Liz had stayed near the fire in an attempt to stay warm. She didn't know what to think about the human. It was too much. She had to trust that it had nothing to do with them. She squeaked when Bastian picked her up. She hadn't been expecting it. There was no reason for him to do it. She didn't argue or fight. She didn't feel like she had a right to do so. She figured that he could do whatever he wanted. Plus it was warmer by his body.

She was worried when she heard the soldiers behind them. Did that mean Bastian had done something wrong? Or was this because of the naked woman? The attack on the town? Or Bastian kids? Probably of all of them. She didn't know how to help him. All of this was overwhelming to her. She had so little experience with the world at large. She had lived a very sheltered life before she was arrested.

She was surprised when she saw that the horse and wagon were gone. She studied the human in the barn. There was something odd about him. She didn't know what it was though. She shivered when the man moved one of the barrels revealing stairs. She swallowed nervously when Bastian choose chose to descend them. She didn't like this at all. There was something off. But Bastian seemed to trust the man so she said nothing. She could only hope that he had made the right choice. "I am fine."

Everyone's posts are so big. I feel alittle intimidated. You guys are doing great controlling NPC characters. I am not feeling great and haven't for a few days so I'll reread and post when I'm feeling more human.

@DominoPool It's ok. Alex isn't her guardian. He needs to do his own things. The fact that she has been left out means I haven't made her interesting enough to catch or hold anyone's attention. I will have to work on that.

Griffin was puzzled by the alien's request. He wasn't sure what the little creature wanted until Micheal handed the alien his phone. Griffin pulled out his phone. He watched the alien closely. He frowned when Plex explained what he wanted to do. Griffin wasn't sure what the alien was doing. Apparently Michael saw no reason to protest Plex's idea. He took his phone back before the two went into the other room. Griffin looked inside.

The room was average size. It looked like a storage room. There were shelves covered the walls. There were boxes on about half of them. This seemed too simple Griffin thought but he said nothing. Not until he smelled something. Something he was sure that neither of the other two seemed to notice. "You need to hurry. There is something in the air."

Katherin listened to the others talk. It sounded like they had paired off. She was alone in the middle of the room. She felt awkward and unwanted. They weren't new feelings but she had thought they were behind her. She didn't know what to do. She didn't want to be alone but she didn't feel like she could approach either group either. She would just have to wait and see what happened. It wasn't anyone's fault that she couldn't pick an instrument.

"Alright. Looks like everyone's chosen. Here is the music we will try to learn. Those of you who have been here awhile will learn new parts. If there was a song you want to learn just let me know. We will play for an hour and than you will have free time while I prepare lunch." The housekeeper told them. She knew alittle about each instrument so she could help them learn to play.
