Roxy rolled ber eyes. This was what she got for dealing with teenagers. "No I am not dating him. I just met him. Just because he is missing a few marbles doesnt mean you should take advantage of him." The girl was a bully. She was looking for people to take advantage simply because she didnt like her life. Which was really no excuse. Roxy wasn't going to allow thw girl to take her frustrations out on others.

"I have no dating skills because I've never dated but if you think I am going to let you bully your way out of chores or entertain yourself by taking advantage of others you are wrong. We are supposed to be different from humans why dont you try acting like it?" Roxy growled. She hated people that had to hurt others in order to feel good about themselves. She would put a stop to it whenever she could. She wasn't powerless anymore.

Roxy shook her head as Isaac headed off. She was about to head into her shop and see where they had put the few things she had packed when she heard Issac greet someone else. She turned to see who it was. It was an odd looking girl. Roxy wasn't the type to judge by appearance but something about the girl told her that the girl was trouble. Roxy told herself that it wasn't any of her business but before she could turn away she saw the girl reaching for a knife.

With a sigh Roxy stormed over to the pair. While Isaac wasn't a threat it was clear that this girl was. While this wasn't her business she wasn't going to allow trouble near her place. She placed herself between Issac and the girl. She pulled out one of her knives. She glared at the younger woman. "Leave Issac alone or you deal with me and I guarantee that I have more experience with knives than you do."

Liz watched Bastian interact with the guards. It was clear that this was unusual. She had never been here but even she thought that there was something like this situation. She had never heard of a town charging a tac to get in. But when the guard explained why they were doing it. The problem was that she had nothing to offer them. They should know that. While she had a collar on. So what did they hope to get out of this.

"I can't pay your toll. I am a slave." She indicated to the collar that she was required to wear. She didn't know what they would do if Bastian refused to pay the toll. She supposed they could find shelter elsewhere. But she had the feeling that it was more than shelter that he was looking for here. So she would just have to wait and see.

Mutation:
Kamar- His mutation is the use of creating Psychic constructs. User can change psychic energy into tools, objects, weapons and other items. Construct structural strength may be limited by the users will.

Kaleem- His mutation is self replication or duplication/copying. User can instantly and perfectly replicate themselves. The max numbered amount of clones that can be made currently is 10 at a time. More than that will cause a strain to the original's body. If a clone dies, they turned to dust. And between the clones, they have a hive mind.

Bio: Kamar and Kaleem were both raised by their great aunt after the death of their mother and father from a car accident. Something that's been difficult for both Kamar and Kaleem but even more so for the older brother since Kaleem was too young to remember them. For the most part, the two were raised in a loving environment by their aunt who is a Lieutenant for the police department.

This took a change after the accident for Kamar when his mutation first awakened. He was teased and mad fun of by his peers about his parents' death. This led to his quick temper and triggered his powers and caused injury to several of the antagonizing students. Of course, this led to Kamar getting into trouble. His aunt found the hard he was a mutant but just a late bloomer. When Kamar got in trouble, his aunt, knowing the procedures, had to get a collar for Kamar since he was 16, until he learn to control his ability. It wasn't until a few years later that Kaleem didn't awaken his power until he was 16 himself in a near death situation.

Since Kamar have come into age and his aunt retired from the force, she later passed away from a brain aneurysm, leaving the brothers to care for themselves. But now that they were living in the sanctuary, Kamar was going to have to learn to content with his powers just like his younger brother while trying to live with others like them.

@King Tai Sorry! Somehow I forgot to respond to your post. Only thing you need to change is the collar. All mutants get collars at sixteen or when they test positive for the x gene
