Storybrook is a town where stories come to life. Anything and everything is possible. Red Riding Hood is friends with Snow White. Prince Charming is friends with Christof. Whether you're a hero fighting to keep your happily ever after or a villain searching for your happy ending I'd your in a story your welcome here. A curse has frozen time so there is plenty of time for everyone to find happiness. The curse also keeps the storybook characters in and the normal people out. No one in Storybrook knows why how they came to this world without magic. No one remembers who they had been in before they came to Storybrook. There's a rumors of a savior who can break the curse. This savior would restart time and return magic to them. How will he or she get in when no one from this world has ever been able to find Storybrook?

The scientist have found a way to blend human and animal DNA. The government has agreed to fund to this experiment. The question was where to get volunteers. After much discussion it is agreed to offer the option to young criminals. Jails already full. So the goverment decided that they would make use of these criminals. This way they could pay their doubt to society and possibly turn their lives around. As one of these young criminals you will have to learn to control your animal instincts and learn to change at will. If you survive the training you will became a solider defending the United States. (This based off a book series and the very first RP I had)

Mutant Sanctuary 1

Appearance: Small and slim in stature at only 4' 5", with a light gray body covered in small, fine scales which are hard to see but smooth to the touch. A round head carries two large protrusions which can only be ears, though they look like fins. A black hole at the base of these "ears" confirms the first to be true. The head also sports two large solid-colored blue eyes, and no visible nose. A small shark-like fin adorns the back of the torso, which leads into a large tail similar to that of a thresher/zebra shark, and almost as long as the rest of the body. The front limbs appear normal enough, besides the fingers on the end being webbed, while the legs are anything but normal, bending backwards to look more the hind legs of a dog or a cat than a human(with webbed toes, and she's still bipedal).

Name: Kyara Siphron

Age: 17

Mutation: Kyara feels more at home in the water than on land because of her mutation making her almost more fish than human. She is able to breathe normally underwater, and can swim fairly fast. She also has a water body, being able to turn into a liquid and seemingly melt into water or just become a puddle without an outside source of water. In this form though, she is only able to navigate within bodies of water and cannot propel her liquid self anywhere outside of them(a puddle of Kyara on dry land can't move by itself). This mutation makes her body dehydrate faster than normal, so she likes to stay near bodies of water, and normally carries water bottles.

Bio: Tested at birth, Kyara had always been the misfit of the family. Her two older siblings and her father tended to avoid her, with only her mother seeming to care for her well-being, or even wanting her to stay. As she grew older, she spent more and more time away from home and away from school, with her appearance bringing ridicule from the nastier children of the town. Though she knew that most of the children understood and didn't hate her, she pushed herself away from them and became increasingly shy and wary. For business reasons, their family had to move away. Having to move into a new house in a large city, Kyara at 14 years old didn't know if she could handle the new place, and sure enough, the city had nasty children in much larger quantities. Cornered and afraid, there came a moment when she had to leave. As a runaway she was hard to find being able to shelter in any body of water, and as soon as she was found, her parents decided she was too much trouble to keep. The new mutant couple she was given to were Sera and Cyrus Siphron, Sera with the ability to understand animal body language and communication and Cyrus with the ability of knowing the exact measurements of substances. A very nice couple, they worked as a Veterinarian and a Chef respectively inside of the sanctuary. She has a hard time around other people, trusts cautiously and likes to feel free.
