt

Age: 26

Appearance:

Faction:Protector

Job: owner of the local bar

Bio: Like the Ford's, the Hunt family has been hunting vampires ever since the town was founded. My father, Jeremy Hunt, was Benjamin's second in command, they were very close friends and went through some tough times. I never knew my mom, although my father always told me she was an amazing woman. I spent most of my days at the bar called The Devil's Pass, sitting quietly watching cartoons on the bar television while my dad worked, and when my dad went away with Ben for "important business" i had to stay in my room upstairs and lock the doors for the whole night... As i grew in to a teenager I was now a part time owner of the Pass, mostly serving the drinks, and beating the shit out of drunks who were messing with others just enjoying themselves...

When i turned 20, My father told me about the vampires, and protectors, and as if i didn't already respect Benjamin Ford enough, i was struck with awe at him now. And before i knew it i went in to training as an apprentice under my dad. He taught me everything i needed to know, like how ti fight one, how ti kill one, how to spot one, you name it.

It was only a few months ago that a vampire outbreak happened. A little girl ran in to the forest and didn't return. My father and Ben went out to find them, leaving me at the bar. Eager to help, i ran after them... I hid and watched as Ben flew in to a tree with the girl in his arms, and my father was on the ground, with a vampire sinking his fangs in to his neck. I rushed out, screaming in rage.

I took Ben's axe, and sliced off the head of the vampire. That's when i had to shoot my dad. "You have to do it, Jay.... You're next in the Hunt line.... I'm so proud of the man you have become... i love you..." Are the last words he said before i had to pull the trigger.... Ever since then i have now been learning from Ben about the Protectors, running the bar, and praying that i dont wake up due to that nightmare...

Personality: Quiet, humble, and more of a strong and silent type. Has a wide sense of humor. When working at the bar, or protectors i respect people who respect me, and kick the shit out of people who don't. With close friends and "family" i am sweet, nice guy who would do anything for them... Still has a very strong hate for vampires who live in the forest

Family/Relationships?: My father died, but Benjamin Ford is like a father figure to me now.

Weapon(s) : carries his father's weapon, an old silver tomahawk that has been in the family for generations

Other: Has a strong dislike of any sort of alcohol from working at the bar, it turns even the best people into the worst.
Accepted! I plan on making the IC in the very near future! People are still welcome to join!
Accepted!!

Steve woke with a start, looking down at the clock it was 4:00 in the morning. He heard someone exit their rooms. One trait that Rogers thought was both a gift and a curse: his peak human hearing made him a very light sleeper. He decided to get up as well. He walked in to his bathroom and took a shower. He exited in his usual attire. His short blonde hair neatly done, and in a gray therma-fit S.H.I.E.L.D. shirt, some black cargo pants and boots. He did what he usually did when he couldn't sleep: workout. He did pushups, sit ups, crunches, jumping jacks, you name it. As he did so all he could think about was how Astrid was going to do today. It was her first day of training, and Natasha was still out, so it left him to teach her. When it looked at the clock he realized that he had been working out in his room for some time. Two hours.

He sat up, and looked around. His room was spacious, but not too large. It had two windows that showed the New York Skyline, a comfortable bed, and all over the room were 40's antiques. A very old Brooklyn Dodgers poster (his favorite team, and was shocked to hear they moved to LA), an old Uncle Sam poster, photographs of family, and two on a small night stand next to his bed. One of Bucky Barnes, and the other of Peggy Carter. He sat down at a table, and opened a file he had opened many times before.

He read the names and looked at the faces of the people he fought alongside with during World War II. All fantastic men and women who risked their lives. Most were deceased, others were retired like Peggy... but he could never get the courage to see her face. He also flipped past a man named Logan Howlett, a man who seemed to survive more things than Steve did himself.

He heard chatter from downstairs... they were all up he guessed. Closing the files, he made his way downstairs just in time to see Astrid glowing... Everyone was in awe, Stark was speechless. "So... ah... when were you gonna tell us?" Rogers asked, not meaning it in a harsh way, just a simple question. after all, if he was going to be her mentor, he should have known about this kind of stuff.
Benjamin nodded and smiled, holding her close, and kissing her forehead softly. "Okay, Miss Aria... Tomorrow it is. Paolo can probably give us a ride back to the main land, and once there, we will choose where our next destination is." Ben said, his eyes shinning with excitement, lifting her up and twirling her around, laughing. He could't help himself. Where were they to go? Ben always looked at the airport or bus schedule and chose the one that sounded the most interesting. There was Hungary, Germany, Greece, Russia, the possibilities were endless!
i'm sorry everyone! Yes, this RP is still going to happen! and i would love it if you guys wanna be Protectors! I'll bump the interest check to gather more people, but i still really wanna do this!
"If you stay true to who you are, and what you believe in, no one will ever take control of you." Rogers said reassuringly. He assumed she knew a lot about his past from how she reacted to his little speech (Which he often forgets everyone does), he wasn't going to bore her with more information on how he has had many issues with not only S.H.I.E.L.D., but his own American Government as well. "I'm new to this whole seeing gods, and people with powers. From what I've seen though, you are not a test subject, or a pet, or a toy. None of you are. And i will do everything in my power to make sure you don't end up as a war machine..." Steve said sincerely, putting a hand on her shoulder lightly to try and get rid of some of that fear and uncertainty from before. She was now his and Natasha's responsibility. They were to train her in combat and in being a part of the team... and he had a feeling she was going to be a good match for the Avengers.
